- Ella (7/5): Easy, comy and convenient - The property was close to the stations and the city centre which is good. The capsule was a good size and comfortable, fan was good to keep the air flowing. Outside area to have dinner was good. The kitchen was a little dirty. There was a sponge in their that looked quite gross. The bathrooms were also not attended to frequently. I went to the same bathroom a few times and they never had soap. There was also a brown substance in the shower drain causing the drain to block. So it wasn’t a very pleasant shower.

I assume the full deposit was not given back since we returned 5 groups of bedding. We had 4 persons sleep in double person pods.

But if you do no - Of course the best things are price and location It also provides more privacy than regular hostels Staff was friendly I would appreciate a bit more cleanliness in the bathrooms, also more lockable showers would be awesome. The doors to capsules often bang to the wall which is pretty loud and can easily wake you up. Walls are very thin so If your neighbors are loud, you will get no sleep.

- ORIANA (5/5): Normal, solo era para dormir por qué después no te ayudaban a encontrar el ascensor. - La ubicación. Estaba en la 407 y me tocó una cama que por lo que se paga, podrían cambiarla. No solo que hacía un ruido espantoso que despertaba a las demás chicas cuando me movía, si no que estaba súper hundido. Y que es eso de que antes del check out tenes que llevar tus sábanas?? El chico de la recepción solo me dijo que la llave se daba, también había que dejar las zapatillas???

- May (1/5): - The location was good When we first arrived, we found some bugs in our room when we told one of the staff he said that they’re not bedbugs so we should be fine… we continue our evening and didn’t even want to shower because the bathroom or so unsanitary. During the night, there was no air circulation in the capsule and we couldn’t sleep for a minute. The staff were OK, but very loud during the entire night. and not very helpful.

- Fabula86 (7/5): Guter Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abzügen - Lage ist super Zentral, man kann vieles zu Fuß machen. Sehr belebte, junge, hippe Gegend mit guten Restaurants und historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man ist in 5 Minuten an der Spree und in 20 Minuten am Alex. Ich würde es deswegen und wegen des guten Preises wieder buchen. Sehr nette Rezeption, total hilfsbereit. Wir haben eine Kapsel gebucht. An sich ist die Matratze bequem und es ist genügend Platz. Die Kapseln sind aber so hellhörig, das man die anderen Leute im Zimmer hört als wären sie bei einem im Bett. 4 Kapseln in einem Zimmer und wenn Leute dabei sind die keine Rücksicht nehmen, hat man keine Gute Nacht. So leider bei uns passiert, ein Paar das sich die Nacht bis 1.45 Uhr gestritten hat und dann am nächsten Abend ging es wieder los. Erst auf energischen Nachdruck von uns anderen war Ruhe. Muss natürlich nicht so passieren, aber unterhalten in den Zimmern ist nicht möglich. Wer einen Funken Privatsphäre möchte ist in den Kapseln falsch aufgehoben. Ausstattung ist aber gut. Bäder sind sehr dreckig und werden nur einmal am Tag gereinigt. Bringt Schlappen mit.

If you're not ok with loud noise and bit of light bring some earplugs and sleeping mask. Very close to almost everything by foot. Also nice ppl serving at the bar (especially the one w a beard) ☺️ No such.. just that the shower would clog fast

On peut gérer la ventilation, la lumière, c'est sécurisé et plutôt spacieux. Le lit est aussi confortable. Je n'ai pas eu du tout de problème. C'était un très bon séjour.

Very nice area in Berlin, we were close to everything we wanted to do. The bathrooms could do with a refresh except one which was nice. Get what you pay for.

Casier sans cadenas (non prévu car non dit dans description). Pas de porte manteau ou d'étagères dans les chambres. Toute une aile avec problème de canalisation, beaucoup de monde, sanitaire non nettoyés et sales, odeur désagréable. Pas de porte serviette ou d'étagères dans les douches. Très déçue pour une première expérience.

This was very stressful and confusing, especially in cold weather and as a solo female traveler who had already been staying there and suddenly had to deal with canceled bookings without any clear solution. I was left not knowing where to go next, which felt very unsafe and unprofessional. Policies like this should be communicated clearly before booking, especially when they can leave guests in such a difficult situation.

Bin maximal enttäuscht vom Verhalten der Mitarbeiter. Weiter unten erkläre ich wieso die negative Bewertung. Hatte zuerst eine gute Bewertung abgegeben und ein kleines Feedback gegeben dass leider die Auswahl der Sachen im Frühstück mir nicht zugesagt hat. Mitarbeiter ist daraufhin ausgerastet hat gesagt ich soll zukünftig Zuhause bleiben und weiter zuschauen wie Klima zerstört wird. Diese Aussage nur weil ich sagte Eier und Schoko Cornflakes wären nice gewesen.... Maximal ekeliges verhalten

- Kymbat (9/5): - Персонал спокойный вежливый . Все парни обслуживали очень тактично , отвечали на все вопросы . Спасибо вам огромное ! Не понравилось , то что проходную карту надо было перезаряжать каждый день .

- Patrick (5/5): - Grundsätzlich okay, aber die Policy, dass man nur 10 Nächte über das ganze Jahr verteilt übernachten darf und nicht etwa am Stück, was ich verstehen könnte, sondern insgesamt in Summe, ist ein absolutes NoGo. In 5 Monaten habe ich pro Besuch in der Regel nur eine Nacht dort übernachtet und ein- oder zweimal für zwei Nächte. Selbstversttändlich werde ich im nächsten Jahr dort auch nicht mehr übernachten. Das Argument war, dass dort Menschen zeitweise wohnen würden. Ziemlich schlechtes Argument, wenn Gäste nur 1-3 Nächte pro Monat dort übernachten.

- kerstin 1977 (8/5): Schlafen in einer Kapsel - Freundliches Personal, man fühlte sich echt willkommen.... Kostenloser Kaffee und Tee während des gesamten Aufenthalt. Für mich war das schlafen in so einer Kapsel nicht das wahre....aber ansonsten war der rest in ordnung.

- Dana (8/5): Für ein Hostel ganz gut aber etwas zu teuer:) - Die Lage war wirklich top in mitten von Berlin und trotzdem sehr ruhig:) Die Betten waren nicht so unbequem wie sie aussehen. Das Frühstück fanden wir sehr gut, da es fast nur veganen Aufschnitt gab. Außerdem kann man sich so oft Kaffee und Tee nachfüllen wie man mochte :) Auf dem Zimmer direkt war keine Seife vorhanden am Waschbecken und um Handtücher zu bekommen mussten wir extra bescheid geben. Die Toiletten waren nicht soo sauber (es gab keine direkt auf unserem Zimmer). Allerdings bin ich selten in Hostels unterwegs und vielleicht ist das auch der Standard. Etwas hellhörig war es leider auch zumindest ab 8 Uhr morgens hat man auf dem Flur alles gehört und mitbekommen.

- Maria (4/5): - Die Lage war ok, nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof. Ein tolles vietnamesisches Restaurant in der Nähe. Steckdose in Bettnähe Die Betten waren furchtbar. Durchgelegen, zu dünne Matratzen und die haben bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht, das man dadurch immer wach wurde. Die Gemeinschaftstoiletten waren dreckig und eins davon war kaputt. Das Frühstück war für 10 € sehr spartanisch. Das Personal war nicht wirklich freundlich. Für den Preis lohnt es sich also nicht.
- Linda (6/5): Gute Lage aber Sauberkeit kritisch und Kapseln nicht schalldicht! - Die Lage ist wirklich super! Die Kapseln ab sich sind in Ordnung- ich hatte alleine eine king size und kann das auch nur sehr empfehlen! Die Kapseln waren nicht wie beschrieben schalldicht - was ich potentiell vielleicht auch nicht erwartet hätte aber da damit geworben wird ist es halt faktisch falsch. Die Bad Situation ist wirklich kritisch, da immer Dusche, Klo und Waschbecken in einem Raum sind. Diese werden auch maximal einmal am Tag gereinigt- was ich bei der Anzahl an Leuten wirklich schon fast eklig finde. Ferner war ständig die Seife oder das Toiletten Papier alle. Dann gab es auch noch in einer Hälfte des Gebäudes alle Badezimmer gesperrt was zu enormen Stau geführt hat und selbst da wurden die Bäder nicht regelmäßig gecheckt.

Insolite pour un hébergement - fonctionnel Le bruit des autres usagers peu respectueux : même si les capsules sont individuelles, leur espace commun reste bruyant

- Neela (7/5): Fine - The capsules had good air conditioning and were ok. There was an almost fully vegan breakfast available for 10€. The bar downstairs was also very nice and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was good. The bathrooms in the second floor were a bit dirty and possibly had some mold on the walls. The air was also bad and hot. However, the bathrooms on the first floor were clean and didn’t have any problems.
