Personale molto molto gentile soprattutto alla reception. Camera ok. Posizione hotel necessiti taxi per ogni spostamento. C'erano lavori in corso piscina ed esterni e quindi le camere dovrebbero costare un pò meno in tale periodo. Però tutto positivo nell'insieme e personale gentile e disponibile

• tobip666 (2/5): Find Another Location - Had a reservation 3/1-3/5 to stay in Greece for our first experience. Booked the Penthouse Suite w/Jacuzzi. Friendly check-in receptionist. Walked up to our room on the top floor, both keys did not work. Replaced the keys and went back upstairs to find they also did not work. We were given the physical key to the room telling us they would fix the key card issue the next day. The room was clean upon arrival and we were excited to use the jacuzzi after a long day of traveling. The jacuzzi was cold and tried to turn it on to heat. Nothing. We were sent up a fruit tray with apologies and were told they would fix it the next day. Day 2, wandered downstairs for the free breakfast. It was subpar with very few options. Went back to the front desk to see about the jacuzzi. They tried to convince me that WE had turned the jacuzzi off and that was the issue with the heat. They would send someone up and take a look promising it would be resolved when we returned from a day of sight seeing in Athens. Key cards were made and actually worked. Off to a good start. Returned from sight seeing to find out that the jacuzzi in fact was broken and the part to fix it was ordered. Were sent up another fruit tray as an apology.Day 3, wandered down to the free breakfast buffet and nothing was prepared. They offered an option to order something and they could cook it. Opted to go without as the previous day was nothing to write home about. Let them know that the water went out while my husband was showering and they said the entire block had lost water. Returned that evening to find the jacuzzi would not be fixed during our stay but did offer us the room next door to use their hot tub. Unfortunate but hoping it would ease our sore muscles. This jacuzzi was much smaller and bath water would have been warmer. Day 4, no breakfast and key cards again didn't work upon our return to the room. Front desk staff accused us of putting the cards near something that de-magnetized them. Very poor customer service in my opinion. No offer of a partial refund for the jacuzzi that never did work during our stay. No explanation on why the subpar breakfast wasn't offered daily. I will give credit to the housekeeping staff and front desk who arranged for a car rental that was delivered to the hotel. Other than that, this hotel is nothing near a 5-star hotel. Paying near $500 per night for a suite with a jacuzzi that never worked, key cards that were a nightmare, and a shower that went without water would be equivalent to a 1-2 star hotel. Completely unsatisfied with the hotel and their misleading of services offered. DO NOT recommend.

• 763galm (10/5): Perfect Week – Great Staff, Clean Hotel, Incredible Penthouse View - stayed at the hotel for a week and had a wonderful experience. What stood out the most was the kindness and professionalism of the hotel manager and the entire staff – they were always available to help with anything I needed, with a smile and a genuine willingness to provide great service. The level of cleanliness in the hotel was excellent, both in the rooms and in the public areas, which were always well maintained and pleasant. At the beginning of my stay I was in a spacious and comfortable family room, and later I moved to the penthouse, which has a jacuzzi with an amazing panoramic sea view – it was a perfect experience that added a lot to the vacation. Many thanks to the manager and the staff for such great hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is spotless and comfortable., especially the beds! The breakfast and the food at the restaurant is very good. Honestly I cannot find a single thing that I did not like in this hotel! Excellent choice for families!

Some minor problems every day, such as these: curtains not working, credit card machine at check in not working. This one: she said my cards were both declined, but then they both worked at the restaurant, and I had to phone both companies, wasted my holiday time. That day we paid for breakfasts, but then the hotel didn’t put us on the breakfast list, and we had to waste time on that. Curtains were never fixed. A clerk invited us to speak to the general manager, that seemed too much, but maybe I should have. Yes, we liked it, but for the price should be better

The facility was constantly kept clean and rooms were always very well cleaned. The facility is not fit for a 5 star and generally outdated. The room amenities were also not up to standard and were worn down.

Учли все мои предпочтения, предоставили номер с ванной,включающийся свет от датчиков движения. Все класс, массаж просто волшебство, терапевт лучший кто делал мне массаж 🫶 Телевизор без смарт функций, блютуз не работает, ютуб нет, немного мало света в номере, было бы классно в ванной чтоб с зеркала светило, уборка на 4с в некоторых местах были следы пальцев и на маленьком зеркале резинка от волос от предыдущих гостей с волосами 🫠 кондиционер периодически не работал, не знаю почему, а в ванной не было крышки, шикарная ванная которую я не смогла принять 🥹

• mikepR4482VC (6/5): €90 for three double Grey Goose with mixers. It’s cheaper at the Savoy - The venue was well positioned for a wedding we attended and was easily found. Parking was easy . Entrance was a bit tired but ok. Check was in was easy. Room was clean and modern. Only real issue was when ordering 3 x double Grey Goose with mixers and they charged us €90. I almost cried when I was told and had to check this wasn’t an error. Only to be told it was premium vodka. Safe to say we never spent another Euro there. The breakfast was ok and on par with an Ibis hotel but nothing to write about . For a one day stay it’s ok other than that I would swerve it.

The door going to jacuzzi was allowing too much light and noise in which made it difficult to sleep and woke you up early in the morning due to the light. No power points near the actual basin in bathroom. No one came out to the pool for a drink service. Restaurant food was very nice, especially the beef fillet.

• Joanne (3/5): One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Not 5 star and not worth the price - The beds were comfortable We were having our wedding in Athens and picked this hotel as it looked lovely in the pictures. When we arrived we quickly realised it wasn’t 5 star standard. We chose a family room which was really small. On our third night (the night before the wedding) the shower leaked into the bedroom area and flooded the whole room. There seemed to be a gap in the tiles which let the water run through to the next room under the skirting boards. When we reported it to reception they were very unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do! We tried to mop up the water with the towels we had but it wasn’t enough. We went back to reception and they eventually and reluctantly came up to check the room. They mopped the floors and told us to come back in the morning. When we went back they knew nothing about it! I was about to leave to make my way to our wedding venue and the manager told me to come back first thing the next morning and he would sort something out. So I done just as he said only to be told he was off until Monday! And again no one knew about the shower. After some back and fore, they told us they weren’t able to fix the shower and moved us to an even smaller room! So small that we had to put our cases on the balcony. My mum and auntie booked to get their hair and make up done at the hotel for my wedding. They kept phoning my mum to come pay for it before the make up artist arrived. It turned out that they charged her more than double the price the make up artists charged! Room keys were constantly not working and had to be reset My mum had contacted the hotel prior to our stay and asked for a bottle of Prosecco to be left in our room which they said they would but didn’t. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful The towels and robes had huge holes in them

The hotel is conveniently located off Poseidonos Ave which leads directly into Athens (about 15-20 minutes) and down the road is a great shopping center full of restaurants. Very walkable location to shops, food and the beach. The beach is one block away off a private road that is a very easy walk. The water at the beach is absolutely gorgeous and you can swim and see down about 10 meters. The hotel also has a great breakfast, bar and cafe. We ordered room service and the food was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel!

• Gregory Vizirgianakis (1/5): Not 5 star at all. - The staff were friendly and helpful. Poo breakfast. Most items not replenished. No drinking water in the rooms even though there are coffee machines. The water must be purchased at a very expensive rate. We paid 12 euros per day for a family of 5 for water. Facilities are not maintained. Water damage and damp in our rooms. Gym not clean and equipment was broken. Order room service one night and the chicken souvlaki was still raw. No cups in the room for coffee even though there was a coffee machine. Fridge was not working in our room.

• 918avis (10/5): Loved my stay at Riviera Hotel! - The room was super clean, the location is perfect (right near the beach and public transport), and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the pool was a great extra. Nothing to complain about – would happily stay here again!

• George (8/5): - Just want to say how helpful the staff were. I forgot my push chair for my 1 year old (got loads of trouble from the wife🤣). I asked reception if they could help me find a place to rent one or buy one and the general manager overheard my troubles and literally came out his office told me to hang on a minute literally went to his car and pulled out his own kids pushchair for us to use for our trip. What a kind man. Literally saved our trip as parents will know a pushchair is a big thing for a one year old and we had a wedding to attend. Wish I got his name but thank you sir
• Frances (1/5): Very disappointed with Booking classifying this is a five star hotel. It’s not a five star hotel. - Very disappointed, I booked a suite and got a very basic room with a balcony that was actually extremely dirty and untidy that you could not even attempt to go on the balcony

• Matthew (10/5): Wedding Hotel - This group of amazing people hosted our family during a wedding vacation. They were very accommodating and made our trip very enjoyable. From the 24/7 front service support, to the amazing staff in the restaurant…they always were there to serve us. The grounds were great, the pool was refreshing, the rooms were always cleaned, and the hotel was walking distance to the beach and centretown.

Also the hotel is very close to the beach and to the center of Glyfada! I want to thank Fotis from the reception who helped during our stay!!
