• Himali Sehgal (10/5): Great Place, very clean, very chic - Fully equipped place. Great location, very nice neighborhood. The place had toiletries , stocked up cutlery, there is a room service food menu as well. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes nearby. The tourist spots are 20min walk from here or a quick bus ride. The team was very accommodating and helpful. They kept our luggage for us as we had a flight later. Nothing in particular.

Location was close to lots of bars, restaurants and transport. Staff were super helpful and check in was easy. We were able to check in early after a long flight. A 8’ dalla metropolitana La pulizia può essere migliorata Abbiamo avuto un problema con le tessere che ci hanno dato per aprire la porta dell appartamento. Non funzionavano e la reception era chiusa . Abbiamo dovuto contattare il numero di emergenza per risolvere il problema.

Naprawdę dużo danych do wypełniania w elektronicznym panelu samoobsługowej recepcji. Trochę drogo, ale taka jest Barcelona - 2x droższa dla turysty niż Madryt.
• Linda (8/5): Geweldig! - Top locatie! Rustige groene autovrije straat. Veel leuke restaurantjes, barretjes etc. Maar ook een supermarkt en bakker op loopafstand. Mooi schoon en ruim appartement met balkon. Ideale ligging om de stad te verkennen.
• Vivian (10/5): An amazing stay in Wello Barcelona - The apartment was on a very good location close to public transport, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, etc. It was around 10 min walk from Casa Batillo as well. We checked in at 10pm using the kiosk machine - the instructions were easy and we managed just fine. Apartment was clean and had all we could need.

They helped me so much during and even after my stay. The apartment was spacious and clean, and it had all the facilities I needed. It was also very convenient for transportation; taxis could easily pick me up and drop me off, and all the attractions were nearby. I have no complaints. They have everything.

• Gheorghe (10/5): Cazare excelentă - Apartament primitor, spațios, bine mobilat, cu bucătărie bine utilată, foarte curat . Este amplasat în centrul Barcelonei, aproape de cele mai populare atracții. Pentru sejururi sub 6 nopți curățenia și schimbarea prosoapelor se face doar contra-cost, 45 eur. Consider ca schimbarea prosoapelor era necesară, măcar odată, ținând cont ca in baie nu există uscător de prosoape și mai ales de tariful de cazare foarte ridicat.

We used the subway a lot—there’s a station right by the accommodation—but you can also get around on foot. You could hear noise from the street at night, but since the accommodation is near restaurants, that’s to be expected.

• MARIA LUISA CACHON (10/5): Buena ubicación. Muy limpio . Agradable. Buena terraza. - La ubicación es muy buena, es una calle peatonal céntrica pero en una zona tranquila. Hay frutería, varios pequeños supermercados y restaurantes cercanos, y una buena panadería al lado . Bien comunicado Tiene una buena terraza , baño y ducha muy amplios . Es un edificio pequeño, todo de apartamentos turísticos. Tienen recepción donde puedes dejar el equipaje si llegas antes de la hora, y maquina de check in si vas fuera de su horario . Son muy amables. Cocina bien equipada, cafetera de capsulas Dolce gusto. La habitación de dos camas es un poco justa de espacio.

The apartment is updated, comfortable and clean.The check in process is very easy and the host is very friendly and kind. We missed a night due to flight disruption and she tried working with us. She let us check out a bit later. The apartment was lacking basic things. We rented an apartment with a full kitchen. There were no napkins, paper towels, salt, sugar. Basic things that a kitchen should have. We had to waste time going to the supermarket. Napkins are not sold in small packages. Same with the salt and sugar. No conditioner is provided. The pillows were super thin. And only one per person. That was uncomfortable and a shame because the bed is not bad. Its very expensive to not have some basic comfort items. We had to purchase toiletries. Next time I'll look into staying at a hotel.

• Daisy (9/5): Zeker een aanrader. - Perfecte locatie voor de stad te bezoeken. Leuk terrasje, gezellig om te vertoeven. Vlakbij verschillende mogelijkheden om te ontbijten of te dineren. Geen nachtlawaai. Er waren geen koffiepads aanwezig.

• Mookie (6/5): It was good enough but I was disappointed with a few details. - Great location! The sofa bed wasn’t made. They gave us only 1 big and 1 small towels for the entire 5-day stay for us both. Besides, they gave us only 2 toilet rolls and no coffee capsules. I had to go out and shop myself. As our stay was during the Easter holiday, the check-in desk was closed and we couldn’t contact the management team.

• Ellen (8/5): Top locatie, appartement kan upgrade gebruiken - Locatie is top met super leuke tentjes. In het appartement is het s’nachts stil en donker. Alles is netjes, contact verloopt goed. Jammer dat de slaapkamer met stapelbed geen raam heeft. Appartement kan een upgrade gebruiken. Inventaris te minimaal mbt kopjes etc.

• Rafael (3/5): Expensive, unpleasant, and zero customer service - Small building renovated into tourist apartments, with a good location. Upon arrival, I was attended to in person because their building entrance access system had been broken into, which already gives you a hint about the security situation in Barcelona and the area. Then, they make you sign a thousand rules about how to use and not use the apartment (if the stay is already paid for and these weren't mentioned in the booking... what happens if I don't sign? Out on the street with no refund?), and on top of that they require you to pay an additional €150 deposit on top of what was already paid for the stay, for potential damages. When paying the deposit by card, they block €150 from your card for literally a month after check-out. The apartment was left in perfect condition (their own words), but they didn't care. They have my ID; they could perfectly well report me to Booking or the Police if there were any damages, which is what most places do. But not here — here they force the customer to pay an additional deposit on top of an already extremely expensive booking, and through whatever payment method they decide, only to then take absolutely NO responsibility if that money doesn't come back. Good luck to whoever has to deal with the bank, because these people have already charged you and wash their hands of it. On top of all this, €330/night is nowhere near worth it, no matter what you say. Things that only happen in Barcelona, and that every year make you less and less inclined to come back.

Al llegar, por el horario no estaban las recepcionistas. Para gente mayor el ingreso automatizado es un poco complejo. Antes había ingresado un matrimonio joven con 2 nenes, que tambien tardaron mucho en realuzar el ingreso Y estabamos todos en un pasillo angosto y con declive(las maletas se resbalan). El ascensor muyyy pequeño.

Loft kuuendal korrusel oli äge, küll veidi vanema sisseseadega, aga siiski kõik puhas ja korras ning vajalik olemas. Eriti tore oli muidugi rõdu :)

• shinko (10/5): 大満足です。 - 立地も最高。 部屋も広くてキレイで大変満足です。 4泊したのでトイレットペーパーやゴミ袋の補充、タオルの交換などきちんと対応してもらえました。 フロントスタッフがいるのが安心でした。 物価の高騰で仕方ないですが…やっぱ高い！ 最低限の調味料、油や塩など置いていってくれたらありがたい。

• Ardit (10/5): - Unser Aufenthalt vom 24.03.2026 bis zum 27.03.2026 war durchweg sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer überzeugte mit Sauberkeit, Komfort und einer vollständigen Ausstattung – von Geschirr bis hin zu Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett war alles vorhanden. Besonders positiv fiel das durchgehend freundliche und aufmerksame Personal auf, das auch bei Sonderwünschen (wie zusätzlicher Bettwäsche) sofort reagiert hat. Das Hotel ist zudem sehr kinderfreundlich und serviceorientiert. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder. Alles war zu unserer vollsten zufriedwnheit.
