Elle aurait dû être communiquée à 11h avec une activation à 15h. A 16h rien, après plusieurs mails et appels auprès de l’établissement nous avons dû contacter Booking. Attention forte odeur de tabac, ménage à revoir présence de salissures et l’appartement se situe au pied du chargement des poubelles en bateau donc beaucoup de nuisances sonores

I guess a 3pm entry and 1000 exit, for a short trip, is not great and could be more flexible. Pulling cases to go to the hotel to drop off at 11am to then go back at 3pm to pull back to the apartments does not really work.

Tot força net, llits còmodes. El personal super amable! Els estris de cuina no són suficients i estaven bruts i molt vells. Ja vam avisar suposo que els canviaran. No vam poder cuinar el que voliem perque la olla estava impracticable, i en general tots els estris necessiten renovació. La resta net i bonic.

Cependant, cela vous permet de visiter pas mal de choses en vous rendant à l'appartement. Il est situé parfaitement pour les visites. La basilique Saint-Marc et le Pont des Soupirs sont à proximité. Les équipements et la literie de l'appartement sont parfaits. RAS

• Anzhelika (8/5): Ik raad het zeker aan, het was super goed verblijf! - Locatie is uitstekend, groot appartement met twee badkamers en derde bed in aparte ruimte, proper. Het personeel van hotel was super vriendelijk, digitale sleutel is ook gemakkelijk. Er is ook een goede supermarkt in paar honderd meters vandaan. Wij verbleven 4 nachten maar de handdoeken waren pas ververst na 3 nachten, was ook niet gepoetst tijdens ons verblijf (er lag redelijk veel stof in de badkamers). Het was allemaal niet erg maar wij verwachten na 2 nachten toch opfrisbeurt.

• Vasil (9/5): - Communication with host was very fast and efficient. We checked in online and received a virtual key (first we had to install the Opennow app), si it was very easy. The host gave us also recommendations how to get to the property from the airport. The property itself us very close to San Marco square (water station S. Zaccaria / S. Marco), a few minutes on foot. There is a supernarket just 3 mins away. In front of the apartment there is a canal, a bridge and a very nice and quiet square. So it is a few mins from the crowd, but in a quiet and lively naboughood. All in all very good experience and will come back again. A bit dark so we had to put the lights on during the day, but that was not a problem

Tot i que l’habitació està preparada no pots entrar abans de les 15h perquè t’obra l’app que prèviament t’has de baixar. El llit de la nena lhas de fer tu, i es un sofà normal (no sofà llit) i és molt dur. Les Coixineres tenien algun cabell. I el matalàs súper incòmode

• GIL (8/5): - En general està bé, les vistes són boniques, està ben situat. Al arribar feia fred però els radiadors escalfaven ràpid. L'apartament era justet per 4 persones. El fregall de la cuina era molt vell i gastat, només hi havia dos gots, la porta de la nevera estava despenjada i el congelador no es podia utilitzar per què estava totalment ple de gel (caldria descongelar). L'aigua de la dutxa no sortia molt calenta, al wc de dalt se sentia un soroll d'aigua durant tota la nit i el radiador no es podia regular (o estava parat o escalfava en excés). Faltava un penjador per les jaquetes. El comandament de la TV de la sala d'estar de baix no hi era.
