After agreeing to store our luggage previous night as we traveled elsewhere for a few days, the lady at reception refused to accept it until she checked with her superiors...it was 3 am when we were on our way to catch our flight.

Not many choices for breakfast if you are a non-pork eater or vegetarian. The front of house staff are not most informative and there were some lapses in professionalism.

- aloshia (9/5): i feel i couldve gotten more and better breakfast for my money. - i like that you cant enter the floors with rooms without a room card. i liked the free drink they gave. the pool area was nice. they will hold your bags until check in time. and they will also hold them after you check out. breakfast was ok they literally were closing the doors at 9:58 so make sure you arrive in timely manner if you wanna enjoy breakfast. they close the pool area for private events/meetings which isnt fair to guest whove paid there money and want to utilize the facilities.

- rovshan (7/5): Not bad - I really liked the location—it’s right in Brickell, close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the free breakfast was a great bonus. The pool area was also nice for relaxing after a long day. Overall, it felt convenient and good value for the price. One downside was the bathroom setup—there was no bidet or handheld shower for personal cleaning after using the toilet, which made it less comfortable for me. I also found the bathroom a bit basic compared to the rest of the room.

- Gonçalo (9/5): Boa experiência no geral. - Localização, instalações e simpatia dos funcionários, principalmente do FO. Como éramos uma família tínhamos uma reserva para duas unidades de alojamento muito específicas com 2 camas de casal em cada quarto e quando chegámos o funcionário do FO informou-nos que uma delas não estava disponível. Tentaram oferecer um upgrade para um outro quarto, mas obrigou-nos na mesma a dormir 2 pessoas em um sofá e outra em uma cama extra (que não era muito confortável para ser sincero). Em todo o caso, o staff e penso eu que o Diretor Geral foram muito cordiais, pediram desculpa pela situação e tentaram arranjar uma solução e inclusive compensaram-nos um pouco com outros extras.. Não foi o ideal devido à questão do quarto, mas foi uma boa estadia. Sem essa situação teríamos dado um 10.

- CELINE (10/5): Excellente adresse - L'emplacement à deux pas de la station Brickell pour le Metromover et le Metrorail, la chambre très spacieuse, propre et confortable, les espaces communs agréables, le petit-déjeuner bon et varié, les boissons en libre accès toute la journée, le quartier vivant et avec plein de restaurants pour dîner. - Colleen Marie (8/5): Very comfortable stay before a cruise. Nearby restaurants is a great perk. - Access to nearby restaurants was awesome. I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years. It was quite disappointed to notice that the shower liners were no longer available on the shower curtain curtains in regular room rooms. Housekeeping told me they were only available on the 14th floor. I’ve definitely been impressed with these shower curtains over the years. Quite sad to know this is the result of a likely cost savings effort. Not a huge deal, but still disappointing…

O preço é alto devia ser melhor o café e o atendimento
