• Luiza (9/5): - Muito bem localizada O ponto que não gostamos muito foi a falta de luz natural no quarto. Ficamos em um quarto com duas janelas bem pequenas, de frente para uma parede em obra. Ou seja, não podiamos abrir as janelas e ver o tempo, o que tornou o quarto um pouco claustrofóbico.

The hotel offers an exceptionally good breakfast buffet, and serves great coffee and cocktails. If you visit, definitely try out their spa, a delightful place to relax after a long walk around the city. Ancient Rome in itself is a magic experience, hotel Lunetta makes it even better. Absolutely no comment at all. A hotel in the city center offers little space for views and the square it’s located on is small. But what would you expect in Rome? Hotel Lunetta is an absolute gem in the city.

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We raden dit Hotel zeker aan! Het enige wat tegen viel was dat de familie suite 401 mindere matrassen had. Je voelde de veeringen in je rug als je in bed lag. Maar we hebben dit ook vermeld bij de.receptie.

The central location made it very easy to explore the city, with many attractions and transport options nearby. The breakfast was another highlight—fresh, varied, and of excellent quality, offering a great start to each day. This was our last night in Italy, and because of the wonderful spa in the hotel we were able to book a much needed massage and jacuzzi time! Staff were very accommodating and even upgraded our room. It is built within a 56 BC building. Julius Caesar was executed in the plaza one block away! History is everywhere. Many restaurants within a short walk. Highly recommend. Nothing.

The location is within walking distance to two Piazzas, it was so clean and had a fresh clean smell (not overbearing at all) when you walked in. The breakfast was amazing and their cappuccinos were the best we had in Italy. The staff was just INCREDIBLE, especially Fabrizio, he truly went above and beyond to help us with anything we asked. The location is walkable to most attractions, on a quiet, charming street with good restaurants close by, and easy to get to. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Our room was gorgeous and very clean, as was the entire hotel. I had an amazing massage in the on site spa. My husband said he could not find a single complaint, which is the highest praise he has to offer. And the daily breakfast was also wonderful. It can be hard to select a hotel in Rome when you don’t know neighborhoods, but the choice of Hotel Lunetta should be easy.

• 728baharm (2/5): One of the Worst 4-Star Hotel Experiences I’ve Had - I travel internationally often, including across Italy, and this was one of my worst hotel experiences. We arrived and were told our booked junior suite wasn’t available. Instead, we had to stay in a different hotel for 2 nights, then move back, completely disruptive and inconvenient. Housekeeping was minimal (just making the bed, no real cleaning). The shower was extremely small, with rusted metal parts, felt unsafe and unhygienic. At one point, the water turned freezing and then stopped entirely while I was showering. Staff said this is “normal” and that I should have called reception mid-shower to fix it. To make things worse, I noticed an extra charge on my credit card. When I raised it, they dismissed it by blaming currency conversion differences, which was clearly not the case, even basic math showed otherwise. Overall, the staff seemed indifferent and unwilling to take responsibility for any of these issues. I’ve never experienced this level of service at a 4-star hotel before. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel.

Il ya des travaux sur la basilic collée à l'hôtel et du coup bcp de bruit, tôt le matin si la fenêtre est ouverte. La vue deouis la chambre donne sur l'échafaudage donc, pas de possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre, l'hôtel aurait dû prévenir et faire un rabais. Le spa înclu dans le prix est limité a 45 min ce qui est scandaleux vu le prix de l'hôtel. Dans la salle de bain, il manquait des rangements

• darrent867 (10/5): Superb Staff, Perfect Location - A Hidden Gem in Rome - We stayed at Hotel Lunetta in March while visiting Rome for the rugby, and it proved to be an excellent choice. The standout feature for us was the staff. Without exception, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful – striking exactly the right balance between attentiveness and allowing guests to get on with their stay. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The location is superb. You are right on the edge of the historic centre, within easy walking distance of everything you would want to see, yet just far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. It felt like having the best of both worlds – access and calm. A particular highlight was the spa. It has been thoughtfully integrated into the building’s ancient foundations, which gives it a unique atmosphere. It feels authentic rather than contrived, and is a great way to unwind after a day exploring the city. Overall, this is a refined and very well-run hotel that delivers on all the things that matter – service, location, and a sense of place. We would happily stay here again. Such wonderful staff, so charming and sweet and personable, fabulous location, very intimate and gave us a suite that we had not booked at the same province as our regular double room. Please make sure there are more towel bars and that the bars for drying clothing are heated in the evening. We’d love to be able to control the room heat too.
• Olga (9/5): Хороший выбор в сердце Рима. - Начну с благодарности. Огромное спасибо за апгрейд номера. Первоначальный стандартный номер мне любезно заменили на сьют и это был лучший подарок! Расположение очень удачное, пешком можно добраться практически до всех достопримечательностей Рима. Маленький, но уютный СПА. Завтрак небогатый, но всегда свежие сыры, колбасы, омлет, фрукты, выпечка. Подушки это отдельный восторг, более удобных я не встречала. Уборка на уровне. Каждый вечер возле подушки был шоколад и открытка с прогнозом на завтра. Очень мило. Вначале при заселении был предоставлен номер очень небольшого размера, с крохотным окном, чтобы в него попасть нужно было преодолеть ступеньки, помощь с багажом мне не предложили, так что пришлось кое-как затащить чемодан весом 22 кг наверх самостоятельно. В номере помещались либо я, либо чемодан. Но, к счастью, менеджмент отеля поменял мне номер на следующий день на великолепный сьют. В дальнем крыле отеля слышны звуки стройки из соседнего здания примерно с 6 утра. Хотелось бы большего разнообразия блюд из яиц на завтрак. И в отеле предоставляют только одну бутылку воды на весь срок проживания. В Риме можно пить воду и из под крана, но для тех, кто привык к ежедневному пополнению питьевой воды это неудобно.

• ClaudioAndres (10/5): Consistently good hotel - I've been coming to Lunetta Hotel intermittently for years and it has been consistently a good place to stay in Rome as it has kept the quality over time! The rooms are comfortable, it is not noisy and it has a good breakfast. The location is very convenient, close to Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and there are good not touristic restaurants nearby.

• Paula (10/5): Our stay was Exceptional we had a fabulous time - Loved it all. Hotel so central to all attractions and amenities of Rome. From the minute we arrived the staff were so kind, helpful and efficient. This was a surprise trip for my husband’s birthday and they’d made it such a wonderful experience, even to bringing a birthday cake to the breakfast table that morning. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. Nothing I didn’t like
