• viet (3/5): Avoid this hotel like a disease - Only positive is the location, centrally closed to main attractions. A long list: - unclean rooms. When first checked in they put us in a room crawling with cockroaches to our horror. We complained and they switched us to a cleaner room. Clean means no cockroaches but the bathtub is leaking water all over the floor on every use. We had to wipe the water off the floor lest one may slip and fall. - noisy rooms: you can hear people talking at normal level thru the door and walls. You can hear every noise due to traffic from street level even though our room is on the 7th floor. - old room where nothing works: desk phone in room not functioning, TV requires staff to fix to work, hot/cold water dispenser working haphazardly, light switches hard to control, light bulb out, only two electrical outlets in room. - only salvaging grace is a very hardworking staff named Nhan. He is very helpful and can fix anything. But you’ll need to catch him because he is very busy , obviuosly with so many problems, which lead us to the very incompetent manager, guy named Huy. This one is absolutely useless and also got a bad attitude to boot. He just does not do anything but does not miss to compete with customers at breakfast buffet line to get his own food. He should have been fired but maybe got good connections .

• Arokiyaraj (9/5): Value for money - Location: Away from crowded places, good restaurants close by, even there is a Western Union close by, where you can change your money and get a good exchange rate. The hotel room was very cozy, the bathtub is very good and smart TV. Cost-effective charges. Nothing much to say, if they can improve the buffet breakfast... everything is with pork meat ..and I don't eat pork meat.
• Bing (10/5): Exceptional - the location is nearby stores, restaurants. it has free breakfast so you dont have to worry about breakfast. the staff is very courteous, helpful and accomodating. beautiful rooms although our room's a/c sometimes doesnt work but the staff tries to fix it. it was a beautiful stay. the air conditioning that needs fixing 😞

• Shinsouhitoshi1203 (7/5): A suitable option for your holiday - 1. The staffs were friendly, the room was well decorated and clean enough. Rooms having bathrooms are highly recommended. 2. The breakfast were good enough for me. It starts from 6.30am so you better get up early for the meal. Generally, I think it's a good accomodation w/ affordable prices. 1. There was someone smoking in the hotel at about 9.30pm. Despite closing the door and the window, we can still smell the tobacco outside. 2. The room wasn't 100% clean in some places (e.g inside a kettle and in the desk too)

• Nguyen (8/5): This hotel is good to stay. - At first, our room was small and no TV, so they upgraded the bigger room the next day, it was so nice. We liked the location. It's very convenient to shop and eat out. Staffs were friendly. The bathroom with the shower looked old but that's ok. The lobby was hot without AC.

• Monica (3/5): No We wouldn't go back even for free!! - Sound proof. Pretty building on ok looking street. spacious room. Everything! The bed was the worst... we could feel every spring in that mattress. I had to fold the comforter in 4 and line the mattress with that and my towel so didn't feel the springs so much. The next day back ache. The shower terrible unless you are smaller than 4 feet... if you are taller you will have a bad time in the shower. I had a difficult time washing my hair and my husband, who is 6 foot tall, had to kneal on the shower floor in order to shower. And the puddles everywhere on the bathroom floor after the shower because the bathtub is not connected to the wall. Saturday at 5 am I woke up and the room stunk like cigarette smoke... someone smoking in the hotel and all the smoke went into the room. Restaurants around expensive and the traffic terrible. No I wouldn't go back even for free!
