Moizuddin (6/5): - Great location, very close to central station, so highly recommended for anyone needing station access. Clean and neat. The AC wasnt working, nor was the safe. There are two receptions and I spent a lot being sent back and forth from one to the other for basic needs. I also just realized that I was given a single room despite having booked a superior single. The single room is very basic and small, so as long as you know what you're going in for it's ok.

Vanessa (7/5): Clean and close to station at reasonable rate, but room is basic with some parts needing maintenance anf minir repair. - Close to central station. There is a staff at the ground floor the whole night and checkin desk stay open late. Room is clean. Shower handle was loose and broken. Had to try to insert it into the hole just to turn on the show. Stay only one night so just live with it.

Wouter (2/5): Voor mij niet meer - De nieuwe kamers zijn prima en netjes Het is een raar hotel, geen lobby beneden - daar begint het al mee. Verder zit het heel raar en onlogisch in elkaar, verschillende etages en veel renovaties. Ze vragen enorme prijzen maar zorg dan gewoon dat je de boel in orde hebt. Het ontbijt is ook echt heel triest, niet je geld waard.

Internațional nu a funcționat 2 zile cat am stat acolo , am vb la recepție dar nu au luat nici o măsură. Doar au mulțumit ca i-am anunțat. Rușine! Nu a funcționat internetul , nu sunt aceleași servici ca la etajul 5 .Rușine!

Vira (7/5): Normal place to stay 1 night near Milan Crntral - Close to Milan Central Station, renowned bathroom and beds, clean bed linen, reception friendly and helpful. Very strongly scented cleaning goods! The smell is so strong in a closed room that until the window was opened and aired through a crack, there was nothing to breathe. Friends sneezed. Cleanliness doesn't smell that strong! The torn wall in the triple deluxe room looks very poor - the old beds were replaced, the walls were not repainted. The plastic air conditioner grille near the window is broken

Pol (9/5): Todo genial - Todo perfecto, hicimos una reserva a última hora y pudimos gestionar la entrada pasada la media noche sin problema ya que tienen recepción 24h. Fueron muy amables y atendieron todas nuestras necesidades. Desayuno muy buena calidad precio. Ubicación excelente al lado de la estación central.

Peter Lewis (10/5): Pulizia, cordialità in una struttura completamente rinnovata a pochi passi dalla Stazione Centrale di Milano - Struttura all’interno di più ampio edificio in condominio, come succede spesso a Milano. Ristrutturata di recente, con gusto e grande attenzione per gli ospiti. Personale cordiale, sorridente e preparato. Le camere sono veramente belle e comode, il bagno (privato e interno alla camera) è ampio e confortevole. Ottima pulizia in ogni area comune e privata. Interessante la scelta di prodotti di alta qualità per la toilette (sapone e shampoo-doccia), molto apprezzata anche per la profumazione (molto gradevole, seppure neutra). Ricco kit di cortesia. La colazione è abbondante, ma non eccessiva. Buona selezione di prodotti dolci e salati al buffet, i cornetti sono di pasticceria così come le torte. Ho apprezzato l’offerta anche di latte di soia, rispondendo alle esigenze alimentari di vegani o intolleranti al lattosio. Da tempo volevo provare questa struttura, vicinissima alla stazione. Io ci ritornerò senz’altro.

ARAVIND (5/5): Air conditioning not working - We had booked a standard room. The air conditioning in the room was faulty and could not be repaired. We were only given the option of a table fan or to shift to a Premium room for which they charged 20 euros extra. The fact that they couldn't give us a different room without extra charges is extremely disappointing.

Valentina Mihaela (10/5): - I took it last minute and it was awsome. The front desk employee was amazing with me, very gentle with my baggages and my needs. They speak very good english almost all of them. I didn t like the placement, at night, the principal door is closed and you need to call a nr. Sometimes, you have to wait outside longer and the area is not very safe. A lot of homeless people and people who are visible dangerous.

The beef was hot and the AC couldn't not be turned on due seasonal issues. Window do not have a screen, lots of mosquitoes. We had to chose between heat or being bit. Did not sleep much. The bed was very uncomfortable.
