- J (8/5): - 洗面の不具合はすぐに対応してくださり直していただきありがとうございました。 設備面の問題としてはバスルーム・洗面の照明と換気扇が同じ一つのスイッチでしかon,offが切り替えられないので、寝るときに換気扇をつけるとバスルーム・洗面から室内が明るく照らされてしまうので困りました。結局、換気扇を切って寝なければなりませんでした。バスルーム・洗面に湿気がこもってしまうのが嫌でした。なぜ別々のスイッチになっていないのでしょうか。 あと、ツインルームなのにお茶とコーヒーが各1種類一つづつなのはちょっとケチ臭いです。各2つずつセットしてほしいです。 その他はタオル置き場の棚が落ちて来そうでした。 ルーム清掃は特に問題はありませんでした。ベッドメイクも良かったです。 朝食はメニュー数も揃っていて味付けもよく美味しかったです。スタッフさんたちも親切でよく動いていました。フレッシュジュースがあると大満足です。 フロントスタッフさんもフレンドリーで良かったです。 また今週末に利用しますので、よろしくお願いします。

- Masato (10/5): - 松江南京駅も近く、ビジネスや食事、買い物にもスポットまで地下鉄を使用すればすぐ。とても便利です。
- yoko (8/5): ランドリーが有料 - 最近ホテルにランドリーが増えてきましたが、ここは、1時間から1時間半ほどで100元と有料です。時間も10:00から22:00までと制限があります。せめて24時間営業にしてほしい。 そのほかは、松江南京駅から2番3番出口から5分ほどの好立地。コンビニは近くにいくつもあります。 バス停もすぐそばなので移動には便利なところです。朝食は特に普通なバイキング形式。かもなく不可もなかってところ、歩いて台湾朝飯があるようには思えなかった。ホテルの前に、パン朝食の行列ができてる屋台のような小さなお店が朝オープンします。平日毎日人気でした。ロビーに無料のコーヒーと紅茶がありました。マッサージチェアも快適。

- Sayaka (8/5): - シャンプーとボディソープはあるがリンスがない。 トイレにも石鹸ではなくハンドソープが欲しかった。 時計がないのでいちいちスマホを確認しないといけない。サイドテーブルの端が下に向かってカーブしているので暗い時に物を取ろうとするとすぐに落ちる。 景色は悪いが朝6時頃に向かいの商店のおじいさんが準備しているのを見られる。 風呂の水を溜められるのは嬉しいが空調が寒いし調節の仕方がわからなかった。

- Hirofumi (10/5): - スーペリアツインに宿泊しました。ビジネスホテルとしてはコストパフォーマンスが高いです。 ＭＲＴ・バス停から徒歩数分、コンビニまでは20mの距離です。立地は申し分ないです。 フロントは日本語対応でしたので助かりました。 室内はリノベーション済みで綺麗です。トイレはウォシュレット付きでトイレットペーパーは流すことができます。バスタブ付きですが床からそこそこ高さがあるのが難です。ＴＶリモコンと電動カーテンの操作方法がわからなかった。 朝食のビュッフェ会場は広く、テーブル配置もゆったりしています。このクラスのホテルとしては品数は多い方で、味にクセはなく美味しくいただきました。 コスト、利便性重視でリピートありです。
- MIKU (10/5): - 松江南京駅やバス停から近いので交通の面では便利だと思います。ホテルの近くにはセブンイレブンもあります。また、大通りから一本入ったところにあるので比較的静かです。部屋も綺麗で毎日掃除に入っていただけたので文句なしです。 特にスタッフの方が丁寧で優しいです。ロビーを通ると必ず挨拶してくれますし、帰国日は夜中にも関わらずタクシーを呼んでくださいました。本当に感謝しています！次台湾へ行くときはまたこちらのホテルに泊まりたいです。

- Naomi (8/5): - 朝食がついていると思わなかったのですが、一通り揃ってる感じでした。ベッドに関しては、枕が固くて、いつも低めの枕で寝ているのでちょっと首が痛かったです。バスタブが付いていて良かったですが、小さい子供や高齢者だと跨ぐのが大変そうだなと思いました。また、排水もバスタブから直接ではなく一度床に排水されて、床の排水溝から抜ける造りだったようで、あまり勢いよく排水しないように気を使いました。 それ以外は不自由なく、お掃除のスタッフさんや受付のスタッフさんみんな挨拶してくれて感じが良かったです。

- HARUKI (2/5): - 台湾出張の度に利用しておりましたが、2025年6月は駐車場の所に喫煙所がありましたが、2025年7月から喫煙所の撤去、ホテルの周りで喫煙できなくなりました。 また、防音対策が不十分で、スイートルームを利用しましたが、隣の部屋の音が丸聞こえで、寝不足になりました。ビジネスホテルなんだから、夜のハッスルは勘弁して欲しいですね。。。 次回から別のホテルを利用したいとおもいます。

- Masami (10/5): - 台風が近づいてきていたので現地の天気などExpediaのチャットで聞いたら、すぐに返事が返ってきて安心しました。 到着後もスタッフのみなさん親切で居心地が良かったです。 残念だったのはバスタブが深すぎて、跨ぐ時に滑りそうで怖かったのと、2025年1月から歯ブラシやコームなどのアメニティーが廃止になっていたことです。 アメニティーの廃止は法律に基づいているのでホテルの責任ではありませんが、予約時の情報に載せていてもらえると事前に準備ができてよかったのにと思いました。

- CHIENYU (2/5): 以後不會再入住 - 昨天入住517，從廊道開始就有不好聞的味道，廊道擺著一台空氣清淨機，似乎沒什麼效果，房間進到房間內也有一股霉味加沼氣味，隔天凌晨五點半就開始有油煙味，致電去前台，有一位女性主管來看，表示沒聞到味道，油煙味這麼重，我的隨身包包衣服都是油煙味，之後問我說要不要把走廊的空氣清淨機放進來？我在想這有多神奇，廊道的異味都沒辦法去除乾淨了，房間的油煙味能好到哪裡去？後面才說要幫我換房，這時候已經是早上7點，早上7點是要換什麼房？一整晚都被臭味影響到睡眠，一直到我退房離開都沒有聽到一句抱歉，連補償方式都沒有，櫃檯默默的收回卡片，就這樣。

It is very centrally located (but off a busy street) and close to restaurants and all modes of transport - the Metro was just a short walk away. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommended.

- MikeYKK (10/5): Hotel with good amenities for your stay - We stayed for 5 nights during our visit to Taipei. Room is clean and complimentary breakfast is acceptable. Hotel is only 3 minutes walk to Songjiang station and perfect to get around with MRT. They allowed to put luggages aside if you wish to explore the city before check-in time. Staff is friendly and wifi reception is strong.

- NAO (8/5): - 清潔感があるシンプルな部屋で広さもあり良かったです。 特にお風呂が広く、ユニットバスでない湯船とシャワースペースが別になっているタイプで入りやすかったです。 部屋の空調が冷房のみで暖房がないので寒い時期に行くときは注意が必要。冷房の効きは良く、暖かい時期に行くなら気にしなくても大丈夫。 周辺には美味しいご飯屋さんがたくさんあって食事には困らなかったです。銀行や会社もあるエリアなので土日より平日の方がいろいろなお店が開いていて楽しめるかもしれないです。

- Michael (6/5): - I usually stay in the Superior Double room. But it was booked up so I got the Gallery Double. That room was noticeably smaller, without a bathtub. Also the bathroom has a slight sewer smell ---maybe the venting is not working. The breakfast was okay.

There were gym, laundry, free coffee/tea and massage chair in the lobby floor. Breakfast buffet wasn't anything to write home about but had enough food and fruits to start a day.
- Joo Shiang (8/5): - Generally good, rather new room, bathroom/toilet was new and spacious with bidet. Has nearby subway station. Breakfast was average only. Has 7-11 beside but other than that. not much shops in the neighbourhood.

Room is well laid out ---my 250 sq ft room felt like it was a 300 sq ft. Breakfast is good. They have a laundry room with new equipment and a large lobby and sitting area. I'd stay here again.

- jonwK8783MQ (10/5): Forward Delivers @ a Reasonable Price - I have visited this hotel on 3 separate occasions with each tourist stay being about 5-8 days long. It is very convenient to the Taipei Metro only a few minutes walk. I've always felt welcome and although traveling with a Chinese speaking companion they were always considerate and helpful in my contact with them. I love the free breakfast! Sure, I also stay at the Howard where the breakfast is incredible, but I enjoy Forward's simple approach as we eat our way around Taipei and don't need to stuff ourselves beforehand. My stays have been from 2006 to the last stay in 2017. I am returning to Taipei and the Forward in a couple weeks. I'm booked in a balcony room and have asked for a high floor. It's a small room but we are here to see Taipei, not the room. I'm anxious to enjoy this trip at the Forward. I will spend my last 3 nights at the Howard, ha ha before moving on the mainland China for 3 weeks. I'll return here to give a review of my new experience.

- Bryan (10/5): pretty good - great service, spacious, built well, quiet, nice location with accesss to lots of transportation. Food options close by were lacking. Breakfast was decent. Good choice for the price!
