• Manuel (9/5): - Die Bequemlichkeit der Betten war außergewöhnlich gut. Das Frühstück war Vielfältig, obwohl es auf den Bildern etwas mager aussah. Das der Fernseher einige Tage nicht funktionierte trotz Information an der Rezeption. Das außerdem Aufgrund der gegenüberliegenden Baustelle morgens lärm war trotz geschlossener Fenster(Kaum Schallisolierung).

• Neby (4/5): Room service left the door open in our absence - Breakfast was really good The room service did not make the bed and in the second day while we were away they left the room door wide open after throwing the trash. Luckily nothing was missing, but we were shocked to find our room door open for anyone to walk in. When we reported the issue nothing was really done other than to note down the room number.

• Тодоровић (10/5): Divno iskustvo. - Lokacija je dobra, tramvajem se brzo stize do centra. Hotel je odlican za kraci boravak u Becu, najbitnije je sto je sve cisto i dovoljno prostrano. Kupatilo je novo i lepo odrzavano a kreveti udobni. Rado bi se vratili ovde. Sve je bilo u redu.

Pohoda:) Vybavenost pokoje byla starší. Chtělo by to drobné opravy. Zrovna probíhali stavební práce na protějším chodníku 😁. Takže ráno byl budíček.😊

We received a code for the front door that did not work. We got the room number and door code the night before our arrival by asking separately. The phone number provided by the hotel also did not answer on the night of our arrival. We got to the hotel when a person living in the hotel went inside. He also instructed us on how to use the door code for the room. We only received a working code for the front door the next morning.

• Ernestine (8/5): - Charmant und der Garten lädt zum entspannen ein. Zimmer sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Frühstück gut. Komme gerne wieder. Am Bett waren die Lichter sehr knapp übern Kopf angebracht und eckig/scharf, wo man sich beim aufstehen den Kopf anschlagen kann. Die kleine Dusche war nicht drehbar zum Boden so dass ich eine Überschwemmung leider nicht vermeiden konnte beim befestigen. Die große wollte ich nicht da ich mir die Haare nicht nass machen wollte.

• Marvin (6/5): Zimmer groß und sauber - Großes Zimmer Das Frühstücksangebot wiederholt sich täglich ohne Variation. Im Badezimmer stehen nur begrenzte Ablagemöglichkeiten und wenige Haken zur Verfügung. Zudem wird beim Duschen der komplette Boden nass. An einem Tag wurde unser Zimmer trotz ausgehängter Reinigungskarte nicht gereinigt.
• Constantin Tanase (10/5): - Hotelul este intr-o zona cu liniste. Micul dejun este foarte bun, variat si satisfacator. Au avut si copii variante pentru micul dejun si au fost foarte multumiti. Personalul foarte cald si amabil. Ne-au ajutat forte prompt in rezolvarea unei probleme personale.

• bfmbfm (7/5): - Good price/value ratio, location ok, on street parking free during weekend. All clean. Breakfast quite varied, nevertheless we missed other eggs than hard boiled. Bathroom needs renovation - leaking taps (nearly impossible not to have constantly running water), broken washbasin and shower base. Cleaning service was not perfect - all cleaned, but bed was not much prepared. Reconstruction over street noisy in the morning starting 7am (one day, they did not work on Sunday and holiday), but that's not fault of the hotel, and windows are relatively good insulated.

• Sandra (8/5): - Uns hat das freundliche Personal und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut gefallen. Ws gibt nicht viele Hotels, in denen man sich einen Aufenthalt mit 4 Kindern leisten kann. Es gab außerdem eine eigene Küche, was bei einem Aufenthalt mit Kindern wunderbar ist. Die Betten der Kinder waren anscheinend etwas hart und die Funktionsweise des Fernsehers war uns nicht klar.

• Bianca (8/5): - Die Lage vom Hotel ist hervorragend. Unser Familien-Zimmer war schon in die Jahre gekommen hat aber gepasst. Große Auswahl beim Frühstucksbuffet. Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Dorucak je u redu, za svakoga po nesto. Osoblje ljubazno i susretljivo. Sve nas je docekalo po dogovoru. Toplo preporucujem boravak. Mi bi s djecom svakako opet rezervirali boravak. Stariji rucnici, pojedini bili potrgani, tv koji nije radio.
