Adriana (9/5): - El hotel es moderno y nuestra habitación en la zona wood era preciosa, espaciosa y muy cómoda, el personal que nos hizo la habitación cada día realizaba una limpieza exhaustiva incluso nos dejaron un albornoz más para mi hijo. El desayuno era estupendo, tenías muchas opciones tailandesa, orientales, mediterráneas…. Zumos hechos al momento, personal siempre atento ha traerte el café o té o lo que pidieras de beber, servicio excelente y la calidad de la comida era increíble. No faltaba de nada, todo era perfeto. La ubicación ideal, a dos minutos andando del hotel hay una parada de metro y un centro comercial con muchos rte. La piscina muy grande e ideal para refrescarse tanto por la mañana como por la noche que ponía Dj. Con unas vistas geniales de tod Bangkok. Volvería sin dudarlo. Por decir algo , sería la iluminación de la habitación, cuando anochecía faltaba un poco de luz .

Hiroto (6/5): Overall, a bit expensive. It would be great if the location was a bit closer to main busy area if they charge this much. - The view from the room and the pool were great. One of the reason I chose this hotel was the gym. There was a smith machine. But there were no weights. So I was very disappointed.

Nathan (7/5): Nice hotel, awful rooms - All staff were amazing throughout our stay. Also loved the pool area. 1. Beds are so uncomfortable and the room layout was off. The room wasn't nice at all and was too busy which made it really hard to relax. The sliding doors between the bathroom and the bedroom also did not work which made it impossible to have any privacy. 2. Clean the glass around the pool. You have the most amazing infinity pool looking out over the park yet you can't see much when you're in the pool because it's impossible to see through the dirty glass.

Karin (10/5): Perfect stay - I was upgraded, which I truly appreciated! I ended up with a spacious, beautiful room and an amazing view over the city. The hotel has a wonderful pool area with plenty of sun beds on the sunny side of the building. The gym was well equipped. Location is excellent.

Sarah (8/5): اقامه عاديه - -يقع الفندق في منطقة هادئة بعيدة عن الزحمة. -الاكل لذيذ والخدمة سريعة -الإطلالة جميلة على المنتزه -عند تسجيل الدخول اعطونا غرفة اسمها سو كومفي والحجز الخاص فينا اسمه كلوب سيغنتشر وكنا دافعين مبلغ اكثر ، وعند الذهاب لهم لتغيير الغرفة أفادت الموظفة بأنها نفس المساحه! وابلغتها ان ليس موضوع مساحه ، تم حجز غرفه بفئه اعلى وأغلى ، واذا كنت ابي غرفة كومفي كنت راح احجزها بس ما ابيها ! واذا تبون تغيرون الغرفه المفترض ان تعطون ترقيه لغرفه افضل واكبر مو غرفه اقل فئه وارخص!! - الغرفه تحتاج صيانه - اللوبي يقع في الدور التاسع ثم الدور ال 25 !

Laurent (8/5): Good hotel and location to visit the city - The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and very wide, the location is very convenient with metro nearby and the staff always caring. Despite the cleaning was done and the room looks clean, some elements mostly in the bathroom need maintenance like the joins that are dirty, the shower wastewater collector that was in the same condition, the tap of the bathroom sink is badly oxidised. Despite our room was located building’s mid-height, we were surprised to hear the street noise. It was thought not annoying or disturbing for relaxing or sleeping. If you want to relax at the pool, have in mind there are sometimes DJ sets.
Zsuzsa Anna (10/5): If you value comfort & aesthetics and appreciate warm & friendly service, you will love SO/Bangkok. - I had an exceptional stay, and would happily return. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the MRT and next to a lovely park, so I could easily go for evening walks. Staff at the front desk and elsewhere was friendly, Pup at the reception was especially helpful. The pool area is relaxing (although there was some construction happening around during my stay) and so is the spa. And then there is the rooftop bar, amazing! My room was comfortable and aesthetic, so a well-balanced space between style and comfort. Noise from the traffic outside can be an issue for guests sensitive to noise, which is why I asked for a higher floor, hoping it would get better - it did.

Бар на крыше - что-то с чем-то, виды очень классные. До всех классных мест - рукой подать. Номер (самый доступный их 4-х видов) клевый, вид даже не на парк хороший. Убирают хорошо, все меняют, ароматы стоят в отеле классные. Бассейн прохладный даже в +37 по Цельсию на улице - дети из-за этого не особо купаются, почти все время в тени, не помешал бы подогрев. Брали велосипеды: на таком противном старье я давно не ездил, я бы даже сказал, это очень опасно. У нас в номере тек кран - пришел мастер и научил, как делать, чтобы кран не тек: не починил, а просто показал, что не надо с ним делать, чтобы пол не был весь мокрый.

Dieses Mal im SO Hotel Bangkok. Die Erwartungen waren aufgrund der gesehenen Bilder groß, wurden aber leider teilweise nicht erfüllt (siehe unten). Vielleicht ist dies so, weil wir inzwischen viele Hotelzimmer als Vergleich haben. Die Aussicht auf den Lumpini-Park vom Club-Zimmer im 45. Stock, auf das wir am Anreisetag von 15:00 Uhr bis 17:00 Uhr leider zwei Stunden warten mussten, war dann nach 2 Stunden einfach fantastisch. Die beste Hotelzimmer-Aussicht ever! Wirklich top! Das Zimmer selbst bzw. die Utensilien und die Verhältnisse waren leider nicht so top, näheres dazu unter "was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen" weiter unten. Das Bett war sehr bequem, groß mit 4 Kopfkissen zur Auswahl. Die Zimmergröße war ausreichend, wenn auch etwas "verbaut". Abends gibt es, zumindest im Club-Zimmer einen Turndown-Service, sehr nett. Der Zimmer-Service, also das House-Keeping war in Ordnung. Die unzähligen Lichtschalter sind verwirrend, aber mit der Master-Taste ging es dann. Die Dusche mit runder Badewanne und Ausblick auf den Lumpini-Park sehr schön. Der Wasserdruck im 45. Stock sehr gut und die Temperatur war sehr gut regelbar. Auch das vorhandene Schampoo, Duchgel usw. war sehr gut. Ms. Chonticha von der Club-Lounge war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das war das Positivste aus der Club-Lounge. Überhaupt sind alle Mitarbeiter im SO-Hotel äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das ist unseres Erachtens der wirkliche Schatz des SO-Hotels: das Personal! Ganz besonders erwähnen und hervorheben möchten wir den Sous Chef Mr. Ping im Red-Oven-Frühstücks-Restaurant. Er war der freundlichste aller Mitarbeiter, hat alles wirklich alles erklärt und empfohlen, was das Frühstück hergab. Vielen lieben Dank Mr. Ping! Im 5 Sterne Club-Zimmer im 45. Stock neben der Club-Lounge gab es keinen Rasierspiegel! Das Rasieren am Waschbecken-Spiegel war beinahe unmöglich, da die Lichtverhältnisse zu dunkel und der Abstand zum Spiegel zu weit war. Duschhauben kamen erst nach Anforderung beim Housekeeping. Kein Badesalz im Zimmer, auf Nachfrage bekommt man einmal pro Aufenthalt eine (kleine) Badesalz-Seife! Schminkspiegel zwar vorhanden, aber für normal große, insbesondere europäische Frauen nicht nutzbar, da der kleine Spiegel viel viel zu tief angebracht ist. Am letzten Tag haben wir erfahren, dass es auch kleine Handtücher für das Gesicht gibt. In unserem Zimmer waren diese von Anfang an nicht da. Das Housekeeping hatte die 2 mittleren Handtücher am letzten Tag vergessen, daher haben wir nach und dann erfahren, dass es auch kleine Gesichts-Handtücher gibt. Ein No-Go in Thailand im 5 Sterne Hotel. Es gibt nur eine Ablage für einen großen Koffer. Wir hatten 3 große Koffer und zwei kleine Koffer dabei. Die Angebote der Club-Lounge am Nachmittag und am Abend haben wir schon viel besser in anderen Hotels erlebt. Auf Nachfrage nach den beworbenen Fahrrädern für Fahrten im Lumpini-Park bekamen wir zur Antwort, dass es nur ein Fahrrad für Frauen und ein Fahrrad für Männer sowie ein Fahrrad für Kinder gibt. Für mein Gewicht (leider bin ich doch etwas schwer, 105kg) gäbe es aber leider kein Fahrrad.

Я понимаю что гостиница из класса люкс, но и относится тогда нужно так же, а движение делается только с условием доплат, по итогу все сухо и не уютно
Michelle (8/5): Komfortables Hotel mit Blick auf den Lumphini Park - Die Einrichrung des Zimmers, der Blick aus dem Fenster und das Badezimmer waren toll. Bequeme Betten, sehr sauber. Atemberaubender Ausblick von der Rooftopbar und Pool. Gute Lage direkt am Lumphini Park. Mit dem Umsteigen der Aufzüge etwas verwirrend. Eiskalter Pool.

David (10/5): I highly recommend this hotel, chic, fun and very well located, for a stay in Bangkok. Amazing staff - Splendid stay - extremely responsive personnel. Had the chance of being welcomed by the 'VIP' system that offers a lounge, with a very kind and welcoming hostess. The hotel concept is chic and fun. The rooftop bar and the swimming pool are amazing, and the breakfast in awewome. the third bed for my kid in my room was not ideal. 3 people in a room is a bit challenging.

Lisa Maria (9/5): Atemberaubender Ausblick und erstklassiger Service! - Unser Aufenthalt im SO/ Bangkok war insgesamt fantastisch. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: Alle waren super nett, zuvorkommend und haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, absolut willkommen zu sein – ein riesiges Lob an das Team! Das Design des Hotels ist total modern und stylisch, ich habe den Look der Zimmer und der öffentlichen Bereiche geliebt. Das absolute Highlight war jedoch der Blick über den Lumphini Park – einfach unglaublich! Die Lage ist ebenfalls unschlagbar: Man muss nur einmal kurz über die Straße und ist direkt im Grünen. Was den Komfort angeht: Viele erwähnen die zwei Aufzüge (vom Erdgeschoss zur Lobby und dann der Wechsel zu den Zimmer-Aufzügen) als Nachteil, aber mich hat das null gestört. Ein kleiner Geheimtipp: Probiert unbedingt den Matcha Berry Latte im Café Kof ganz unten – der war einfach super lecker! Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben den ansonsten perfekten Eindruck getrübt: In unserem Zimmer sind mir hin und wieder ein paar Macken aufgefallen, wie zum Beispiel Kratzer in den Holzmöbeln, an denen der Lack abgesplittert war. Ich finde, in dieser Preisklasse sollte so etwas eigentlich nicht sein. Zudem war die Glastür bei der Toilette leider nicht richtig sauber.
