If we are ever lucky enough to return to Munich w - Rooms were larger than average, comfortable beds and pillows, breakfast had a large variety of food, the playroom for kids was a lifesaver! Nothing, everything was great!

• Claudia (8/5): - Tolle Lage, tolles Frühstück & sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer sehr geräumig, Betten sehr bequem. Sauberkeit. Leider war überall Staub. Es ist kein Problem das nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt wird. Aber bei Anreise & nach der Reinigung muss es sauber sein. Ich habe selber Staub gewischt. Wenn hier nachgearbeitet wird ist es absolut spitze! Wir kommen trotzdem wieder.

• Müller (10/5): - Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotelzimmer. Man hatte das Gefühl einer Ferienwohnung. Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Vieles mehr ist vorhanden. Ein primer Aufenthallt mit sehr guter verkehrstechnischer Anbindung. Komme sehr gerne wieder.

Çalışanlar yardımcıydı Metroya uzaklık 500-600 metre civarında yol çalışma yapılan bir yoldan. Çok zor değil ama negatif belirtmem gerekirse bunu söyleyebilirim

• basem (1/5): Awful due to one single staff at reception - breakfast is complete and has a lot of varieties Very disappointing experience. We reserved a room for 2 adults and 3 children. The hotel website states that only children over 12 years old are considered adults, and all of our children are under 12. Based on this, we understood that our reservation was valid. Upon arrival, we were checked in without any problem and given our room cards. However, shortly afterward, another reception manager stopped us and said that we exceeded the maximum occupancy of the room, which was limited to 4 people. This was never made clear during the booking process. What was clearly stated on the website was only the policy regarding children and adults. We had also emailed the hotel in advance to inform them that we were traveling with children, and we were told that everything was fine. Despite this, once we arrived they insisted that we book and pay for an additional room. They also refused to cancel or refund our reservation, claiming that because we booked through Booking.com, they could do nothing. After a long and exhausting trip, we were left with no real choice: either leave the hotel or pay for another room. We felt pressured into an unfair situation at the worst possible moment. This stressful and poorly handled experience is the reason for my low rating. I would not recommend this hotel.
• Kristina (9/5): Tolles Hotel, gute Lage - Super Lage, großes Parkhaus. In der Nähe ist eine Straßenbahnstation und eine U-Bahn Station mit guten Anbindungen und der Ostbahnhof ist nicht weit entfernt. Man wird freundlich empfangen und Check-in ist super schnell und unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Es gibt an der Rezeption Wasser, Tee und Kaffee umsonst und eine Auswahl an Getränken und Snacks gegen Bezahlung. Ein kleines Spielzimmer ist vorhanden für Kinder und viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und vielfältig. Es gab sehr viel Auswahl und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war leider nicht für drei Personen gerichtet, aber es wurde sehr schnell nachgeholt und uns wurden sofort Handtücher und ein drittes Bett gerichtet. Manche Speisen beim Frühstück waren schon kalt, wie z.B. Weißwürste

• Ingrid (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswert,mit guten Bus -und Bahn Anbindung - Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit, vor allem Frau Toksoy, hat uns während des Bus und U Bahn Streiks gute Tipps gegeben. Es gab neben der Rezeption einen Bereich in dem man sich kostenlos Kaffee, Tee… und Wasser mitnehmen konnte. Wir hatten ein Zimmer, dass nicht zur Straße ging und das war wirklich sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr reichhaltig mit einer sehr großen Auswahl und lecker. Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt in der Stadt, hat aber gute Anbindung zum Bahnhof Ost , wo auch die S-Bahnen fahren. Für uns nicht zutreffend, das wir für unseren Münchenurlaub immer wieder dort buchen würden.
• Elena Schnell (8/5): - Grosses Zimmer, gut eingerichtet, gute Beleuchtung, gute Dusche. Reichhaltiges Frühstuck und sehr feinen Kaffee. Nah zum U-Bahn und Tramhaltestelle. Aussicht zum Gleisen von Ost Bahnhof. Aber die Lage für unsere Bedürfnisse war trotzdem sehr gut.

• Ia (9/5): - The kitchenette in the room was well-equipped, and the room itself was comfortable and spacious. The hotel also has a playroom for kids and a fitness room, which was a nice bonus. Various cafés and restaurants are within walking distance, and there are several public transportation options close by if one is planning to explore the city. The temperature in the kids' playroom was quite high. Perhaps the air conditioner wasn't working or something similar. However, the overall experience of staying at this hotel was pleasant.
