There also were sperm stains on the walls!!! The bathroom was terrible! There was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom and the toilet was broken. I would NEVER stay there again!!! I tried to tell the manager but he “was out” I wish I could get a refund!

• 謎のエビ男 (8/5): つくばエキスプレス新御徒町に近く大変便利お手頃ホテル - つくばエキスプレス新御徒町に近く大変便利お手頃ホテルでした。中も清潔、直ぐ近くにコンビニがあり買い物も便利であった。３連休の中、あの値段で２泊３日がとれたのは大変助かった。海外でも数多くのビジネスホテルに宿泊したが、コンパクトにまとまって言うことはありません。宿泊中の１０月６日（金）夜１１時過ぎにテレビでＮＨＫのニュースを見ていると、いきなり緊急地震速報がなり、しばらくして、ぎしぎし建物が揺れました。震源は東北で、進度３、ホテルの４回だったのでよく揺れました。普段神戸に住んでおりますが、関東の東京で、しかも地震前に告知があり、地震を体験したのは初めてです。しいて言うならば、壁に美術品絵画がかかっているのですが、なかったので少し殺風景でした。備品を持ちかえらないようにとの啓示を見て、持って帰る人がいるのだなと感じました。海外の人はどれが持ち帰り可能なのかよくわからないのではと感じました。

• Hui (10/5): Full of facilities, great at this price in Tokyo - You can find all the stuff you need for 3-4 days stay in this hotel. 150m to a subway and 450m to Ocachimashi station (sorry for misspell the station name, if any. It is the station next to Ueno JR Line). A supermarket is just adjacent to the hotel wall. Recommended.

• Hotoko (6/5): もう少し - ロケーションや部屋の内部については事前の予想通りです。築年数が少し経っているため、少し古びた感じは免れません。従業員さんの対応も明確でした。廊下などの共有スペースに若干ごみなどあり、残念でした。もう少しよければ、本当にうれしいなと思いました。

• Chien-Liang (8/5): 不錯的商務型飯店 - 我是一個人來看櫻花，對飯店沒有特別的需求，基本上就是安靜能睡就好。而單人房雖小，但是五臟俱全，廚房水槽、小冰箱、微波爐、熱水壺都有。讓我的驚喜的是還有提供插座延長線，這個很貼心，畢竟現在有很多電子設備需要充電。但是飯店沒有WIFI，只有有線網路，因此我有自帶筆電跟隨身WIFI分享器。如果想入住的旅客，建議可以準備類似的設備，這樣不但在筆電上可以整理相片與上傳外，也可以使用電子設備無線上網。整體而言，以這樣的價格，跟飯店位置，非常符合我的需求。另外，我對聲音很敏感，但我有開空調的關係，而使得其他聲音不太會影響到我的睡眠。
• Makoto (6/5): 安くて、駅からも近くて良いホテル - 大江戸線線のA3出口からゆっくり歩いて5分くらいです。 隣の建物にローソンがあるので便利でした。 ワンルームマンションを改装したような造りで部屋は狭いですが、 寝るだけであれば安くて便利かと思います。 清潔感あり、清掃部分でも特に不満は感じませんでした。 ネット回線は有線のみでWi-Fiはありませんのでご注意ください。

• Verified traveler (6/5): 普通的套房住宅區 - 新御門町出站後往左邊走到底，上樓梯到地面，左邊有7-11，之後往右邊走約2個十字路口在左側一間小小間的，旁邊有超商。建議個人住即可，2人有點壅擠，但有微波爐、電磁爐、冰箱、洗手槽，像四個人公寓一樣，雙人床=單人床，整體上方便很多，但真的太窄了，吸菸房無任何煙味，打掃很乾淨。不用鑰匙，是用密碼開門，所以密碼要記得，先按＊xxxxx＊，按開鎖鍵即可，離開時記得按開鎖鍵(鎖起來)，他們會給你一個門牌，看你要不要寄放在櫃台，隨身攜帶也可以。櫃台人員都不太會英文。記得超過下午3點在登記，不然會跟我們一樣傻傻地在附近繞，附近沒什麼東西，就超商+超市，很安靜的住宅區，沒有很推也沒有很不推！

• Verified traveler (8/5): So so~ - 우에노역에서 도보로 20분 이상 걸립니다. 처음 찾아가는 경우라면 더 오래 걸릴 수도 있어서, 차라리 도에이선 신오카치마치역 3번출구에서 왼쪽방향으로 걸어가는 편이 좋습니다. 도에이선이 가까워서 신주쿠나 다른 곳으로 이동하기가 편합니다. 방은 딱 일본 호텔의 1인용 방이고, 불만족스럽지 않은 수준입니다. 체크인 시간은 오후 3시부터이고, 짐은 코인라커에 유료로 이용해야 합니다. 다음번 여행에 참고는 할 수 있겠지만, 부지런히 저렴한 가격의 다른 숙소를 찾아보는 편이 낫겠습니다.

• Verified traveler (6/5): The listed room size is inaccurate - The rooms are listed as being for two people, but there's no way two people can fit comfortably in one of these rooms. (As far as I can tell all of the rooms are the same size.)
• M (6/5): Feels like living in an apartment - As the title states, it feels just like living in an apartment building. The place is not too bad, very private, no need to worry about staff watching you. Room may smell like smoke, but fabreeze fixes everything. Kind of dusty, but you can clean that up yourself. Room has microwave, mini fridge, closet with fabreeze hanging, TV, and a mini induction stove (No pots). The surroundings of the hotel does have markets and a small shopping district around 400m away. Or if you need something quick, a lawson next door to it. Learn to use the subway since the entrance is closer than walking to the main line (Yamanote). Hotel is equipped with a washer/dryer on ground level and rather inexpensive. You will need to know how to read some Japanese if your shower/sink runs out of hot water. The panel next to the door will need to be reset to heat up the next 99L of water. Cleaning people will only clean if you put the sign outside the door. Other than that, not much else to say about this place. Still a decent place even though not close to the main line. Good for exercising since you will be doing lots of walking.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Learn from my mistake. - Staff were courteous and tried to be somewhat accommodating. Location is nowhere close to anything of interest. The room was filthy with half-used complimentary toiletries from previous guests provided for continued use. Wi-Fi was hit and miss. Depression quickly set in.
