Ndiliswa (7/5): Worth a stay, definitely room for improvement. - The look and feel of the place, felt like I was outside of SA. Loved that very much, my favourite part of our stay. No fridges in our rooms, apparently only certain rooms have these(this isn’t mentioned when making the booking). Horrible breakfast (very limited selection, same thing served everyday, not the best quality). It’s better to book accommodation without breakfast in my opinion. The staff at breakfast also, some weren’t professional.

nele (5/5): Jammergenoeg niet voor herhaling vatbaar. - grote kamer en badkamer met keuze in bad en douche. Het eten is echt mediocre. De ene dag nam ik tomatensoep die erg zoet smaakte, veel te veel suiker gebruikt ! De dag erna nam ik pasta arrabiata en ze hebben dezelfde soep ingebonden tot saus. Het smaakte echt niet naar behoren. Het hotel is totaal niet praktisch, constant een 6/12 tal trapjes op en af . In totaal moest ik 50 trappen doen en door verschillende gangen en via buiten (in de regen) terug in de gang naar mijn kamer. Er is geen lift aanwezig.

You cannot charge for every single minute as a reality of service business unless you are Ibis type budget hotel . Plus change the pillows. All very soft. You directly sleep on bed without pillow. Miguel (10/5): A serene haven in the heart of bustling Sandton! - Extremely beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The rooms were very quaint and cosy! The staff was amazing but particularly a gentleman named Simon. His service and manner impeccable and true testament to the quality of this establishment!

Karen (7/5): The hotel is a beautiful, however more attention needs to be given to the attention housekeeping. - The rooms are beautiful and I loved how authentic everything in the hotel was. Very rustic and gave a very homely feel to our stay. I was very disappointed to find that my room had not been cleaned by 14:30 upon my return, despite having been away since 10:00 that morning. We were then required to wait an additional 35 minutes before we could re‑enter the room. Furthermore, on Saturday morning we informed reception that the hairdryer in my room was not working. Unfortunately, this issue was still not resolved by the time we returned. This caused additional frustration, as I was forced to leave the hotel with wet hair, which ultimately resulted in me catching a cold. I later had to order flu medication on Saturday evening to manage the symptoms and because of this we were not able to go out to celebrate our anniversary.

The breakfast is very basic, but enjoyable The room i was in 209, had torn pillow cases, and even the pillow protector was torn. The pillows were so flat, terrible terrible pillows.
