Even though we were forewarned about having to pay an additional fee of 30 euros because our arrival was after 7 pm, it’s still a negative factor.

• Shirley (5/5): Problemas na acomodação não compensão pelo valor pago. - Localização boa pra quem quer ficar perto da estação. O Emanuel, responsável pelo checkin e checkout é muito solicito, Educado e faz de tudo pra falar português. O black out e o silêncio do local favorecem a dormida. Pena q a cama não ajuda. Acho q o básico pra uma acomodação ser considerada boa é ter uma cama confortável e um banho bom. Nesse caso a acomodação não atendeu às expectativas. O colchão precisa ser trocado com urgência e o chuveiro precisa ser arrumado. Box super apertado, mas o pior é o chuveiro. Quase não sai água, pouca pressão e os buracos entupidos. A localização perto da estação é boa pra ir até ela. Mas pra chegar à praça se anda mais de 30 min. Outra coisa que podia ter era pelo menos uma máquina de café de cápsula Ou pelo menos café. itens como sabonete líquido, shampoo no banheiro, materiais de limpeza tb fazem a diferença e custam muito barato.
• Logan (7/5): Clean, spacious, noisy, not the best quality. - This is a nice affordable option of hotel for anyone who doesn’t mind walking. 10-15 minute walk from the train station and 40 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. There is a water taxi nearby. Receptionist was kind and held our luggage since we arrived before check in. The rooms are nice but have very little sound proofing. You can hear most conversations from other guests and outside. The bed frame squeaks every time you move.

• Sylvie (9/5): Confort et propreté!!! - Agréablement surprise par la propreté et la grandeur des lieux. Situé près de la gare et de lieux touristiques. Le personnel à l’accueil très serviable. Au réveil à la salle de bain seulement on a trouvé qq fourmis minuscules au sol et avons avisé l’accueil qui se sont occupés du problème la journée même. On ne les a pas revu de reste du séjour.

Fataron sartenes. La estructura de la cama de Matrimonio se movia muchisimo. Habia Bichitos chiquititos que nos dejaban algunas ronchas en la Cara y el cuerpo por las mañanas. Es decir para el precio que tenía echamos de menos ciertas cositas.

Super acceuil par nos 2 hôtes vraiment très gentils ! La chambre est très mal insonorisée donc on entend les conversations et bruits des voisins et des personnes de passage.

• Ceara (1/5): Extremely poor customer service - Location I am so extremely disappointed in my stay here. I never make reviews but I feel I have to warn people. Upon the second night of us staying here we had a massive hygiene rink in the bed with ants all over our bedding. We were forced to leave the apartment at midnight and seek emergency accommodation in a hotel which we had to pay over the odds for as well as city tax as there was no response from the owner even though he told us upon checking in the WhatsApp number he provided us with is 24/7 availability for emergencies. After waking up the next day the apartment owner had a staff member show us to another room after carrying back all of our luggage AGAIN. he ensured there were no ants - however the bedding had stains on it and the living room light wasn’t working. After asking for a refund for the night we missed from the hygiene risk (nevermind the money we spent booking a new hotel) he shrugged me off and told me that he was awaiting confirmation from the owner. From that day to now they have refused to give us a clear answer regarding a refund for the night in question and are now ignoring us and booking.com as I have raised a dispute with them. Very poor customer service.

Odalar genel olarak temiz ve düzenli görünse de eski olmalarından dolayı temizlikte bazı küçük eksikler olabiliyor. Çocuklu aileler için oldukça uygun ve rahat bir seçenek. Daha temiz olabilirdi.

A 5 minutos de la estación de tren, ideal para llegar, caminar poco, dejar las valijas y comenzar a recorrer una ciudad tan hermosa como es Venecia. Además, la zona donde queda es demasiado tranquila lo que facilita el descanso. La habitación estaba super equipada y era muy espaciosa.

• Valh15 (10/5): Un très bon plan pour visiter Venise - Nous avons adoré l'emplacement près de la gare (bus et train), le calme, le fait d'avoir un coin pour manger, un frigo et un micro ondes qui nous ont permis de faire des économies pour un prix incroyable pour Venise. La chambre était vraiment grande. Mais nous avons vraiment apprécié la gentillesse et les bons conseils des personnes à l'accueil 😀 La douche est une cabine un peu étroite, mais très propre.

• Hanna (9/5): Ruhig, sicher, sauber, freundlich - Mein Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Das sehr saubere Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und dennoch ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Es ist ein normales Wohnviertel und das ist auch das Besondere dran. Gleich um die Ecke ist eine Vaporetto-Station und man hat mehrere sehr gute Restaurants und Cafés zur Auswahl. Die Gastgeber waren sehr sehr nett und hatten Recht, dass die Lage ruhig,aber trotzdem nicht einsam ist. Vor allem als allein reisende Frau war die Wahl exzellent. Leider hatte ich dieses Mal zu wenig Zeit, idealerweise bleibt man rine Woche oder auch zwei! Es war wirklich alles super!

Apartamento muito espaçoso e acolhedor, cozinha equipada com tudo o que é necessário e muito perto da estação de comboios. Não fica no centro mas fica perto do barco para nos deslocarmos por Veneza. O anfitrião foi impecável na nossa chegada e explicou-nos tudo. Recomendo muito.

Siamo super soddisfatti della scelta e consiglieremo questo posto..se proprio devo trovare un difetto..manca la lavastoviglie, ma è presente il necessario per lavare i piatti a mano
