Oskar (5/5): Grundsätzlich schade... - Das Servicepersonal im Restaurant war freundlich und bemüht Convinience (zumindest aus meiner Sicht) im a La carte hat mich nicht positiv überrascht, ebenso die etwas gewöhnungsbedürftige Tischzuweisung (kenne ich ganz anders aus anderen Restaurants) Das Warmwasser im Badezimmer war nicht wirklich warm 😕 Habe lange überlegt ob ich die Bewertung überhaupt vornehmen soll. Vielleicht hatten einige inkl. mir nicht den besten Tag. Ich finde es schade.

Sabine (8/5): - Traditionelles, schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Supermarkt und Lokale zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Ausreichend großer Parkplatz. Schwimmbad und Saunabereich sehr gepflegt ( Personal wirklich top und sehr freundlich) und großzügig angelegt. Schibus vor der Türe (sind allerdings immer selber mit Auto ins Schigebiet gefahren). Frühstücksbuffet sehr umfangreich. Hotelbar sehr gemütlich gestaltet. Im Zimmer wäre ein Wasserkocher für Kaffee/Tee schön gewesen ( ..für eine kleine Tasse nach dem Schifahren:)). Betten waren sehr weich - ist aber natürlich individuelles Empfinden.

Alfred (8/5): "Gemischte Gefühle" - Die Ausstattung des Hotels war sehr gut (Halle, Wellness und Zimmer). Essen wirklich nicht schlecht. Service war sehr freundlich und flott. Nun, der Hotelinhaber war etwas anmassend. Er hat ein Gespräch zwischen uns mitbekommen in dem wir über das Benehmen der anwesenden Kinder gesprochen haben. Er hat uns vor unserer Abreise darauf angesprochen und gefragt warum wir überhaupt zu dieser Zeit buchen. Ich bin aber der Meinung dass es mir wohl frei steht wann ich meinen Urlaub verbringen möchte, unabhängig davon ob zu dieser Zeit Kinder im Hotel sind. Es liegt wohl nicht wirklich an den Kindern sondern mehr an den Eltern, die sich irgendwo im Hotel aufhalten und die Kinder sich selbst überlassen (beim Buffet, im Wellnessbereich etc.). Der Chef rennt eifrig durchs Hotel, allerdings wenn gerade jemand an der Rezeption auscheckt findet er es nicht der Mühe wert sich zu verabschieden und ev. ein paar Worte mit den Gästen zu wechseln (das waren nicht wir - wir haben es beobachtet). Die Festlichkeit zu Silvester war ein Flop. Der Inhaber hat zuvor dafür geworben (es war eine Aufzahlung zur "Genusspension" von € 47,00 fällig). Es gab einen ältlichen DJ, der das Musikprogramm "abgespult" hat. Es gab wenig Interesse dafür.

Dusan (8/5): - Navstivili jsme tento hotel po mnoha letech jiz podruhe. Moc prijemny hotel, vyborna snidane, super bazen i saunovy svet, velmi mila obsluha. Jedine co se nam nelibilo byly velmi tvrde matrace v postelich. Nekomu to muze vyhovovat, nam bohuzel ne. Po spanku me vzdy bolela zada.

Daniel (10/5): Great spot for a relaxing, pampering stay. - I totally enjoyed my stay and the staff did a great job helping it to be relaxing and enjoyable. The food was excellent and a great value for the money. The view was gorgeous. I just wish we could have stayed for 3 nights instead of 1. The pool, sauna's, and steam room were fantastic. There was nothing I didn't like.

ALBERTO (10/5): Un piacevole soggiorno a Sankt Mikael im Lungau - Ottimo soggiorno presso questa struttura, immersa nel parco di St Mikael im Lungau con la possibilità di effettuare numerose escursioni molto piacevoli. L'hotel e la camera sono decisamente molto accoglienti, così come il personale è molto disponibile, sorridente e simpatico (un particolare ringraziamento a Clemens!). Colazione e cena molto apprezzate. Da provare assolutamente!
Tina (10/5): Dejligt sted med flot natur - Et 500 år gammelt hotel som i den grad er opdateret til nutidige standarter … personalet er altid smilende og hjælpsomme og servicen er i top. Det egner sig nok bedst til gennemrejse eller til vandre og motions folk.

The room is not like in the pictures, it was more a 3 stars than 4 stars. The room was not cleaned completely everyday, we didn't have shower gel in all the 4 days of our staying.

Laurens (10/5): We would definitaly stay here again if we would be in the neighborhood! What a great experience! - The staff was really nice! From bartenders to cleaning personel, all had just one goal: helping us and make us feel welcome. The sauna was great, swimmingpool fantastic and the food (breakfast and dinner) was very good! All was great. It is a little bit far from Salzburg but that is perception.
Ervina (10/5): Amazing, coming back for sure - We made a late online booking and even though we were arriving after the hotel's "official check-in" time, the staff called us to say they will arrange access for us afterhours. We also asked if it is possible to have a couple of beers waiting for us in the room - lo and behold there was a bucket full of ice with beers put in our room. Room was spacios, clean, well equipped, super comfortable. Hotel itself is absolutely lovely. Breakfast was amazing.The staff is friendly, most helpful : the lady at the reception was asking us which direction we are taking to continuo our travel and then proceeded to check live webcams and road info to provides us with the most recent status update. Hotel's location is superb too. I can only speak in superlative terms about the hotel. N/A
