• Steven (10/5): Perfect place to spend a few days in Hanoi - The Hotel is in a PERFECT location, very close to everything. Right in the old quarter but a bit apart from the main (noisy and stressful) Area. So you could actually have a good sleep. The beds were very comfortable, the room was very spaceful and although it didn’t have a window, we didn’t feel claustrophobic at any point. The lady in the reception made our day everyday with her lovely smile her kindness and her good mood. The housekeeping did a great job during our stay. All together was a wonderful stay and a perfect option for anyone visiting hanoi. The water pressure in the shower was very low, so it took a bit longer than normal to shower. But the hot/cold water works perfectly. Although in Booking.com its shown that they offer breakfast, the reception told us at Check-in that they don’t offer it.

• Justin (5/5): Decent hotel with predatory business practices - Room was clean and amenities were nice. Staff was very friendly. Predatory business practices. Don't believe all the positive reviews. They overbook the hotel, tell you the room you booked isn't available, and force you to pay a higher fee for a "nicer" room. They do allow you to cancel free of charge. Regardless if you accept their offer, they cancel your reservation on booking so you cannot leave a bad review. We booked two rooms with two twin beds. They confirmed the reservation, said there would be no issue, and then shortly before arrival told us only a single family room was available with 21:30 check in at a higher price than the original room we booked! We pretty much had to accept because we were tired from a long journey to Hanoi and weren't in a state to look for a fair deal elsewhere. We also came back to this hotel a few days later (nonrefundable reservation) and they pulled the same thing. We booked two rooms with twin beds, and they said they only had rooms with a single bed. The second time around they didn't charge us a higher price for the room. FYI the cheaper room, has a window facing a stairwell with the light always on. The window does not have blackout curtains, so it can be uncomfortable for light sleepers.

• Marianne (9/5): Great location. Lovely room. - Our second time here after a 4 night stay in Sa Pa for a 2 night stopover before heading to Ha Long Bay. As with our first stay, everything was great and we were greeted like long lost family when we arrived back. All good.

• Manfred (10/5): Tolles Hotel mit super Service - Sehr schönes Zimmer und bequemes Bett. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr ansprechend. Jeden Tag gab es frische Handtücher. Duschgel und Shampoo war reichlich vorhanden und die Dusche war durch eine Glaswand von der Toilette getrennt, was ein Nasswerden des Bodens verhindert. Insgesamt das beste Hotel, das ich in Vietnam hatte. Alles OK
• Thảo (5/5): Giá cao so với chất lượng. - Khách sạn ngay trung tâm, chị lễ tân nhiệt tình,ngọt ngào khéo léo đúng chất Hà Nội. Nói chung ace lễ tân khách sạn luôn vui vẻ hỗ trợ. Chị còn hỗ trợ cho mình check out trễ 1tiếng (bù lại lúc check in thì phải đợi đến 15h00,mình có phàn nàn vì nhà có trẻ con thì chị cũng nhanh chóng cho nhận phòng) Phòng ốc sạch sẽ,có điều hoà 2 chiều. Tôi đã ở khách sạn này lần thứ 4 nhưng lần này rất thất vọng vì giá khách sạn cao nhưng wifi cực kỳ kém,thậm chí k chạy nổi để lướt FB chứ nói gì xem phim. Thằng nhóc nhà mình nó xem hoạt hình mà phải đợi wifi xoay liên tục. Đã báo lễ tân nhưng vẫn k cải thiện hơn. Gia đình mình chủ yếu nghỉ dưỡng mà wifi như thế làm rất khó chịu,ảnh hưởng đến kỳ nghỉ. Phòng thì giá cao. Mình đã up lên phòng ban công 3ng lớn 1 trẻ con (có thêm phí) vậy tại sao chị lao công vẫn cố tình chỉ phục vụ 2gói cfe trà/ngày. Nhắc c cho thêm đủ 3khách thì c cố cãi là tiêu chuẩn 2 gói/ngày thôi. Vậy ai uống ai nhịn nhỉ.

• Sonja (10/5): Lovely Stay - My husband and I stayed here last year and came back. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed is excellent and we slept well. The location is perfect, part of the Old Town but not in the middle of craziness. It’s super close to everything, but far enough to have a nice, quiet time. We would stay here again. The best part is the super-friendly, polite staff. They will always be there to assist with any needs. Highly recommend.

• Anton (3/5): There are better places to stay in Hanoi. - The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly, both night and morning crew. My wife and I came for a quick one-night stay, arriving after 11:00 PM. Initially we were surprised that our room didn't have a window, as the advertisement certainly did. We arrived late and were looking forward to a hot shower - none forthcoming, as there was no hot water (later we learned the hot water wasn't turned on for our room). Worse, the bathroom drain was clogged, flooding the bathroom. We told staff and they said someone would help in the morning, but by 10:00 AM no help had arrived as we were leaving. The room was also located in a noisy location on the first floor and we were awoken quite early by noise in the lobby.
• Le (8/5): Affordable, clean hotel with good location. - Location, staff and cleanliness. For the price, it was a pretty good, the hotel was located near some popular tourist spots and there is a clear pedestrian path so you don’t feel like you have to dodge motorbikes or cars as soon as you leave the hotel. The street has coffee shops and restaurants close by so easy to walk around and explore. Staff are friendly and accomodating when we asked to leave our luggage and they remembered us when we booked the second time. Room and bathroom is clean and spacious enough. We booked a room with no windows but didn’t mind. Tv had Netflix. Nothing

• Shaun Pierce (8/5): All in all a very decent hotel with great staff. - The staff were excellent, especially the lovely Phuong on reception. Room size was ideal for me, a solo traveler. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great, just a short walk to Hoan Kiem lake. Even though my room didn't have a window it was still fine, there was no traffic noise at all. My only real complaint is with the wi-fi, it was very weak, in the end I had to use my mobile data most of the time which I hotspotted to my laptop.

• Kim (7/5): It's ok - fine for a two night stay. It isn't exceptional but it isn't terrible. Staff are VERY nice - The location is superb. Literally at the center of everything and near loads of coffee shops. Most are within walking distance. Not many nearby groceries but it has a 711 a few corners down. Love that there are many towels. Room is big so we can actually move around with our luggage without issues. Staff are lovely lovely people. It's very dark in the room for some reasons, light are warm or something but we tried turning on all lights and still dark. Bit expensive too and the telly doesn't work in our room. The cabinet smells a bit sweaty so reckon there's a wet sock that had been left there by a few previous guests. Didn't really use it so didn't mind. No one's in the reception when we were checking out so we are a bit at a loss for around 15-ish minutes but understandable as we checked out around noon.

Ens van donar una habitació més gran perquè no hi havia de les que havíem contractat i, per tant, hi havia dos llits de matrimoni i espai més que suficient. No hi havia finestra, per tant, no hi ha ventilació. Al no tindre porta la dutxa, inevitablement ix aigua.
