TAKAKUWA (4/5): がっかりしました - 当日予約できたこと。利用は今回初めてではありません。当日予約で宿泊料も安かったから初めて別館でした。エレベーター前の環境に少し不安を感じました。夜遅い時間も近隣の男性たちの声が聞こえるのが気になりました。チェックイン後部屋に入り最初に洗面台で手洗いをしようとしたらハンドソープがないので仕方なくボディーソープを手に取ろうと押したらすごく固かったのでもう一度押したら全方向の広い範囲に飛び散り髪の毛、顔、洋服、壁まで濡れてしまいました。フェイスタオルで拭き取ったのでフロントに連絡し替えのタオルをお願いしました。しばらくしてから部屋に届けてもらえましたが　その後外出予定だったため濡れた洋服を着て出なくてはならず不快でした。その夜入浴時にまた同じようなことがおこったのでボディーソープ容器を見たところ口の部分が目詰まりしていました。清掃の時にこういうところのチェックもするべきでは？と思いました。

鞍野 (7/5): 良くも悪くも古いホテルの特徴がよく出ているホテルでしたが、従業員の方がとても感じが良く、いいホテルでした。コンセントはもう少し増やしてほしい。 - フロントで人がきちんと対応してくれるのがよかった。この頃は利用客が自分で端末を入力してチェックインするところが多いので。古いホテルの特徴であるが、部屋にコンセントが少なすぎる。携帯と時計を充電したら、ドライヤーも使えないしお湯も沸かせない。

Kodai (5/5): 便利なロケーションでサポートを受けられる宿泊。 - チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえるなどサービスが良い。価格もそこそこで御堂筋線、江坂駅の近くなので中心部へのアクセスがしやすい。泊まった部屋は鍵が古く、また調子も悪かったようで初めは一人で開けられませんでした。フロントまで戻る羽目になりましたが、そこでやっと開け方にコツが必要との説明を受けたので、せめて鍵を渡す際に話しをしてほしかったです。

Kota (9/5): 満足 - スタッフの対応が丁寧だった。駅から近かった。通路が狭いところがあり、スーツケースを持っていると少し狭く感じた。
ARISA (7/5): また機会があれば利用します。 - 駅から近く、最寄りの出口から出た時点でホテルがみえて助かりました！周りにもコンビニや飲食店があり、行きやすく便利でした。朝の９時前くらいに、部屋でのんびりしていたら急に部屋のドアが開きました。お掃除の方が隣の部屋と間違えたようですが特に謝罪もなく、そこだけが本当に残念でした。こちらもまさか鍵をあけられるとは思っていなかったので心臓とまるかと思いました、気を付けていただきたいです。
