Monika (10/5): Bardzo udany pobyt. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i miła obsługa. Smaczne i zróżnicowane śniadania. Przyjemny, przestronny pokój. Ładna łazienka. Hotel wyposażony w windę. Dodatkowo budynek z historią i ciekawymi wnętrzami. Nie mam uwag.

Jan (10/5): Ankommen, wohl fühlen genießen - Besonders gefallen hat mir wieder herzlichen Empfang und vom Gebäude her, dass Zusammenspiel von alt und neu war außergewöhnlich gut gelungen und auch das Zimmer war total modern, sehr schön eingerichtet auch das Bad mit einzelner Toilette und großer Dusche ebenerdig. Es war rundum schön man konnte sich sofort entspannen. Auch die Aussicht nach draußen zum Berg und zur Burgruine hat mich begeistert. Es gab absolut nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat

Rosina (6/5): Für uns ideal für hin und wieder zum Operetten Besu - Wir lieben den Charme des Hotels, auch wenn die Teppiche nicht die Saubersten sind und einige Ecken schon länger beim putzen vernachlässigt wurden. Wir hatten diesmal ein kleines Hündchen dabei, das äusserst liebevoll angenommen wurde. Wir werden sicherlich gerne wiederkommen.

Susanne (9/5): - Das Hotel ist sehr schön, auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage im Helenental toll zum spazieren gehen. Leider liegt das Hotel direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, das Fenster konnte man in der Nacht nicht offen lassen.

Brigitte (7/5): Für eine Nacht ok!! - Personal sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit! Betten sehr bequem!! Frühstück ist sehr gut ! Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, Die Zimmertüren nicht richtig dicht, man hört alles! Wenn man Nachmittags einen Kaffee trinken will, musste man das im Speisezimmer tun, mir fehlte eine kleine Bar. Leider ist es nicht zentral.

Marta (5/5): Még 3-4 napos pihenéste sem ajánlanám! - Elfogadhato volt Nagyon zajos szalloda! Pihenésre alkalmatlan! Egy helyi buszfordulo es kukás autok zajára ébredtünk hajnali fél hatkor az erdöre néző oldalon! A szálloda vacsora lehetősége kritikán aluli senki ne próbálja ki!!!!

Și cel mai mult ne au plăcut liniștea,grijă pentru oaspeti și întreg designul hotelului. Toate astea se datorează în intregime personalului. Mulțumim!

Giulia (10/5): Bellissimo e confortevole - La posizione, la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale. La camera era spaziosa e con tutti i confort. La colazione buonissima. Viaggiavamo col nostro cane e l’albergo è assolutamente per friendly. In camera abbiamo trovato il lettino e la copertina per il cane.
David (10/5): Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit sehr freundlichem Service und guter Atmosphäre - Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel war für unseren Kurztrip nach Wien ideal gelegen. Der Empfang war herzlich, und die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – inklusive guter Tipps zu Unternehmungen und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist auch die Tanzbar im Hotel, die sich perfekt für einen entspannten Umtrunk am Abend eignet. Einzig das Frühstück bietet noch etwas Verbesserungspotenzial. Die Brötchen wirkten an beiden Tagen etwas trocken und vermutlich nicht ganz frisch. Das Frühstück selbst war ansonsten klassisch und solide, mit einer eher einfachen Auswahl.

Vanesa (10/5): Amazing stay and hospitality - We stayed at Hotel Sacher Baden and our experience was extremely pleasant from the very beginning. An early check-in was kindly arranged for us, which we truly appreciated. The rooms were spotlessly clean, cozy, warm, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We were especially delighted that our dogs were more than welcome – they were greeted with their own bed and bowls in the room, which is a truly thoughtful and rare touch. Special praise goes to the gentleman at the reception desk as well as the gentleman who prepared our rooms. The receptionist was exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help, offering many useful tips and recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel has a rich history that can be felt in every detail, and the atmosphere is incredibly warm, welcoming, and heartfelt, making guests feel truly at home. The location is perfect – close to Vienna, yet far enough away to enjoy peace, quiet, and beautiful nature. Highly recommended – we will definitely be back!

Gabriele (9/5): Es war ein schöner gemütlicher Aufenthalt, gerne wieder. - Das Hotel ist super einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Endlich ein Hotel mit großem Gratisparkplatz. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, tolles Bad mit extra WC. Das Personal war wirklich sehr sehr nett, freundlich, sympathisch. Restaurant und Café durchgehend von 12 bis 22:30 geöffnet- herrlich. Wenn schon Teppichläufer auf den Fluren, bitte erneuern und eine andere Farbe. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass die Aufstriche etc. beim Frühstück beschrieben sind. Leider kein Lachs. Und das Gebäck hat uns nicht überzeugt.
Rene (5/5): - Sauna Essen im Restaurant (hatte als eine Suppe die war komplett versalzen zu und dann ein Roastbeef mit Parmesan und Rucola das nach Trüffelöl schmeckt (ohne dass es im Menü Stand) Frühstück - Qualität der Produkte und gefühlt vieles nicht frisch (Butterzopf, Macedonia) - kann daran liegen dass nicht viel los war aber erwarte mir bei diesen Sternen eine andere Qualität. Die Internetverbindung (schlecht). Einige Sitze im Restaurant sind Renovierungsbedürftig Schimmel im Badezimmer
