- Daniel (5/5): Leuk maar je wordt opgelicht door de korting die je denkt te krijgen - Bedden zijn erg fijn en langs je bed staat een kastje waar je alles mee in kan schakelen van klimaat tot verlichting Oude kamer de gordijnen waren kapot tevens was de handvat van de tv kast half eraf… We gingen beneden aan de bar een drankje drinken en daar wordt boven op de prijs 17% bij geteld voor fooi en tax…. Tevens klopt de prijs NIET je zou hoge korting krijgen denk je als je bij Booking.com boekt maar dit is natte neus het is de normale prijs die je ook betaalt als je bij het hotel boekt trap NIET in deze korting

The first room that we were shown was really dark and had a sign blocking the window. The staff were very friendly and immediately switched our room to one with a window.

- Roberto (4/5): Disappointing - The location was ok, a 12-minute walk to Terminal 21. It was in a less dated area but otherwise OK. When booking, I asked if pre-checking was possible; unfortunately, there was no online response. Upon arrival, the staff was less friendly than what you're used to in Thailand, but it was okay. Afterwards, I was allowed to check in an hour early, which is a positive. There was a balcony, but unfortunately, no chairs, and opening the door woke everyone inside and outside. Very Negative Paying 1000 baht, or 27 CHF, for cleaning is a disgrace, is near expensive like a night. Other hotels usually throw it to the laundry service and ok is, speaking from experience. For this money you can buy new sheets for the same amount. Additionally, the AC didn't work as it should and was therefore too warm, especially during the day. At night, it got a bit more comfortable, but still not enough. In conclusion, it's not missing much and would actually be quite good, but Rip-off 1000 baht AC not working It's not clean - bathtub, for example (bed is), and a second roll of toilet paper should always be somewhere :)

- michaelsE3049ZF (10/5): THE FUSION SUITES A SURE WINNER - I am currently staying at the Fusion Suites and the staff is beyond helpful. The hotel is quiet and central to everything. I give this hotel 5 stars. I extended my stay here by a week. If coming to Bangkok stay at the Fusion Suites Hotel. I highly recommend it. And I am one fussy guy. A sure winner.

- eileent3821 (6/5): HORRIBLE AND HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED - I had a huge suite with really nice furnishing a bed, a large bathroom and walk in shower, on the enclosed and covered balcony a big sofa and even bigger jacuzzi. Unfortunately the lights in the room is very dim and internet speed is very slow that it is almost impossible to work. I also did not like the enclosed balcony and the furniture in the room was very mismatched. Almost a 10 minute walk to Terminal 21 so not really ideal. Staff are friendly but not the night shift staff who was on duty the day that I was checking out. Had a very nonchalant attitude. The TV was also not user friendly and no instructions were given as to how to operate it. Mosquitoes are also rampant in the hotel hence I highly do not recommend this hotel at all!

I found my room a little dark, but grew accustomed to it. It is slightly above street level so it is a matter of hauling one's bags up a short slope to get to the hotel door.

- Astrid (8/5): Over all, I really liked it. I had the room behind their sign, so no view. The windows could still open and fresh air co - It was close to everything. But still on a smaller road so the noise were also limited. The key cards wouldn’t always work, so we had to go to the lobby to have the staff do something nearly every time we wanted to enter the room. At the end of our stay they did something so it worked as it should.

- Stefan (9/5): Cozy stay for very reasonable price. - You can control all the lights and air conditioning from the panel near the bed. 🙂👍 Free water, instant coffee, tea, sugar, kettle, ... Big bathroom with spacious shower. Relatively quiet room considering the hotel is in the city center (albeit in a side street). Walkable distance from Makkasan station, so you can save on ride to/from airport. Be aware - you need 500 THB as a deposit in cash (as I usually pay everywhere by PromptPay, I didn't have that money with me). But the staff after finding out, that I was staying for 1 night only, didn't require it anymore. The cooling effect of the air conditioner was very weak. I'm used to set the temperature on 27-28 degrees, here I had to set 24 to achieve the same level of comfort.

There is a safe,fridge and flat screen TV. All lighting is controlled by a touch pad. Big bathroom with a shower over a bath. Air con worked really well and not too noisy.. the balcony is very small with a stand up table but no chair Good enough for smokers. I didn’t eat at the hotel but the coffee was ok but expensive The location is ok, about 8 min walk to Asok BTS.No traffic noise This is a boutique hotel which I strongly recommend Not a lot. Lack of English TV channels, but no big deal

- sounds646 (2/5): DO NOT BOOK - Booked this hotel months in advance only to receive a message 4 days before arrival that the price agreed was incorrect and i needed to pay more. They sent the email through at 1am giving me 2 hours to reply confirming i would accept. Needless to say i was not awake at 1am and when i tried to resolve this at 7am they has already cancelled the booking and wouldn't reinstate it even though i was happy to pay the difference. Seems a little strange to only check the rate days before and cancel when you are charging 2x as much when you still have rooms available. Very poor experience and i would not book to stay here again given the awful customer service.

- Downunderdave2015 (6/5): Difficult Shower Access - I have a “Premium Room” with king bed. The room was nice but lacks alot. No USB charging points any where. The shower is hard to access and very low. I am not tall only 168cm but the shower is at chest height for sprayer and the fixed head hits your head. It was clean room. Good air con , good location.

- Claire (6/5): Great location but wouldn't stay again - The hotel is in a great location and the staff were friendly. The bathroom was lovely with free toiletries. The decor of the room was great. We booked this hotel in March 2023. January 2024 5 days before we were due to land in Bangkok and stay at the hotel we were contacted to say that there had been a mistake and the price was being increased by an extra £8 a night. Had we been able to find somewhere else to stay at such short notice we would have done. We wouldn't stay again purely for this reason. The room was very claustrophobic. There are windows but these face a wall which is about 2 inches away therefore no natural light in the room. The room is very dark (even with the lights on but 2 of the lights didn't work anyway) and due to this I hurt myself twice on the bed which has a large wooden base which sticks out all the way around. The bed is very hard but that is personal preference of course.
- Chloe (5/5): Great location, ok for a short stay, noisy and dark - We chose this hotel for it's location - 5 mins walk to Terminal 21 and the BTS/MRT in Sukhumvit. Bathroom was modern and spacious. We chose the cheaper rooms without windows as our stay was less than 24 hours before our onward flight so we prioritised location over comfort. Sadly the lighting in the rooms was terrible (or broken) so it was not easy to see what we were doing. Maintenance and cleanliness need attention. Due to the location it was very noisy at night (traffic). I would not stay in this hotel for a proper/enjoyable stay in Bangkok, but it was sufficient for a brief stay at the end of our holiday.

- Miztogen (8/5): Lovely stay. Chill vibes. - The location was very convenient. Every weekday morning there is food vendors just opposite the hotel to get your breakfast with variety. Even if there are no food to your liking, there's cafes 1 min walk away and Terminal 21 5 mins walk away. Multiple 7-11 around you. Traffic can be heavy most of the times. Room was spacious and clean. You can tell the hotel is quite old but is still maintained well and not dusty at all. Staffs were very pleasant and helpful. Shower temperature is changing every 10 secs. Putting it on hot doesn't matter because it will be cold and back to scalding hot then warm then cold. Unfortunately midway of my stay. The A/C in my room decided to malfunction and it was just blowing air for the whole night and day. Contacted front desk and the technician came a few hours later to fix it. Got it fixed. The following night the A/C broke down again. Contacted front desk again and I was upgraded to another room while I can leave my stuff in my original room. Next day came, my room A/C was still not fixed. Front desk said I had to move to another room cus others are gonna check in that room. Shifted again. Stayed in the new room for close to one hour and finally my room was fixed. But by that time I had only 3 hours left to spend in my room until I check out. Last few nights were quite uncomfortable but the staffs were very apologetic. So can't really fault them as they tried to fix the problems ASAP. BUT problem only happened in my room. Every other room seemed fine.
- Pornpimol (6/5): Pleasant - Close to public trasportations. There are velcro window curtains . 2 windows in the room open up to wall of the building next to the hotel. Dirty window track, try to open the window together some fresh air. Air-conditioning inadequate air flow, feel stuffy.

Close Soi Cowboy. - Position, nice bed and bathroom Some Lights didn’t work in bedroom and bathroom. So shaving was hit and miss and banged my legs into the whole tree size bed base numerous times as so dark in room could see it.

- Pstsywashere (7/5): Good - Great location, a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit but far away enough to be peaceful. Rooms are starting to show their age but are still very comfortable and clean. I felt that the staff were a little uninterested compared to other hotels I have stayed in Thailand but were professional in all interactions

You go to the toilet with everyone else in the room as witnesses bc glass. - Placement close to Asok The bathroom/toilet have full windows to the living room which is not a nice feature for anyone. During the night water dropped from the aircondition system to some electrical components. And when the fuses doesn't work we had visible electrical current running around under the ceiling. That made it impossible to sleep. It was mentioned and a video shown to the personel. We still paid full price though. But never this place again.
- Michael (7/5): Good - The hotel is close to bts asok and mrt sukhumvit, so its perfect as a base to explore bangkok. The value for money is fair. The rooms are clean and inexpensive. The staff allowed us to store our luggage while we Explored the Islands in south of thailand. We booked this hotel before and after the south thailand excursion. But you should clarify this in advance as the hotel has limited space. The rooms are pretty dark. The style is definetely a bit special

Just the lighting in the reception speciall - Location is close to the metro station and very accessible. Self preference, reception area is too dark and also inside the room lighting is abit dark. Cant work at night if necessary.
