- robivado (9/5): - We werden vriendelijk ontvangen. De kamer zelf is prima en schoon. Wel wat aan de krappe kant met 4, maar het gaat prima. De ontvangstruimte is wat klein. De ligging is perfect en heel centraal. Het is een prima hotel.

- biagio51 (7/5): - Ottima la posizione, centrale e con servizi "pret a porter". La colazione da consumare al Seven Eleven, è una scelta indovinata e funzionale. Due le fermate metro vicine. Struttura obsoleta con spazi comuni inesistenti. Stanze privè di finestre e con bagni datati, a partire dalle docce, relegate in vasca da bagno con accesso pericoloso e acrobatico. La Hall, di circa 6 mq, occupata da bagagli è praticamente inaccessibile. Il personale non spiccica una parola d'inglese e dunque risulta complicato farsi capire.

- 岩本 (10/5): 最高 - 台北駅に大変近く、スタッフも全員親切でした。また水のペットボトルは毎日部屋に常備され、フロントでももらえました。その為、水を買わずにすみましま。またジュースやコーヒー、カフェオレ、台湾ビール、アイスが貰える無料券も貰えて、毎日コーヒーやカフェオレいただきました！ 部屋も清潔で、シャワーの水量もしっかりあり、ベッドもちょうど良い硬さでよく眠れました！ 次回、台北に行く際、また利用したいです！ 特に無し

Really friendly woman on the front desk, and perfect location for an early train from Taipei station. The free drink on the rooftop is a nice added touch too

- Kama (8/5): Glad I stayed and will come again - The location was a few blocks from Taipei Main Station and was easy to find via Taipei Main station exit Z6 or Z4. I was glad a staff person was available in the late hours to greet us. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer available and at no charge. Eateries and 7-11 were very close. Staff gave us coupons for free drinks. The room was on the smaller size, but it was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. To get to the washer and dryer location, you must walk up one flight of stairs, which may be difficulty for some people with mobility issues. The front desk area is small and felt crowded with stored luggage and boxes.

- Misaki (10/5): コスパ最高。立地とサービスを考えればお得。 - 台北駅からすぐですが、新光三越も至近、近くにファミマやドラッグストア、ユニクロもありとにかく便利。 日本のチェーン店からローカルな食堂まで食べるところに困りません。特に役所街が近くにあるせいか、早朝から朝食を買えるお店も多くよかったです。 部屋もきちんと掃除してくれて、タオルも新しくしてくれました。お水も補充してくれます。 湯沸ケトルついていて、スナックとインスタントコーヒーも備え付け。 また、滞在1日に1枚フリードリンクチケットがついており、お茶やビールがもらえます。受付でコーヒーが無料で貰えます。 シャンプーボディソープも良い感じのものが備え付けられています。ドライヤーもあり。 私が出入りした時間は受付に必ず英語のできる女性がいて安心できました。笑顔が素敵で親切な方でした。 入り口が小さくて見逃さないように。 クマちゃんのイラストが目印です。 エントランスが狭くて、預かったであろう荷物が無造作に置かれてました。

- Pei-Ying (1/5): 噁心而且完全沒有服務精神。Disgusting, and unacceptable experience - 位置方便 502房間有床蟲。跟櫃檯反應以後完全沒得到幫助，也完全沒道歉。跟櫃檯反應以後居然還得到：那我跟你說聲對不起，然後還一邊做她自己的事情。事後還跟我們說那間有床蟲的房間消毒以後馬上就要再租出去。跟他們說消毒不殺蟲是沒有用的，他們完全不在乎。 我們說要跟經理反應，經理也只會教櫃檯講推托的說辭。整體體驗噁心至極。大家小心了！ (而且這間房間廁所還有發霉痕跡） Please be aware that Room 502 has a bed bug infestation, and unfortunately, the hotel staff showed no concern when we reported it. We were told the room would be rented out again the following day, which is deeply troubling. Additionally, the customer service was rude and unprofessional. This was an extremely unpleasant and unacceptable experience.
