Proche du métro et autres transports en commun comme les bus HAVAIST qui desservent les aéroports. Proche de toutes commodités. La gentillesse de tout le staff. Les boissons et les gateaux gratuits à volonté (Eau, machine professionnelle Segafredo de boissons chaudes) dans le lobby de l'hôtel. Hôtel de taille humaine avec les hauts standards professionnels d'une grande chaîne (Sheraton). Bon petit buffet pour le petit dejeuner pour un hôtel 3 étoiles (il mérite une 4ème étoile par rapport aux standards d’Istanbul), avec la possibilité de demander des préparations spécifiques (omelettes sur mesure, pancakes...). Nuisances sonores d’un restaurant en face, avec une animation musicale qui tarde bien au delà de minuit.

Был небольшой инцидент с электрикой в номере, но сотрудники сделали всё возможное, чтобы его устранить и мы не почувствовали неудобств. Завтрак довольно скудный и немного странный выбор блюд. Можно оставить то же количество блюд, много не нужно, но заменить, например, рис с нори на омлет или оладьи.

Each morning, I would go out and be greeted with friendly smiles and conversations that instantly lifted my mood and set a positive tone for the day. Ik ben hen daar zeer dankbaar voor. Hun vriendelijkheid en inzet maakten mijn ervaring in het hotel extra prettig. Een klein nadeel is dat er voor het hotel regelmatig bedelaars aanwezig zijn. Dit staat los van het hotel zelf, maar je kunt er wel mee te maken krijgen wanneer je op het terras zit of het hotel in- en uitloopt.

Asking cash money for airport transfer, explaining that paying by card we should pay an additional governmental tax of 10%…. • بتول (8/5): Overall, we appreciated the good service and hospitality, but we hope these issues can be improved for future guests. - Our stay was generally pleasant. The reception team was very welcoming, always smiling, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room cleaning service was also excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel’s location near the center of Taksim was very convenient for us. There were a few issues. The windows did not have good sealing, so we couldn’t sleep well due to the loud noise coming from the nearby restaurant singer who performs late every night. Although the hotel had mentioned beforehand that there might be a little noise, it was much more than we expected. Additionally, the room was smaller than anticipated. Overall, we appreciated the good service and hospitality, but we hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

My money has been withdrawn from my card by booking.com before my arrival. The hotel staf say I shall get it from booking.com, although the website says I need to request it from the hotel, which is true, as it's not the first time I book hotels here and the money is withdrawn by the booking.com, but the hotel s are still able to provide me the closing documents. Only this one hotel is not willing to help me or just do not know how it works.

• Hélène (8/5): Hôtel de bon standing près des rues animées de taksim - Super emplacement, taille humaine , personnel sympathique, chambre et salle de bain moderne, propre J ai trouvé que c était bruyant le soir (bruit de la rue, des restaurants/bars), et ça se calme vers 1h du matin.
