• Marco (9/5): Perfecto puerto base - Muy bien ubicado para visitar los puntos de interés de la ciudad. Habitación espaciosa y cómoda, buena presión de agua en la ducha. El barrio ofrece muchos restaurantes, bares y tiendas que valen la pena. El personal increíble: Alican y Nadir son geniales. Y el bar de abajo increíble para acabar las jornadas, muy buen ambiente y personal encantador. Hubiera echado en falta más almohadas, y en fin de semana había algo de ruido debido a la música alta de los locales de la zona.

• Larisa (8/5): Этот вариант для выносливых и со здоровыми коленями. - Локация отличная, номер тихий во двор. Завтраков там вообще нет, но на этой улице с этим нет проблем. Номер небольшой, но достаточно для размещения двоих. Отличный санузел и душ, было комфортно. Нет лифта, очень крутой подъем по лестницам, так что эта гостиница только для здоровых ног. Матрасы очень жесткие - кому то это плюс, но для нас это оказалось минусом.

• R (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at Cheers Porthouse from the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The place is very cozy, clean and comfortable, and the location is great in the heart of Karakoy there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it’s also very close to the tram, which made getting around very easy. I also want to say a big thank you to Ali and Nadir. They were so kind and helpful, and they made us feel like we were with family during our stay. It was a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend this place. I hope to come back again. Nothing

• Sedat (9/5): Top Lage!! Fairer Preis!! - Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass die Lage und fast alles perfekt war. Einen großen Lob an den Besitzer. Er war sehr zuvorkommend sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Wenn man ein Kurztripp nach Istanbul machen möchte, für einen fairen Preis ist man dort gut aufgehoben. Denkt dran, das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug müsst die Treppen benutzen. Abends Eher am Wochenende ist es in den Zimmern, die auf die Straße zeigen, etwas laut aber Ohrstöpsel liegen auf dem Tisch im Zimmer. Es gibt auch Zimmer, die auf der anderen Seite liegen, die leiser und größer sind. Ich verstehe manche schlechte Bewertungen nicht, wieso man für den Preis immer unzufrieden sein muss. Für eine Familie mit klein Kindern ist es eher kein Hotel meiner Meinung. Das Hotel ist eher für Alleinreisende, Paare oder oder mit paar Freunden einen Kurztripp nach Istanbul machen möchten, denn die Lage und der Preis und die Sauberkeit ist top. Alle Mitarbeiter helfen auch einem bei Fragen, die Istanbul betreffen. Im großen Ganzen empfehle ich dieses Hotel 👍🏼

• Nikki (5/5): Goede locatie, helaas geslapen boven een bar met veel geluid - De locatie was super, fijn personeel en de bedden waren prima. We hadden een kamer boven de bar, zelf hadden we al moeten onderzoeken dat we niet in zo'n rumoerige locatie zaten, maar recht boven een bar slapen heeft veel van onze nachten verstoord. We slapen zelf niet vaak heel vroeg, maar voor half 2 werd het niet stil. In andere kamers zal je er minder last van hebben en na een appje of 2 stopt het wel, maar we hebben er wel last van gehad en oordoppen voor gekocht. Meer kussens waren fijn geweest, we hadden nu maar 2 dunnetjes.

The guys at the reception has not been very clear about the transfer from the airport. I suggest a taxi instead what they propose.

Персонал приветливый, всё чисто. Шумно, так как внизу ночной бар. Окна выходят в закрытый колодец из стен. Трудно найти портье - он всё время где-то ходит. Надо быть внимательным – нет постоянного входа в отель и надо запомнить код от двери.

• Alexandra (10/5): Very comfortable rooms and helpfull cheery staff in a fantastic location! - Staff were very open, friendly and helpful. We felt really safe and looked after here. Ali the manager was so welcoming and caring. There is a bar on ground floor with great vibes, wines and cocktails. The location is the best right in the middle of everything. Great area to explore. Ali and his staff helped us get our transfer to next destination and even carried our bags to the car for us. We will be back one day :) No lift but stairs are not too bad.
• Laura (9/5): Great choice 👍🏻 - The location was ideal and the guys working there were really nice and helpful at all times. Maybe the fact that there is a pub downstairs and the music could be a bit bothersome if you are staying in the lower level rooms. Fortunately for us, we were on the 3rd floor.
• Simona (1/5): Horrible experience. Run from this place. - Only the location. Everything else was horrible. The dirtiest room that we have ever had the misfortune of checking in. Never again. This property should be investigated by the local authorities for cleanliness. Upon checkin in the evening, we discovered that our room was not cleaned at all: shit stains in the toilet, smoked cigarette buds in the toilet trash, floor was sticky and with footprints, bed sheets had hair in and on them, door handles were missing, mirror was dirty and smudged. We complained but were told that the hotel was fully booked and that the cleaning lady can only come the next morning. We only got new sheets and towels but we had to clean our own room until 3 am.
• Florian (9/5): The location is very good, the room is quite large, with a double bed and anothero sofa bed. It can sleep 3 people very - Excellent location, in the restaurant area, close to the waterfront and Taksim Square Problems with the shower drain, there is no wardrobe - there are three hangers on a bar, the bathroom door could only be closed from the room - it had no handle on the inside I stayed two nights, it was not cleaned and the towels were not changed.

• Kamila (10/5): Все было супер - Очень хорошая локация и несмотря что на первом этаже находится бар,у нас в номере было очень тихо. Там нет лифта,но нам помогли отнести чемоданы наверх,так что даже не почувствовали какого либо неудобства. Всем рекомендую,в следующий раз также обязательно тут остановимся.
• Amanda (9/5): - Location is perfect, so many cool cafes and restaurants nearby. 2 minute walk to Karakoy ferry station. The staff were really friendly and flexible about my check out time. I also really liked the bar under the hotel. There's no elevator so may not be ideal for people with limited mobility. It would also be good to have a fridge in the room to put water.

• Ahmed Raouf (9/5): - The whole experience was really great! The staff is really nice and helpful. The room was really good, not fancy but cute and met our expectations. Most importantly, the location of the hotel is perfect specially for people who want to explore the istanbul vibes and also it is quite connected to everywhere. Nothing :)

• Reta (10/5): лучшее соотношение цена-качество в самом центре Стамбула - Прекрасное расположение - не дольше 10 мин до таких основных достопримечательностей, как Галатская башня, Истикляль, Галата Порт, через Галатский мост 10-15 мин до Гранд-базара, района Султанахмет. Любимая местная кондитерская Karaköy Güllüoğlu в 3х минутах, лучшие турецкие сладости и рахат лукум. Кафе, бары и рестораны на любой вкус. 7ой раз в Стамбуле, любимая локация. Отель идеальный по соотношению цена-качество: наш номер был достаточно просторным, вид на стену, но мы оценили тишину ночью в самом центре Стамбула. Сотрудники доброжелательные, всегда готовы помочь. 10/10, мы вернемся)) подушки, но это личные предпочтения, всем не угодишь)
• Jochen (8/5): - Das Zimmer liegt Mitten in einem Restaurant- und Kneipenviertel am Bosporus. Man Betritt das Haus über die gleichnamige Bar, unser Zimmer im 2. OG hat jedoch vom Betrieb kaum oder nur geringe Geräusche mitbekommen, so dass wir gut und ruhig schlafen konnten. Das Badezimmer war neu gemacht und unser Zimmer recht groß. Vielleicht, der fehlende Schrank. Das Zimmer hat eine begehbare Garderobe, jedoch nur mit einer Stange zum Aufhängen. Ein paar Ablagefächer wären gut.

• Amse (9/5): Fantastic stay! - We absolutely loved our stay at Cheers Porthouse. The friendliness of the staff, the spacious rooms, the perfect location closeby the Galata tower, we would definitely recommend staying here! the shower could use a shower curtain to avoid the floor getting wet

Personnel agréable, climatisation dans la chambre, commodités ok Un peu bruyant du fait de la localisation mais c’est annoncé dès la réservation donc nous n’étions pas surpris. Une vitre était cassée et la douche était assez difficile à régler

• Lisa (6/5): - Die Lage ist super man ist mitten im Trubel von Karaköy. Das bedeutet jedoch auch das in der Nacht viel los ist. Leider ist das Zimmer sehr ringhörig und da draussen bis 2 Uhr morgens laut Musik gespielt wird lässt sich nicht wirklich schlafen. Zudem musste man nach Duschtüchern fragen, welche dann gegeben wurden aber nicht sauber waren.

• Sergey (9/5): Бар внизу очень интересный - Расположение приятное, не надо пилить в горку и пристань недалеко. А еще порт! Зеркала напротив кровати - интересно - еще бы телевизор не перекрывал отражение. Хороший кондиционер Дороговато без завтрака-то. Ну и раковина в ванной прям очень маленькая. Лифта нет.
