• I Made Ari (8/5): - had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the location is very convenient, situated between Medan Tuanku and Sultan Ismail stations, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Sean, Fred, and Nailin, who were exceptionally helpful and made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast tasted good and the portions were quite generous, which I appreciated. However, the variety of options was somewhat limited and tended to be repetitive. As for the downsides, the room could be better soundproofed, as there was noticeable noise at night. Overall, it’s still a good choice, especially because of the excellent service.

Smell nice. They provide towel with good quality. The breakfast was good. I love the coffee. Appreciation to male staff ( receptionist) during i check in. Very polite. Kind. Helpful.

• Fernando De Souza (7/5): I enjoy staying at the Momo' very much. - Overall its a great place , well located, good value for ur money Staff could be a bit more info al with guests. More smiles, interactive with client's. To stiff, to attach to rules and procedures, specially when costumer has been here a few times. Costumer service its crucial.

Maybe boleh service lagi. Untuk facilities yang lain okay. Just toilet tiada paip, maybe concept no bidet kot. Kalau ada paip okay lah kita kan orang Malaysia 😂😂

• Kim (1/5): Cute space, ZERO SOUNDPROOFING - Beautiful communal space Soundproofing is next to none and my room was right next to the road, with mat rempits on their shitty modified motorbikes revving their engines and causing chaos until 5am. I was told by the hotel that the noise outside is completely of their control — but I think there are things that ARE within their control and that is soundproofing the rooms. I ended up checking after a night because I couldn’t bear spending another night through that

• Chelsea (8/5): Klein und fein - Süsses Zimmer, nicht besonders viel Platz aber störte uns nicht besonders. Ansonsten war es sehr sauber, alles funktionierte einwandfrei, und das Viertel mochten wir sehr. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstück darf mam zwischen vier verschiedenen Gerichten auswählen und es war jeden Tag köstlich. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit CityView gebucht. Im ersten Stock hatten wir aber leider nur eine Betonwand vor dem Fenster, auf welcher die Schienen der Bahn verliefen. Wenn dann eine Bahn vorbeifuhr, schauten uns die Passagiere genau aufs Bett. Darum blieb das Holzbrett, welches als Vorhang dient, leider unseren gesamten Aufenthalt vor dem Fenster.

• James Stuckey (7/5): Good value for the price, I enjoyed it - Clean, comfortable basic room - was fine for me for 4 nights. Staff were friendly. Chow Kit location was nice (amazing food nearby) although not central. The air-conditioner in my room was strangely loud - I used ear-plugs which helped but might bother some. Breakfast was decent although it often took a very long time to arrive after ordering.

The night parties at the lobby were unexpected, could vaguely hear the music until the 4th floor where I stayed. But the room was exactly as shown in the photo. Would definitely visit again

He was very helpful and solved the problem quickly. All the hotel staff were friendly. The location is convenient for visiting attractions, and the room has a simple, clean design. Overall, a pleasant stay. The air conditioner was not cold initially, but the issue was resolved after informing the staff.

• Akram (7/5): Great for short stays if you're solo-travelling - Convenient location, the room is reasonably clean and the TV provided is quite large. Ideal if you're travelling a lot and just need a place to sleep. They provided me with early check-in which was a life-saver. The bathroom exhaust fan was not functioning and mould had started to form, the room itself is very small. They asked a ton of PII during check-in.

• Ainul (6/5): The room design, the staffs, the foods and the location are nice, but definitely not coming back. - The bed & toilet designs and the breakfast. The location weren’t pinned to the parking lot behind the building. It ended in the middle of the road, with no direct junction to the parking lot. Had to explore the road w numerous wrong attempt leading me to head back to main busy jammed pack road. As a person who lives away from KL, this is very hard for me. Once I entered a random junction, I bumped into some random uncle leading us to park in his land. It looks very unsafe. The so-called the actual parking for the hotel is just next to this random land, but the only way to reach there the fastest is to went wrong way. Had to go around finding the right way to access the place again. Lucky enough, I met a kind guard nearby Continental Hotel that guide me towards the right road to access the hotel’s provided parking lot. It is an unnecessary hassle if the location is pinned correctly. The room’s picture was misleading too. It shows more space at the end of the bed when the actual one were much smaller, making it hard to perform prayer. To follow the kiblat, I had to pray on the mattress as there’s not enough space. The toilet bowl also doesn’t come with any bidet/faucet. Hard to wash after your matters. Also the room is more suitable to stay alone, due to how small the space to walk & to move around the room.
• Matleena (6/5): - Hotellin sisäänkäynti oli kivasti kasvillisuuden suojissa eikä suoraa kadulla. Ala-aulan ravintolatila oli viihtyisä. Huone oli siisti. Kadun meteli kuului todella selvästi. Vastaanotosta tarjosivatkin heti suoraan korvatulppia eli asia oli hyvin heilläkin tiedossa. Valitettavasti korvatulpatkaan eivät auttaneet. Patja oli liian kova ainakin omaan makuun. Huone oli todella kompakti kerrossängyillä mutta toisaalta, eihän sitä huoneeseen tulla hengailemaan. Suihkun suutin oli rikki, ei ainakaan tullut tasaisesti vettä.
