Chambre et salle de bains spacieuses. La personne présente à l’accueil le matin est très serviable. Rue bruyante. Pas de petit déjeuner à l’hôtel, il est proposé dans un bistrot voisin où le choix est limité. À notre arrivée, pas de papier toilette dans la chambre ! L’ascenseur manque vraiment.

A localização é perfeita e nos permitiu fazer quase tudo a pé; para trajetos mais longos, a proximidade com a estação principal da cidade facilita demais a logística. O anfitrião foi extremamente receptivo e nos deu excelentes dicas sobre a cidade e os melhores lugares para visitar, o que otimizou muito o nosso roteiro. Podem se hospedar sem medo, a experiência foi fantástica! Nada

Servizi in dotazione eccellenti (persino asse da stiro!), oltre a mini bar, TV . Camera silenziosa e pulitissima. Accoglienza fantastica, persino prima dell'orario del check in. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli oltre l'orario di check out. Posizione comodissima alla stazione ferroviaria. Purtroppo sono rimasta solo 1 notte! In tanti viaggi a Firenze questa è stata la migliore struttura in cui ho soggiornato. Dunque, ci tornerò presto! Tutto perfetto.

• Mariana (9/5): Buen lugar para alojarse y conocer Florencia - Excelente ubicación, las instalaciones muy cómodas, limpias y están atentos a ayudar. Volvería a este alojamiento. Un día se fue el agua y no avisaron a tiempo, nos dieron botellas de agua para lavarnos la cara y los dientes o poder tomar. Por todo lo demás muy buen lugar para hospedarse.

Не было бокалов (стаканов) под вино. Ужасный смеситель в душе. Дверь номера (номер 2) не обладает звукоизоляцией совсем. Это - то, что не понравилось. Что понравилось. Портье - очень толковый и доброжелательный, спасибо ему огромное! В номере чисто, кровать - супер. Нам не обещали заселение раньше нормы, но поселили уже в 11.00 - это было прекрасно. В целом - всё гуд, спасибо!

Konaklama sonrası eşyalarımızı da muhafaza ettiler. Check-out yapan beyfendiye ayrıca teşekkürü borç bilirim. Bizi yeme içme konusunda bilgilendirdiği gibi gezimize nereden başlamamız gerektiğini detaylıca harita üzerinden aktadı. Floransa’a geldiğinizde düşünmeden burada konaklaya bilirsiniz. • Lorena (9/5): Voltaria - O quarto era bem confortável, tudo limpo, aquecedores funcionando bem. Tinha máquina de café, secador de cabelo e o acesso é fácil. A rua da acomodação, apesar de ser perto da estação e dando possibilidade de ir para os pontos turísticos a pé, achei um pouco escura e deserta.

Extrem ruhig u sehr freundlicher Gastgeber - Kaffeemaschine zur freien Verfügung, Gepäckaufbewahrung möglich. Modern und mit Liebe zum Details eingerichtet. Bes. hilfreich mit deme Koffertragen. Leider gab es keinen Aufzug, aber das Personal half aus. Wir brauchten nur 1 x den kl. Koffer hinauf - bzw hinuntertragen da wir ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten ankamen bzw abreisten.

Near the train station and just 10min walk from the city center, while still being in the vibe of the city center and lots of people wandering around the neighbourhood. Also stuff was LOVELYYYY the girl at the reception was so cute and helpful they even got us a bigger room by themselves, me and my boyfriend loved staying on their apartmets ☺️ Overall amazing experience 10/10 would recommend

La ubicación es excelente, a pasos de la terminal de tren, que nos facilitó mucho la operativa. Además, nos permitieron guardar nuestras maletas después del check out, lo que hizo posible que disfrutáramos Florencia con mucha comodidad.

• Andrés (10/5): - El alojamiento superó mis expectativas. Valoro en particular la amabilidad del encargado, quien, entre otras cosas, nos dio muy buenos consejos para nuestra estancia en Florencia. El lugar está muy bien ubicado, a tan solo 2-3 minutos caminando desde la estación central, y a pocos minutos a pie de atracciones turísticas como la catedral. La habitación era grande y contaba con todo lo necesario, incluyendo heladerita, caja fuerte, y calentador de agua. Además, en el área compartida contaba con máquina de café. La cama era grande y cómoda. El baño contaba con todo lo necesario, y la ducha tenía buena temperatura del agua y presión. La conexión wi-fi funcionaba bien y a buena velocidad. Luego del check out nos permitieron dejar nuestras valijas en un depósito bajo llave, lo cual nos resultó muy útil ya que nos íbamos en la tarde de la ciudad. Nada, todo muy bien.

• Petros (10/5): Great - The owner of the boutique was very friendly and gave us information about some locations and what places we can visit in this historical city. Super clean and all easy to use. The location is also confortable, it is 3 minutes from the train station Santa Maria Novella. The elevator was not going to the first floor, and since the boutique was on the first floor, it was a bit difficult to carry the luggage to the first floor. But this is an issue of the building, not the boutique itself.

• Eda (10/5): - My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. Owner was extremely kind, genuine, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He took the time to explain everything clearly, provided us with a city map, and gave excellent recommendations that helped us make the most of our time in Florence. The room was comfortable and the overall atmosphere felt warm and authentic. The breakfast arrangement at the nearby café was also wonderful and a very pleasant way to start the day. A welcoming and comfortable stay with a thoughtful host in a great location!

La camera è stata accogliente così come il personale alla reception, cortese e disponibile. Alcuni asciugamani non erano perfettamente smacchiati, visto il prezzo richiesto per due notti direi che si può migliorare il servizio.

• Melinda (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Tutto perfetto. Ottima pulizia e ambienti moderni; il bagno era molto spazioso, pulito e ben organizzato. Ho apprezzato moltissimo la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari, che ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out, dandoci la possibilità di continuare a girare Firenze senza problemi. Un gesto davvero premuroso è stato anche offrirci la possibilità di utilizzare il bagno in caso di necessità. Piccole attenzioni che fanno la differenza e dimostrano grande cura verso gli ospiti. La nostra camera era un po’ piccola, ma ne eravamo consapevoli già al momento della prenotazione, quindi non è stato un problema. Era comunque precisa e funzionale, ci siamo organizzati tranquillamente ed è stata ideale per dormirci la sera.
