- 973rizkin (10/5): Great Stay in Taipei - Honestly, I decided to stay at this hotel because of the many positive reviews I read about the location, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff, and I’m glad I chose this place. When we arrived at the hotel around 12 PM, the receptionist kindly suggested that we leave our luggage first while waiting for the check-in time at 3 PM. We went out to explore the city for a while and came back a little after 2 PM. Thankfully, the receptionist allowed us to do an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Thank you, Herena! On the third day of our stay, we also asked for recommendations for good local food around the hotel. The receptionist (Cicy) was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic in assisting us. She even showed us several recommended places directly on Google Maps from her phone, which made it much easier for us to explore nearby local restaurants. Our room was also cleaned every day, and overall we truly enjoyed our stay here. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality from the staff. Thank you again to Cicy and Herena for being so kind and helpful throughout our stay. This hotel will definitely be one of my first choices if I visit Taipei again in the future.

This hotel raised the bar for every hotel around the world, including many premium ones. Fresh water and snacks delivered to your room daily. Sitting area on the second floor has a coffee machine, tea and water and noodles are served at night. Laundry free of charge. Excellent little map, free in the lobby, includes subway network. Friendly staff completes the hospitality picture. Location is great for sight seeing, many attractions in the walking distance and if you need to commute, the Main Station where two metro lines meet, is steps away.

Over all we are happy with our 4 night stay with Cityinn Hotel Taipei Station Branch 1 The only thing is that the room space is a bit small but for us we are mostly out during the day so we ok, but if you have big luggage that might be a problem.

Comfortable bed. Free laundry room and snacks on the second floor. The room was tiny, however we did know this from reading reviews prior to our stay. We travel light (small duffle bag each) and it was ok. Good for solo or very light travellers .

- brdfungi (10/5): Exceptional Staff - We had a wonderful stay at Cityinn Branch 1 Taipei Station in February/March. It is clean, convenient and comfortable. The staff at Cityinn make this hotel stand out among the others. They are professional, competent and customer oriented in a way that leaves a lasting impression. In particular we were amazed at the thoughtfulness, caring and attentive manner in our interactions with Cicy. She went the extra mile to help us with any matter and treated us with such genuine kindness and affection. Her personal recommendations helped us immensely in Taipei and Alishan and we are very grateful. Kaylee was also exemplary, going above and beyond assisting us with some tricky transportation to Alishan. I believe it was also Kaylee who appeared promptly at our door and fixed our lights when we first arrived. She is gracious, efficient and a delight to speak with. The entire front desk staff operated as an efficient team relaying messages between guests and staff. The cleaning staff should also be commended as excellent and hardworking, and we enjoyed returning to a spotless room each day. The staff at this hotel are very special and present the hotel and country of Taiwan in a very positive light. I hope the owners/upper management recognize what a treasure they have in their employees. We have traveled all over the world and consider this staff as exceptional.

We were impressed from check in to checkout and being able to catch up on the laundry was great. I booked a bigger room with a balcony and we had enough space and a great bathroom.

There are washing machines and dryers available at the property for quick and effective laundry. Also the location is really good. Super close to the main station and a lot of other amenities. Best of all, the staff was amazing and super helpful. We really appreciated their support for our booking. Thanks to Nina and team. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Taipei. The room is quite small and the window in the elite room is actually facing a wall.

Only a 5-10 min walk from Tokyo main station which we used to get everywhere. Had a washer and dryer which we used! exceeded our expectations

Very busy area. Close to shopping and food choices. Room was small and it was expensive for what it was. No room to put 2 suitcases and still move freely. I guess you're paying for the convenience of being close to the main station.

We actually moved to this hotel after leaving another one in Taipei because the level of cleanliness there was not what we expected. Coming here was the best decision we could have made. The rooms were absolutely spotless every single day — truly impeccable. Huge compliments to the housekeeping team for their amazing work. From the very first moment, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for. A special thank you to Abbey at the front desk, who was especially kind, warm, and helpful — though honestly, the entire team was fantastic. They even provided us with a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival so we could have more space, which we truly appreciated. The level of customer service is exceptional and genuinely heartfelt. They also contacted us after checkout because we had forgotten a charger in the room — something we hadn’t even realized ourselves. That kind of thoughtfulness truly goes above and beyond. We also loved the complimentary extras like the free ramen and coffee — such a thoughtful touch and so appreciated after long days exploring. The location is amazing: just 2 minutes away from Taipei Main Station and right next to a mall, which makes everything incredibly convenient. Plus, there is a FamilyMart literally as you step out the hotel door. Overall, this hotel made our stay extra special thanks to the people who work there. - Lucca (10/5): A Hotel with the Kindest, Most Attentive Team - We had such a wonderful stay here and truly cannot recommend this hotel enough. We actually moved to this hotel after leaving another one in Taipei because the level of cleanliness there was not what we expected. Coming here was the best decision we could have made. The rooms were absolutely spotless every single day — truly impeccable. Huge compliments to the housekeeping team for their amazing work. From the very first moment, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for. A special thank you to Abbey at the front desk, who was especially kind, warm, and helpful — though honestly, the entire team was fantastic. They even provided us with a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival so we could have more space, which we truly appreciated. The level of customer service is exceptional and genuinely heartfelt. They also contacted us after checkout because we had forgotten a charger in the room — something we hadn’t even realized ourselves. That kind of thoughtfulness truly goes above and beyond. We also loved the complimentary extras like the free ramen and coffee — such a thoughtful touch and so appreciated after long days exploring. The location is amazing: just 2 minutes away from Taipei Main Station and right next to a mall, which makes everything incredibly convenient. Plus, there is a FamilyMart literally as you step out the hotel door. Overall, this hotel made our stay extra special thanks to the people who work there. If you’re visiting Taipei, this is truly a place where you’ll feel at home. We would 100% stay here again 💕

- KB (10/5): - 아침 배달 서비스, 공항 드롭 서비스 매우 편하게 이용했습니다. 시설도 좋았고.. MRT에서 가까우나 에스컬레이터가 없음 K12번인가에서 길건너길 추천합니다. 아쉬운간 2박3일같이 짧은 여행은 가격이 좋은데 주말을포함한 6박 이상의 가격은 매우 별로 입니다.

- YIFEI (9/5): 離台北車站走路約7分鐘，周邊有許多餐廳 - 位置方便，有熱飲自助吧，晚上10點到隔日早上6點還有泡麵可以選擇 隔音不太好，二樓邊間深夜會聽到對面大樓機械停車位運作聲，以及路人嬉鬧的聲音

- EstelaZamora (9/5): Recomendable - El lavabo es muy comodo y limpio. El agua de la ducha se calentó rápidamente. La habitación que era algo pequeña pero para mi corta estancia fue suficiente.
- MARIA ANGELICA (10/5): Excellent stay at CityInn - The staff was very nice, they borrowed us an umbrella for the day, they gave us an upgrade and the tv can connect to Netflix and Amazon prime. When the lights in the bathroom did not work, they came to fix it straight away! There is a water fountain and a place to eat fast in the second floor. They provide recommendations of Taipei!
