• Julie (9/5): Great location - Great location and comfortable, well equipped room Room was in the basement so although clean and functional, it did feel a bit oppressive looking out at a set of metal steps and a wall. Such a shame as the property overlooks a lovely square

• Vanessa (8/5): Qualité/prix+++ calme+++ commodités++++ métro++++ - à deux pas de la gare de Paddington, avec toutes les commodités autour y compris métro et supermachés, dans un endroit calme. Lits confortables, petites cuisine pratique avec micro-onde et plaque (pour faire du riz ou des pates top !), petites bouteilles d’eau à l’arrivée, cafés et thé avec bouilloires et petits gateaux. L’entrée en lieu facile et hôte très disponible. tout est bien expliqué et très rassurant. Lits refaits et serviettes changées après 2 nuits. Le calme de la nuit a été ressourçant. Et sdb privée est un plus à Londres :) Les oreillers trop durs et pas confortable.

• Jill (10/5): Je recommande +++ - Un grand merci au monsieur qui nous a accueilli et nous a aidé a récupérer nos cartes d'accès pour la chambre. L'appartement était vraiment parfait pour 4, avec des produits d'accueil qui ont été appréciés, notamment l'eau et les biscuits pour nos visites. Nous avons été surpris de voir que le ménage, les lits et notre vaisselle ont été refait en milieu de séjour ! Sur un court séjour de 4 nuits c'était vraiment très sympathique ! On a très bien dormi, la litterie est très bien et c'est très bien insonorisé, on entendait absolument pas les travaux à l'extérieur du batiment. Je recommande ce logement, bien équipé, propre, insonorisé et bien placé. Une toute petite chose à améliorer peut-être c'est la porte d'entrée du bâtiment qui claque, même si l'on essaie de la fermer tout doucement pour ne pas réveiller les voisins, elle claque quand même. C'est vraiment le seul point "bruit"

The elevator was a bit noisy whenever someone used it. and walls were pretty thin. I could hear the neighbors full on conversations. Shower was very small. But overall it worked pretty well for my needs

• عتيق (7/5): - . طلبوا تامين 200 باوند بعد ان دفعت قيمة حجز غير مسترد طيب اني ماعندي في حسابي 200 باوند فاني لن استطيع دخول الشقه ابدا والمال الذي دفعته اصلا للحجز لن يعود لي . ثانيا مافيه استقبال كل التعامل معهم عن بعد واتصالات وارسال اكواد للجوال وتعرفون ان شحن الجوالات مع السفر ينتهي طيب في حال كان جوالي منطفي فاني لن استطيع السكن . وهذا ماحدث لي وابنائي جلسنا اكثر من ساعتين لحين استكمال عملية الحجز . والمفروض ان كل هذه الاجراءات تتم مع قيام العميل بالحجز المسبق وليس عند وصوله للمبنى لانه سيكون متعب والظروف قد لاتساعده. ثالثا السرير صغير وغير مريح

La petite cuisine permet de faire des économies car les restos sont chers à Londres La chambre ne peut pas être aéré et la hôte ne fonctionner pas. Les odeurs de cuisines restent pour la nuit. La douche c’est un pommeau collé au mur dont le quel coule un misérable filet d’eau… la chambre n’est pas confortable.

• Giulia (7/5): - posizione ottima la maggior parte delle prese elettriche in uno dei 2 appartamenti che ho prenotato non funzionava, i phon non funzionavano in entrambi gli appartamenti e i pavimenti erano davvero molto sporchi, inoltre mi è stata richiesta una cauzione di 300 sterline (non mi pare di aver letto nulla a riguardo prima della prenotazione ma eventualmente dovrebbe essere più chiaro)

• annie (9/5): Très bon séjour dans ce studio - Le logement est très propre. Très bien placé (moins de 5 min à pied de la station Paddington où on retrouve plusieurs lignes de métro). Les instructions d'accès a l'appartement sont données le jour J. Le check in se fait de manière indépendante. Seul petit bémol c'est la caution a faire 48h avant le départ. Ma première carte n'a pas fonctionné il a fallu en utiliser une autre ce qui a créé un peu de stress. Sinon le studio est mieux que sur les photos. Il est très propre , et très spacieux. Tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine. Du café et des petits gâteaux à notre arrivée. Les immeubles a Londres sont assez vieux donc on entendait un peu les voisins mais aucun bruit de la rue car le logement est dans une impasse et donne sur un petit square. En résumé nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La caution à faire 48h en avance est le seul petit bémol du séjour mais sans incident pour nous.

• Persson (8/5): Utmärkt läge - Bra storlek på lägenheten. Trevlig personal. Fick vattenflaskor regelbundet och de kom och frågade om vi behövde nåt annat. Sängarna var ok, generöst med kuddar. Bra AC och extra golvfläkt om man ville ha det. Läget fantastiskt vid Paddington station med förbindelser runt hela London. Endast "takdusch" i duschen, tycker bättre om dusch med handhållet duschmunstycke. Lyhört, men så hade vi också grannar som tydligen älskade att springa och KLAMPA med träskor i timmar ovanför oss...Vi bodde en trappa ner och det var otydligt utmärkt hur man hittade vår lägenhet så vi fick ringa receptionen. Rullgardinen var trasig så man kunde inte rulla upp, vilket i och för sig inte gjorde nåt för vår utsikt var en betongyta som såg ut att användas som plats för stegar, målarburkar och dylikt..Man såg med andra ord ingen himmel eller nån annan trevlig vy.

• David (7/5): Great location. - Excellent location, room decent sized and fairly clean. Beds were too firm. Kitchen was not well equipped. Few dishes and utensils, only two drinking glasses.

Studio confortable et propre avec l’essentiel pour un voyage en famille . - La localisation est très bien pour visiter la ville et proximité de hyde Park est très agréable J’ai trouvé le système de dépôt de la caution compliqué , juste 24h avant le départ, et stressant. Heureusement j’ai pu communiquer avec le personnel qui m’a répondu rapidement. J’ai aussi été un peu déçue par le manque de luminosité dans le studio , avec juste une petite fenêtre donnant sur une minuscule cours.

Nonostante la proprietà si sia raccomandata con le persone addette, la pulizia lasciava a desiderare ed era appena sufficiente. Le finiture dell’appartamento appaiono migliori dalle foto rispetto alla realtà.

Сама квартира небольшая, но просторная. Светлая, высокие потолки, места достаточно для четверых. Все необходимое из кухонной утвари было. В номере питьевая вода в бутылочках, чай, кофе, какао, печеньки, гель/шампунь, ежедневная уборка. Чистое белье, очень удобные матрасы, множество подушек. Чистое постельное, полотенца. Есть обогреватель, вентиляторы. Вдруг перегорел чайник, работники сразу отозвались и заменили. Никаких посторонних запахов, свежий воздух. Сантехника исправная, единственное, только верхний душ.

• Muriel (9/5): J y retournerai sans hésitation,hyde park, little Venise, musée madame thussaud, relevé de la garde on a fait à pied - À 5 min de la station Paddington, rue commerçante à proximité, nous étions 4 un couple et deux ados, espace spacieux. Petit déjeuner tout est prévu grille pain, petit gâteau, eau thé café, je recommande, nous étions au 4 étage.

• Rachael (8/5): Great place to stay and a stopover. Close to the train station, plenty of restaurants, pubs and shops nearby. Great valu - Great location, perfect for Paddington station. Great communication and great value for money Perfect as a hub for us to stay in and what we needed it for. If I had any faults would be the lift is small and creaky but for the price we paid it was just what we needed

• Stefania (6/5): Ottimo per la posizione, da rimodernare il resto. - La posizione era centralissima, perfetta per muoversi e raggiungere anche posti più lontani con la stazione a 5 minuti a piedi. Pulizie fatte ogni volta che veniva richiesto con cambio asciugamani e reintegro di te e biscotti per la mattina. Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti negativi, gli appartamenti avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione generale. Il bagno era piuttosto piccolo e poco funzionale, e nella doccia era presente solo il soffione fisso senza doccino, cosa che ho trovato scomoda. Diversi mobili risultavano rovinati o danneggiati, dando un’impressione di scarsa manutenzione. Inoltre, durante la notte si sentivano rumori insoliti che hanno reso il soggiorno meno confortevole.

Nos hospedamos en la planta baja, y en la primera noche una mujer intentó ingresar al departamento por la parte de las ventanas , nos asustamos mucho, llamamos al encargado y nos atendieron, pero no nos sentimos seguras ninguna noche.

• julie (7/5): Très bon séjour à londres. - L'appartement est très bien placé, dans un coin et un immeuble calme. La gare est tout prêt, permettant de facilement voyagé (aéroport ou centre de Londres). Il est assez spacieux pour une famille de 3 personnes. Il y a de nombreux restaurants autour ainsi que de supérettes. Le frigo était en panne mais le personnel a rapidement trouvé une solution dès qu'on les a prévenu. La salle de bain mériterait un petit rafraichissement.

• Hirri & Kia (lex opas) (7/5): Hyvä sijainti käyttäessä junaa/metroa. - Sijainti Kirjautuminen täytyy tehdä etukäteen. Ovella joutuu muuten alkamaan täytteleen tietoja ettiin ja makseleen takuumaksuja varmenteineen. Ei mukavaa illan pimeydessä. Ohje asemalta ovelle olisi hyvä myös selittää.

• Allan (7/5): - Good location. While I appreciate the offer of a larger apartment, I’m concerned about the trade-offs. The unit is on the lower ground floor with no windows, and the stairs are extremely narrow, making it very difficult to manage our heavy luggage. This doesn't feel like an upgrade given the lack of natural light and accessibility issues.

• Israel (9/5): Estancia agradable - Todo correcto. El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Está muy bien situado con buena comunicación y en un barrio tranquilo. Las camas son cómodas y la temperatura agradable. Los detalles para el desayuno se agradecen. Buena experiencia. Al ser un edificio antiguo se escuchan mucho los ruidos de los otros apartamentos (pisadas, voces, etc).

Køleskabet, som var placeret upraktisk under bordet, larmede meget, hvilket generede om natten. Varmen på badeværelset var høj og ikke umiddelbart til selv at regulere.

Très bien équipé en serviettes et le petit déjeuner nous avons eu du mal à trouver notre chambre à l'arrivée car les chambres en sous-sol ne sont pas bien indiquées et impossible de baisser le chauffage de la chambre

• eidertxu32 (8/5): - La ubicación es perfecta. Apartamento limpio y tranquilo. Para dos o tres personas bien pero para cuatro muy justo, apartamento pequeño. Faltaba algún utensilio de cocina que hubiese estado bien. Por ejemplo una cafetera.

• linda (9/5): Excellent facilities in a superb location, I will be staying again. - Spotless apartment, everything was clean, the bed linens smelt fresh as did the towels. Shower head was a bit crazy as drench shower, no chance of avoiding getting the hair wet...... Shower was very tiny, next time I'll book and ask for a bigger shower,
• Iuliana (10/5): - Nice room with all that we needed for our stay. Quiet area. Smooth automatic check-in and check-out experience. Max 10 minute distance to convenience stores and public transport to city center. We received complementary water and biscuits and after 2 days, they were refilled during housekeeping. The elevator might be unpleasant as it is a bit narrow and it moves very slow.

• Hannaliina (8/5): Hyvä sijainti ja perus hyvä majoitus. - Siisti, tosin siivous oli tehty todella voimakkaan hajuisilla pesuaineilla. Yläkerran askelten äänet kuuluivat kuin rumpua olisi korvan juuressa hakannut, jokaisena aamuna edestakaisin ravaaminen alkoi klo. 5-6 eikä lakannut kuin lyhyiksi hetkiksi. Kun valitimme asiasta, käski henkilökunta käydä koputtamassa oveen ja keskustelemaan asiasta, mutta emme ole vaarantamassa itseämme, kun koskaan ei tiedä, mikä sekopää on vastassa.
• Ruben (9/5): Muy cómodo limpio y bien ubicado - Todo muy bien ubicación,lcambio de sábanas y toallas cada dos días ,,y café de sobre y azúcar te y galletas al llegar y cada vez que cambiaban las sábanas Esto es algo personal a mí me faltó un escurridor para los platos y escoba y recogedor para recoger si se cae algo
• Atif (8/5): it is a good place to stay specially with family. - Location was good Window lock was broken, it was hard to open the window
