Эта гостиница находится в центре жизни туризма; учебы; .выходишь из отеля и тебя сразу окружать кафе и кухни разных стран и итальянская ливанская французкая на разный вкус на разный кошелёк. Постоянная атмосфера движения до поздней ночи нет шума машин . всё работает допоздна даже прибыв поздно ночь я нашёл себе вкусно поесть. Гостиница чистая убирают каждый день . Есть свои нюансы но их не видишь когда сталкиваешься с приятными мелочами 1. Раздельный санузел , причём всё работает исправно 2. Чайник в номере приятно после дождя горячий чай и крепс купленный тут же . Персонал очень отзывчивый особенно Набим в имени могу ошибаться. Хороший сытный достаточный завтрак не Прокоп но всё свежее. И даже автомат выдает хороший кофе и шоколад .номер выходил во двор - первозданная тишина. Если вы не клиент Риц то вам сюда . Дождь

• Vivienne (6/5): A good stay with just a few issues - Comfortable beds. Room cleaned every day. Tea & coffee making facilities. Very old bath towels. Paper cups for hot drinks. Fridge in room but only had bottled water. No mini bar.
• Marika (7/5): Voin suositella hotellia. Parasta siisteys, hyvä sänky ja sijainti. - Aamiainen oli enemmän kuin odotin sen olevan. Kasviksia jäin hieman kaipaamaan. Portaikko oli vähän vaarallisen oloinen hissin läheisyydessä. Seinät ”paperia” äänet kuuluivat kun naapurihuoneessa aivastettiin.

• Samir (1/5): - L'emplacement L'exeguité de la chambre L'insorisation de la chambre : les ronflements du voisin ( inadmissible) et les bruits de la rue alors que nous étions au 4 ème étage (et pourtant j'avais demandé à l'accueil qui m'avait rassuré que c'était calme) Le comble c'était les toilettes et les douches!! Scandaleux ! Il m'était quasiment impossible de bouger sous la douche. Et pour pisser, il fallait que je le fasse assis. Je me suis cogné à plusieurs reprises aux poutres qui m'imposaient un déplacement penché. Comment peut-on commercialiser ce genre de chambre. Et pourtant , a l'accueil, il était clair que je dépasse les 1,87 m à vue d'œil ! Ma fille qui m'avait rejoint pour une nuit avait subit les mêmes affres !

• Francesca (7/5): Good location but old hotel - Incredible location, right close to the main attractions and several metro stations, bars, shops. The rooms are quite outdated, and the sound insulation is very poor. You can clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms, and every time someone opens or closes a door, the walls and furniture shake noticeably. Unfortunately, this made it very difficult to sleep well during the stay.

• Heather (8/5): Great location, ok facilities and helpful and friendly staff. - Location was close to historic centre (10 min walk to Note Dame etc), 4 min to Saint Michel station and easy access to Met and RER line. The area is delightful with lots of bistros, cafes etc. Lovely streets to explore. Close to Luxembourg Gardens. Staff were helpful. Bathroom was a little cramped with shower over bath that is not easy to get out of and water flooded the floor. Design of the stairs getting out of the lift on 2nd floor is dangerous as no landing.
• Luc (8/5): Prachtige ervaring in Parijs - De ligging was centraal. Makkelijk als uitvalsbasis om Parijs te bezoeken De levendige wijk. De kamer was niet te groot maar heel comfortabel en groot bed. Ontbijt mag wat uitgebreider. Geen vers fruit.

• Birgit (8/5): Der var i øvrigt ikke noget at udsætte på opholdet. - Vi følte os meget velkomne da vi checkede ind på hotellet, som var meget velbeliggende i forhold til byen og trannsport systemerne. Der var desværre badekar på værelserne, som vi ikke turde benytte af hensyn til vores sikkerhed. Vores hygiejne muligheder var derfor begrænsede.
• Ann (8/5): De perfecte locatie om het centrum van Parijs te ontdekken - Het hotel is gelegen in een heel leuke buurt van waaruit je Parijs zowel te voet of met het openbaar vervoer kan ontdekken. We hadden een rustige en comfortabele kamer aan de achterzijde van het gebouw. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
• Tanja (6/5): - Gute Lage Der Eingang und das Treppenhaus waren sehr dunkel und die Lichter gingen nur über Bewegungsmelder an. Uralte Teppiche, auch im Zimmer, die auch nicht wirklich gereinigt waren. Lieblos und schäbiger Zustand. Die 3 Sterne sind definitiv nicht verdient.

• Jacqueline (9/5): Over all I enjoyed the property. - Location to restaurants and sights. The staff was very accommodating. The stairs leading to the room from the elevator. Dangerous to maneuver especially with luggage.

• Allen (7/5): A good place to stay in the heart of the Saint Michel area - It was clean, and a great location, right in the heart of the Saint Michel district. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bakeries in the area. The bedroom part of the room was spacious enough, with the expected amenities, nothing super luxurious, but all we needed. The only issue was really the bathroom. It was not designed for someone my height (6'3"). Being on the top floor, it had a slanted ceiling, and was very cramped. Getting to the toilet without hitting my head was difficult. You had to do some serious maneuvering to avoid the beams in the ceiling. Virtually no shelf space for toiletries. We made it work, and it was fine, and maybe the bathrooms on other floors are different.

As you exit lift to second floor the few stairs to take you to your room were unsafe especially when exiting lift with luggage. Bathroom shower fixture needed to be properly attached to wall.

• Melissa (5/5): Cheap, convenient and central - The benefit of this hotel is undoubtedly the location - it's fantastic. Right in the heart of the Latin Quarter and minutes from Saint Michel metro. The restaurants and shops nearby are wonderful so it is all very convenient. The showers are hot and strong and the staff were friendly and were very sweet with our child. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel as there are so many wonderful places nearby, we chose to find croissants from a local bakery. We booked this hotel as we wanted somewhere cheap and central for one night. That's what we got. The decor throughout the hotel is tired, with wallpaper peeling off the walls, the doors of the bathroom were rotten at the bottom from where water had flooded and the beds were hard and pretty uncomfortable, but that's just to our taste, other reviews haven't shared this. It was fine for a night and the room was clean, and whilst the decor in the main hotel is tired, the rooms are surprisingly bright and have been modernised. We just needed a cheap bed for one night but I wouldn't have stayed for a longer stay personally.

• Juan José (3/5): No volvería. - Lo mejor es la ubicación, ya que el barrio latino nos gustó mucho, hay mucho ambiente, está al lado de Notre Dame y muy cerca del Museo Louvre, si quieres puedes ir andando a los principales lugares a visitar, y aunque la torre Eiffel está a una hora andando, es un paseo entretenido. El personal era muy atento, aunque solamente un recepcionista sabía un poco de Español, por lo que si no sabes francés, había que utilizar el inglés. Este hotel tenía una valoración de 8 en Booking cuando lo contraté, pero realmente necesita una reforma integral, es un edificio del que te llevas una primera impresión muy decepcionante, vamos que te dan ganas de irte de allí. Si abres la ventana da a un patio de luz que da miedo y el baño deja mucho que desear.
