- Andrew (2/5): I’ll never stay here again. - The bed and the air con. Dangerous slippery bath, no shower screen or curtain so water went on to marble floor when showering which made it very dangerous. Paper cups and no spoons. My room was right at the end near a terrace which was where all the smoker would congregate late at night and early morning, very noisy. Not best location to get to Metro, approx a mile away. No decent bar to sit and relax in.

- Stelios (10/5): 🌟🌟🌟🌟 - The stay was great! The staff is also super nice! Everything was great but there were a few things that unfortunately bothered me. When we entered the room, I wanted to lie down... there was hair and eyebrows on the bed, and a small patch. Secondly, we were given a room for people who have a disability. In my eyes, this should have been a person who really has problems.

- Petra (9/5): Empfehlenswert! - Ich hatte kein Frühstück, denn mir genügte der Kaffee (Wasserkocher) auf dem Zimmer, das ist für mich sehr wichtig, auch wenn es nur Pappbecher waren. Dafür ist die Lage des Hotels super! Es gibt Cafés in der Nähe, es ist ruhig und die nächste Metrostation nur zwei Minuten entfernt. Das Zimmer plus Bad waren sehr geräumig und ruhig, das Personal hilfreich und nett! Der Aufzug ist etwas eng, und für Menschen mit viel Gepäck vielleicht stressig. Den Code für den Aufzug sollte man gut aufheben, oder sich merken, und eine Sitzgelegenheit (Bank o.ä.) für ältere Reisende wäre bestimmt sinnvoll.

- Solaiman (9/5): Excellent quality/price - I have been coming to this place several times, and I keep enjoying it. The quality-to-price ratio is excellent, it is very close to the M2 line, and the team is always really friendly.

- aandreaarr (5/5): 5/10 - The location near Piola metro is perfect to arrive fast to the centre. And the staff is very friendly! I was able to do the check-in before thanks to the friendly receptionist. The window doors (to make the room dark) where very old and they don't close (room 211). When someone in the other room has their alarm at morning, you are going to hear it better than the person who sleeps deeply... and if someone is in the hallway you can hear the conversation perfectly... the bed was comfortable but I barely sleep because of that things. Plus, the TV was not working and the wifi was just working for WhatsApp but not for YouTube or instagram.

- Sonnessa (6/5): - Mi è piaciuta la vicinzanza dell'hotel alla metro e ai vari servizi e comunque vicino al centro città Dopo aver speso già una bella cifra per 4 notti, mi è stato risposto che avevo preso una stanza matrimoniale solo per una persona, quindi ho dovuto pagare una quota aggiuntiva per la mia compagna. Sono abbastanza sicuro di aver prenotato da booking mettendo 2 adulti, ma detto questo l'hotel poteva anche farsi carico di questa cosa, che secondo me è molto al limite. In generale il costo della stanza non è comparabile con il suo reale valore

- HALLERY (7/5): Séjour qui correspond à nos attentes / chambre un peu veillote. - Chambre très spacieuse, petit déjeuné correct, personnel très agréable. Douche dans la salle de bain petite, il ne faut pas être très gros + Joint un peu moisi. La climatisation non fonctionnelle malgré la remonté du problème au personnel.

- Simone (8/5): Comodo, funzionale e ottima posizione - La posizione e' ottima vicina alla metro Piola, ci si muove nel centro molto facilmente e velocemente. La zona e' molto tranquilla e silenziosa e ci sono anche bar e ristornati vicini. Lo staff e' molto genitile, non ho avuto modo di frequentare la palestra e spa annessi ma mi sono sembrati molto ben organizzati. I letti sono confortevoli e le camere sono spaziose La doccia aveva delle perdite d'acqua nel bagno, perche' non erano presenti le guarnizioni nelle ante di vetro (forse era sfuggita?) - La colazione per il costo di 15 euro potrebbe essere un po' piu' ricca nell offerta e nella qualita'

Nel complesso, ottimo hotel per un viaggio di lavoro. La struttura è un po' nascosta, inserita in un edificio nel quale sono presenti altre attività. Difficile da trovare. - MAAB (7/5): Buona posizione (Piola)! - Ottima la posizione dell'hotel, a pochi passi dalla fermata di Piola (M2). Camera e bagno spaziosi. Il letto è scomodissimo - sia materasso che cusino - e l'insonorizzazione della stanza è pressoché assente. La colazione - per lo meno quella dolce - non vale il costo. Scelta limitata di prodotti ma, soprattutto, pessima qualità.

- Bettina (10/5): I really can recommend to stay in the Hotel - I had no breakfast. There was a nice bakery at the end of the street. Metrostation Piola was few Minuten walk away. Also a busstation 90,91 and tram station 19, 33. Also a coop was nearby. The Single room had a really large and nice bathroom. It was very easy to get to the City Center and railway Station Centrale & Garibaldi. It was really a nice stay.
