• Inmaculada (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, la casa está muy cerca de paradas de autobús y metro. También hay muchos restaurantes y supermercados en una calle paralela. La cama está pegada a la pared de manera que para dos adultos, uno de ellos no puede salir.
• NOIVA (5/5): - El alojamiento era ridículamente pequeño .No se correspondía con la descripción de la habitación. Reclamamos a recepción y la respuesta que nos dieron es que “ en España estábamos acostumbrados a hoteles de mayor tamaño”, sin aclararnos por qué el tamaño de la habitación no se correspondía con el ofrecido en booking. Hicimos una queja a booking. Además el último día nos pretendían cobrar por dejar las maletas en recepción 3 horas, la primera vez que me han intentado cobrarme dicho servicio y me he alijado en muchos hoteles. Si no fuera porque la ubicación es buena y a pesar del alojamiento fue un viaje muy divertido… sin duda suspendería al alojamiento. .

• DANIELA MAGALI (8/5): Hotel de la cadena MSK que nunca falla, en la mejor zona de Londres - La ubicación en mi preferida en Londres, siempre vuelvo a esta zona y este hotel lo tiene todo, ascensor, aire acondicionado, cocina y zona para comer dentro de la habitación y está todo renovado. No me gustó que no tengan recepción, tener que caminar con las maletas hacia otro de sus hoteles. Además no me avisaron que en check out podía dejar las llaves en un buzón en la entrada y fui hasta el otro hotel, porque pregunté y me dijeron que debía hacer esto, perdí tiempo y luego vi que había un buzo disponible en mi hotel.

Wyposażenie mieszkania dobre bo były 2 lozka oddzielne I aneks kuchenny. Komplet dla 2 osob czyli wszystko wyliczone . Okna mieszkania były na mało ruchliwą ulice. Zameldowanie odbywa sie w oddzielnym budynku informacje przesyłane sa na maila. Przy meldunku trzeba miec ważny paszport. Cena dosyć niska jak na lokalizacje. Sklepy bardzo blisko i stacja metra tez. Brak małego stolika zeby usiąść wspólnie I zjeść cos na sniadanie, nie ma zmywarki i ciężko wysuszyć naczynia bo brak susznika. Lampka przy łóżku ma bardzo jasne światło można wymienić na bardziej przyjazna oczom

• Marika (9/5): Overall, the location was excellent and we enjoyed our stay. - The location is very central, and with the Circle Line you have great connections to all the main attractions and sights. The rooms are clean, and the entrance smells pleasant and looks welcoming. You have everything you need nearby, and Kensington Gardens is only a one-minute walk away. I didn’t like that our hotel room was located in building 13 while we had to collect our key card at building 66. We weren’t informed about this beforehand. I had sprained my back, so having to walk back and forth between buildings 13 and 66 was unnecessary and inconvenient, especially since this could have been avoided if we had been informed in advance. When we checked out, no one asked how our stay was — we simply handed in the key card and that was it. We had booked a triple room, but it felt quite small. There was nowhere to hang our towels, and we also didn’t receive any clean towels the next day.

Do wszystkich miejsc ktore chcielismy zobaczyc byl wygodny transport metrem. Mega wygodnie. Pod nosem lokal ze śniadaniami. Ogólnie lokalizacja tak żeby nie myśleć o niczym tylko o zwiedzaniu. Mały pokój co dało się odczuć. Nam to akurat nie przeszkadzało.

• Fargo (8/5): Great location in a quiet neighborhood - Location to Hyde Park and 2 tube lines was was my main reason to choose this property. Pubs and stores around the corner was a plus, we also used the kitchenette for breakfast and take away meals. The terraces provided a respite for wine and cheese at days end. The 3rd single bed was bit much in room. Why don't guests have access to the 4rd floor elevator?

The whole apartment was lovely, likely be back again for group bookings. The bathroom was a bit small to manoeuvre around. The sink is very close to the toilet when you sit down.

• Crystal (8/5): Excellent location and service. Would stay again! - The property is in a phenomenal location, we were able to walk to the local supermarket or the tube stations within 2 minutes. The staff were lovely and very accomodating. The 4th floor is accessed only by flights of stairs which is tough with heavy suitcases.

The rooms are not fully sound proof. The person next door turned their TV on at 2.30am and it stayed on for the rest of the night. Others came in very late and slammed doors and talked loudly. Just wish everyone was a bit more considerate of others.
• Morgan (9/5): Perfect for the price we paid, would recommend - The location is super convenient to a lot of train stations and there’s plenty of places to eat nearby. Street is safe and the beds were super comfortable. I felt what we got for the price we got it at was excellent, they even upgraded our room for free. Nothing is truly bad about the property, just make sure you navigate to the front desk correctly first and you will then be given directions to where you are staying on the street

• isabela (1/5): It is not a hotel! Terrible experience. - Nothing. I don’t know where the reviews come from but my experience was horrible. Reception at another location. It is worse than a 2stars hotel or a hostel. No soundproof at all, seemed like we were sleeping with 4 more people. Heard everything from upstairs. Running water as it was in our bedroom. Room ridiculously small, bathroom smaller than an airplane wc. The room was not cleaned, we had 1 clean towel for two. The other one was used. No hand towels. I called the receptionist to say I only had 1 towel and the other was dirty, she said I had to come again to the reception myself. It was late and I was with my little niece. She said she couldn’t help. It was one of the worse nights of my life. No ventilation in the room, window on ground floor looking to a wall. I truly don’t know where the good reviews come from.
