• Abderrahmane (5/5): - Very disappointing stay. There were no towels provided, and I had to rent one separately. I also had to pay extra to buy/rent a locker padlock to keep my belongings safe. The bathroom was inside the room, which was inconvenient and uncomfortable. There was no elevator, and having to carry luggage up to the fifth floor was very difficult. In addition, the receptionist’s attitude was arrogant and unfriendly, making the overall experience even worse. I would not recommend this hostel. I was surprised that towels were not included and had to be rented separately. Guests also have to purchase or rent a padlock to secure their belongings, which should be clearly stated in advance.

• ALEXIS LAHORRA (1/5): I would not return - Location. I guess you get what you pay for. However, I was quite disappointed for different reasons: I arrived for an early check in, and when I got to the room, my assigned bed was used and not prepared for my arrival, then, they resolved the issue. On my return, at night, I found another guest sleeping on my assigned bed even if I left proof the bed was taken. I took another available bed. The bathroom was very disappointing. There were little pieces of what looked like gum in the shower. The button for the flush of the toilet was broken. The ventilation of the room wasn't so great. The smell wasn't the most pleasant. At the main entrance, in the kitchen, there was a stench that I wasn't sure where it came from so I checked out very early as I couldn't tolerate the smell anymore. I think for next time, I would definitely choose a cleaner and pleasant hostel and pay more.

• Sonia (5/5): Un hôtel basique qui dépanne dans un quartier très agréable - Quartier très agréable, avec des restaurants et des cafés sympas à proximité. Proche du métro. La chambre dispose d'une fenêtre qui s'ouvre et qui donne sur une rue plutôt chouette. Il y a un effort de fait sur le ménage : c'est propre. Il y a une machine à café dans la salle du bas. La chambre était exigüe, l'eau de la douche très fraîche. La plupart des ampoules de la chambre étaient grillées. Les couvertures sont très fines. Les communs sont à rénover +++. La chambre louée ne ressemblait pas aux photos. La prestation n'est pas en rapport avec le prix, même s'il faut reconnaître que les hôtels des alentours étaient encore beaucoup plus chers.

In regards to what i did not enjoy in my stay was the smell, the property can use some air conditioning or ventilation since it smelled like and old building type of smell which was not really an issue but can be fixed with some scented conditioners

Las cuchetas no son de lo mejor.... No habia casi vajilla en el salón, para las mujeres sería necesario un secador de cabello....

• Mathilde (7/5): - Les personnes à l'accueil étaient très aimable, ainsi que les occupantes de mon dortoir. Les gens sont globalement respectueux une fois la nuit venue pour ne pas déranger, mais le bâtiment reste tout de même assez mal insonorisé. C'est tout à fait correct pour une auberge de jeunesse néanmoins ! L'ambiance était conviviale. Le sèche-cheveux de la chambre ne fonctionnait plus, le rideaux de douches était un peu marqué par de la moisissure, et le pommeau de douche fixe était plein de calcaire. Hormis cela, c'était plutôt bien propre ! J'étais également déçue qu'il n'y ait pas de plaques électriques dans la cuisine commune, il n'y a qu'un four à micro-ondes.

• Anna (8/5): Very nice short-stay - I stayed here one year ago and this year I can see the improvements. Bathroom was in better conditions and I think mattress was more comfortable. Can’t complain. Great location and have a luggage storage. It’s old - need more renovation to keep up with standards. Walls should be repainted.

• Pietrina (7/5): - Ambiente calmo col necessario per passare qualche notte senza spendere una fortuna. Ottima posizione con metro e bus a 10 minuti a piedi,e tram sotto l'alloggio. Sicuramente bisogna rinfrescare il posto e curare un po' di più la pulizia .
• Anastasios (6/5): - The toilet and the shower are big and clean. It has two sockets for every bed. It is near Montparnasse train station but very far from Concorde square, Louvre, Eiffel tower, Alexander bridge, La Fayette galleries, Grand Palais, Petit palais and Palais Garnier. The kitchen is satisfactory. The locker is so small for a 20kg bag! The locker should be as big as enough to fit a normal luggage. The staff sleep on the sofa all night the receptionist,he should sleep on a bed inside a room. The staff shouldn't command the customer to make shower before 11 because they have too much job. The customer can make a shower at any time because he/she pays a lot money per night to sleep and have a shower to relax. Take into consideration that 4-6 persons sleep in a small room, so it is not obligatory to have shower before 11, if he sleeps alone he can do it. There is no lift, the stairs need deep cleaning and to change the dirty carpet.

• Andrii (3/5): - There is a bed and shower. Shower stinks with mold, no tables/shelves/nightstands. The locker did not close properly. All lockers are very loud, made out of thin metal. If someone in your room uses the locker it will surely wake you up.

Cependant, lors de mon séjour d’une semaine, j’ai été déçu par plusieurs points : lit inconfortable, propreté insuffisante de la douche, moquette d’escalier très sale, absence d’ascenseur, et doute sur l’entretien des couvertures et draps. Je vous fais ce retour dans un esprit constructif, car votre emplacement et votre équipe sont de vrais atouts. Votre hôtel mériterait des travaux de rénovation et une attention plus soutenue à l’hygiène pour offrir de meilleures conditions de séjour à vos clients. Cordialement, M. Servais

Les tarifs sont vraiment abordables. l’accueil était un peu froid et la communication parfois difficile. Les casiers sont trop petits pour une valise cabine, j’ai donc dû laisser ma valise à l’extérieur du dortoir, pas de petit déjeuner.

There are many cafes and restaurant also markets in the area within walking distance. On my last day of stay, I realised the room I stayed was completely different to the picture they posted on booking.com. My food was stolen from the fridge in the kitchen, which was not hostels fault. But if you plan to stay at this hostel, don’t leave your food in the fridge. And there are no stoves in the kitchen. But they have microwave.
