Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Eine Waschlotion für die Hände am Waschbecken hat mir gefehlt.

Nasreen (4/5): it was not good - The service was disappointing. When we arrived, we had to ask for help with our luggage even though staff were standing near the entrance. Our request for a smoking room was not accommodated, despite mentioning it during booking. The bathroom did not feel properly cleaned, and the bedside lights were white and uncomfortable; warmer lighting would be more suitable at night. Overall, the stay was just okay. The food was fine, but the experience did not meet expectations.

In my room, the bathroom needed some repair work and updating, especially the skirting boards in the bed area, and ceiling in bathroom that looked to have major damp damage.

We’re stayed here for almost a month in family room, they provide The daily breakfast that was included had a huge selection of food. We’re fully thanks to housekeeping staff whose really maintain and make the room tidy always ,especially how you make my kids happy with your simple surprise. The restaurant staff and reception are really nice service. And last thing that appreciate to reception team you give us free late check out, it was amazing stay, really unforgettable experience in this hotel. Would highly recommend! Staff are nice and responsive, they also allowed us to have early check-in. There is a coffee shop and bakery next door if you opt not to have bfast in the house. Venture41428458998 (2/5): The condition of the room was very disappointing and smelly - On January 8 2024 I stayed in room 229, I was very disappointed with the quality of the hotel which did not match the price because the room was ugly and smelled very bad, there were animals in the room and the water dispenser was broken. Very different from the conditions at the Ibis hotel in Jakarta. I have complained but the service was also not satisfactory.

hariskevin80 (2/5): Need to improve - I had a meeting at the Ibis Hotel Denpasar, it was hot in the meeting room, the AC wasn't working properly, when I had dinner at the restaurant the AC wasn't on either, it felt very hot during dinner. When we were having dinner we saw rats in the smoking area, we moved to an indoor restaurant and there were rats walking around. I complained to the hotel staff but there was no response. I stayed in room 208, in general the room was good, the AC in the room was a little less cold, the shower light in the bathroom was off, and there was stagnant water that couldn't get into the floor drain because the slope was not appropriate. Breakfast was good, only I saw there was a bucket because there was a leak at several points. This is an international hotel. Need to improve for batter services
