There is nothing to eat or drink. - Amenities are good bif property great location good servcie clean rooms Evwrything closess too early specailly for such a big resort. By 10 there ia nothing open.. after 10 there is no place on the whole property ro grab a soda or juice or water or a beer evwn from an unmanned convineince cooler like most hotels have after hours. If ur thirsty u need to go back out of the resort in a vehcile or use a food app. Not convinient at all.

- Monica (8/5): was overall a good stay, but not sure I'd visit again. at least not for more than two nights. - variety and options of pools/aquatics was good. rooms good too. seems like the facility is highly focused on young kids/families. room was spacious. would have been good for an interior lounge space with a big screen tv/pool table/other. when its so hot out and you don't want to stay outside any longer, but don't want to be in your room it would be nice to have another option - to lounge elsewhere. the lobby is large but not "lounge-y"... would have been nice to have the typical body lotion in the rooms. I didn't bring any bc its usually provided... food options were ridiculously expensive. there really needs to be variety in cost - $, $, $$, $$. This is probably the only reason I don't think we would return - there were only $$, $$ options. would be nice to have additional activities for older teens/families. I would have loved to get a quick manicure with my daughter but the cost for two of us was prohibitive... and the arcade is really for little kids... would be good for one of the pools to be for older teens/adults only. it's shocking how many parents think it's cute to have their little ones loud and splashing around other guests.

- Kristin (9/5): A great stay for families in a great location. - We didn't pay for a breakfast option. I'm only aware of the Starbucks for breakfast. We did get sandwiches from Starbucks before checking out. We traveled with two of my nieces. They loved the bunk bed cozy area with their own TV and the options of multiple pools, and the arcade. The coffee maker in our room didn't work. There was a pizza restaurant advertised on the sidewalk by the pool area. It showed that pizza could be delivered to the room. This was very appealing to us after time in the pools. Unfortunately, we found our when we called that it was only available at the Club Wyndham. Not sure why you want to advertise something unavailable.

And Heather at Tesoro cafe! They’re the best around! Carpet in rooms and baseboards in bathroom could use deep cleaning. Floors in bathroom could be mopped and deep cleaned.

- Sunshine48283952040 (10/5): Great family friendly resort with amazing staff - We have now been to Wyndham Bonnet Creek resort 2 times and both times had Tesoro Cove for breakfast. The food and service is excellent. Cant beat a breakfast buffet with reasonable pricing fo kiddos. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. We will be back and look forward to seeing Sandy, Heather, Debra, Ray and Claudia!

- tylersB9608ZH (10/5): Orlando trip for 2 - Jorge, Aaron, Heather, and Mika assisted us during our stay at Back Bay and Tesoro Cove. They were absolutely fantastic and showed exceptional hospitality. On our first night, Jorge was busy at the bar but ensured we felt welcomed and made certain we had everything we needed on our to go order. Heather served us with excellence at the buffet back to back mornings. She was fantastic and made sure we had everything we wanted and checked in often! Aaron was extremely polite and personable at Back Bay. These professionals made my wife and I’s stay the best. Look forward to returning in the near future. Last but certainly not least, the chef who made the omelets and waffles at Tesoro Cove displayed exceptional service and professionalism. She ensured we knew what each addition was to our omelets and cooked to our liking! Thanks to the Wyndham Hospitality team!
- Laura (8/5): I had booked to return next year during our stay as it was so wonderful but this seriously doubted my trust in the hotel - The facilities, the location, the reliability of the shuttle and the staff at breakfast-especially Sandy and Heather! We paid to have breakfast included for our stay and on check in we were handed a large envelope full Of tokens to use for each morning. By our final weekend we were almost out of vouchers so simply asked for some more-we were never asked to count them and assumed what we were given was the correct amount. How wrong were we!! We were advised to charge the final 3 days to the room as it was a weekend and no managers around until the day we checked out. On check out, I discussed with the manager who basically made me feel like I was selling the vouchers and told me I was handed enough for my stay and that I would have to pay half the bill for the final 3 days. Another $240 dollars when I had already pre paid for breakfast! After getting quite angry and upset she waived the bill but it turned a very good stay into a poor ending.

- erickmL7210EN (2/5): Bed bugs even worse terrible response - Posting this because I’m honestly shocked at how this is being handled… My wife and daughters are currently staying at Wyndham Bonnet Creek (we are Wyndham Vacation Club members), and what should have been a great trip has turned into a serious health and safety situation. They were placed in a room where my wife woke up covered in bites — arms, hands, body — and later found a live bug crawling in the bed consistent with a bed bug. We have photos of everything. Since then: - They were forced out of the room - Their belongings are now potentially contaminated - They’ve had to deal with dozens of bites and the stress of bringing this home - They are STILL there for another night What’s most concerning is how this is being handled: - Delayed response - Lack of urgency - No clear resolution or accountability - Locked out of the room while their belongings were being handled without proper communication - given a new room with no items based on their clothes still being in the contaminated room! This is not just “move to another room and move on.” This is a health issue, a sanitation issue, and a serious failure in guest safety. I have already sent a formal email requesting: - Full compensation for the stay - Proper handling/cleaning or reimbursement of belongings - Documentation of how this is being addressed At this point, we are simply asking Wyndham to do the right thing and take this seriously. If anyone from Wyndham Bonnet Creek or Wyndham Vacation Club is monitoring this, I would appreciate an immediate response. Happy to update this post based on how this is resolved.

- Paul (10/5): Our "Go To" in Orlando, but greedy on fees and cost of drinks is going to make us look elsewhere - This is our go to for Orlando for the last 10+ years. Love the hotel. Love the vibe, the ambience. Love the facilities Love the hotel pool, the grounds, the wildlife. And the rooms are decent. Resort fee is now shocking, same for self park fee. And to charge $7 per parcel for an Amazon delivery (they actually charged me $14 + tax for 2 parcels even though they came as 1 delivery). Disgusted by that. $22 for a reasonable chard is outrageous in the main bar. More sun beds needed, it was Easter break so busy, but plenty of room for more sun beds.

- Eric (3/5): No longer a good place to stay and so sad to see it neglected. - The location was good and close to the Disney Parks Horrible staff. The breakfast was poor quality, the pool was dirty, and the property has deteriorated significantly. We stayed here about five years ago, and it was a completely different experience the breakfast was a high quality feast, and we were treated like royalty. The place looked and smelled amazing. Now, it’s an overpriced, run down, and disappointing property. What a waste. It’s really sad to see this place go in the wrong direction.
- Maryam (9/5): Lovely Hotel!! - • The rooms were clean, with very comfortable beds. • Convenient shuttle services to the parks and Disney Springs made getting around effortless. • The location itself was beautiful, with plenty of lovely walking paths to explore. • The windows were unfortunately quite dirty, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the otherwise beautiful view.

- Beverley (8/5): Nice ,clean hotel. Breakfast buffet was very nice - Nice clean hotel 5 of us staying in one room/suite. Only one bed made up and no extra linen in room. Also didn’t understand different pool areas - wasn’t allowed to collect towels from one I was at - had to walk further round to another one but couldn’t understand why or how they worked and no one could explain to me
