Комната небольшая, но вполне неплохая, присутствует неприятный запах. В номере очень дарко, вентилятор мало помогает.

La limpieza deja que desear porque había un gorro de los anteriores huéspedes debajo de la cama. El agua de la ducha apenas salía y cuando había alguien bañandose, no podías ir al baño porque la taza estaba también dentro. La llave de la habitación tenía truco y costaba mucho cerrarla y abrirla. Tampoco nos hicieron la cama, pero nos dejaron una toalla por persona. Había dos recepcionistas y también tenían un perro que campaba por el pasillo del hostel. Lo mejor era la ubicación, que estaba céntrico y bien comunicado en transportes.

• Hugo (8/5): Valeu a pena - O hostel tem uma boa localização é perto da estação central e da estação de Metrô Sondri. É limpo e aconchegante, tem recepcionistas 24h. Os problemas que tive foram a cortina do quarto que não são blackout e pela manhã fica tudo claro dentro do quarto. O quarto que ficamos é com vista para a avenida, o trânsito é intenso e o barulho também.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Very dissapointed - Unfriendly staff gave me the key from the room and did not explain that I can use the double bed so I felt I had to use the small single bed in the room which was uncomfortable. Also it is said on the add that there is coffee and tea included in the price and in the morning I was told I have to pay to make myself a coffee. As a whole for the high price I paid, it was very very poor service.

• Serik (4/5): Годен только для краткосрочного пребывания. - Дешевый хостел по очень привлекательной цене. Плюс - это близость к жд вокзалу Чентрале. Нам было необходимо только лишь переночевать. Для этой цели хостел сносный, но продолжительно проживать не рекомендовал бы. В нашей комнате был душ и умывальник, туалет общий. С другой стороны я бы не сказал бы, что он был очень занят. Т.е даже наоборот всегда свободен. Поэтому, если на сутки и без маленьких детей, то можно, иначе будет очень не комфортно!

Siamo rimasti meravigliati! Abbiamo comunque pagato 10 euro in più e ci hanno dato la camera. La nostra camera dava sulla strada principaleed eta molto rumorosa; come fastidiosa era il campanello che suonava quando gli ospiti rientravano. Per il prezzo totale che abbiano pagato si trova di meglio.

Bien que l'hôtel soit à Milan les personnes ne parlent peu ou pas italien, ne sont pas aimable ni serviable. Je ne le recommande absolument pas.
• Pavel (2/5): Totally stay away. Never again. - They lost my booking (claiming not to get it). Well, they redirected me to an affiliated hotel - where they had only one night available instead of 3. Short story of what happened after I called hotels.com staff and spent a bit of money on the calls: 1. This hotel staff hanged up when hotels.com called it and was pretending not to speak English. 2. When the second hotel was speaking with hotels.com on the phone, I overheard the first hotel practices overbooking. Well, I arrived after 1 a. m., makes sense :) It was made to pay a commission. But the second hotel (HOTEL Central Station) resolved the issue and finally they found me a room for the remaining 2 nights even though they claimed to not have a room at first. Hotel Central Station claimed Guesthouse Central Station (also called HoStel Central Station) had problems with their telephone line. Ok, whatever.

• cristina (6/5): Decent for a night - I had a bad first impression because the staff were difficult to communicate with both in English and Italian. I came in during check in hours but they still made me wait 40 minutes to get into the room for cleaning. I sat in a separate room and they completely forgot about me until I asked if I could go in. However, the room and bathrooms were clean. They do not provide keys and have staff sleeping on site, so when I came home late that night I had to ring and wait for a few minutes. Good location close to the train and metro. Not awful for the one night.

• Ka Hang (6/5): Good Location and Low price - My stay in Milan is due to an accident about i miss the bus and the train was fully booked. So i searched for accommodation near train station and found this hostel with a nice price and good location. of course I cant judge this hostel with high standard given the super low price and good location. The best about this hostel is about privacy, everyone have their own room instead of 8-bed dormitory. I would recommend this to budget traveler.

It was amazing!! ha...ha.. when you check in, you can have amazing experience. it is exactly same sounds... when the bus just pass through in front of you. this is not a joke... I was staying one-night, and I was thank for kind workers, cheapest price, good location and free wifi.. but dont wanna visit again.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - I book a bed in a 5-bed mix dorm and was given a bed in a twin room. Sounds good, right? but it turned out in late night that another guest was a guy. So I asked them to change the room. I'm ok if I was put in a mix dorm which hosts more than 2 persons, but not with a stranger guy in twin room. Plus, there were 2 bathrooms for all guests. The bedroom cannot be locked (I've asked for the key but the staff said they won't give out one, or if they give me, I shouldn't lock it so the another guest can get inside.) and there were no lockers at all. The staff seems not really understand how to run a hostel. I'd suggest to change the type of this property to a guesthouse, so the guests would have better suitable expectation of things they would get. Price were Ok by the way, they don't provide breakfast though.

Just hope all hostels provide a small torch to late coming guests so they can go through the room to find their bed and browse through their luggage without having to switch on the light and waking everyone up Just a suggestion.

• kb (6/5): 5mins walk from train stn - The showers water was a little strange as the temp of the showers kept changing. Almost burnt myself at times despite it's kept between hot and cold. The room door cant be locked though.

Staff's English very poor. Hotel room like prison - bars on windows. Furnishings poor. Decor terrible. No air conditioning. Strong smell of gas in corridor. Shower room dirty, dirty towel on floor. Under no circumstances book this hotel, whatever you do.

• LifeisGood (2/5): Avoid Hostel Central in Milan - Although the night and day time replacement, front desk young lady was polite, they did not possess knowledge of the immediate area surrounding their hostel. I called to find out if there was a laundromat in the area. I specifically asked for a self service one prior to booking the reservation. I was told there was one a couple of blocks away. I went to the one I was given directions to. It and another laundromat were NOT self service. They had a washer/dryer in the communal bathroom which guests were not allowed to use. We checked in about 6 am, after arriving on the overnight train from Paris. We hoped to get a few hours of sleep. They were hammering out a tile floor from 8 until we left about 10:45. I was told, they were "redecorating" when I asked them why there was so much hammering and noise at 8 am. I would give this property a zero, but the rating system does not allow it. The room had cobwebs in the corners and the light fixture was covered with dust and cobwebs. The walls also were water damaged. There was a shower ensuite, freestanding, with no walls enclosing it. We did not use it. It is adjacent to streets with very high traffic volumes and there is no soundproofing on their rooms.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Prison cell feel to it - Was just someones appartment with a few prison beds in it. Definitely a let down for such a nice city. It was ok for just one night. We were locked in after about 11pm
