- Shinos (4/5): Not happy - Very poor service the staff at the reception was not friendly, not even greeting guests. The Jaccuzi was not working well, pool is very small. No conditioner and body lotion at toilet. This is my first stay in Premier inn and I won’t choose them again for sure.

- Wendy (2/5): Awful - Awful hotel. Rooms and bathroom dirty, towels old torn and thin. Toiletries never filled up. Housekeeping was shocking, if you got tea bags you would not get the milk if you got the milk you would not get the tea bags. Breakfast was poor, pastries were hard, staff were rude and very reluctant to refill anything. Exceptional noisy, kids screaming and shouting running around the hotel floors. A lot of noise from other rooms, shouting, banging doors and shouting down the corridors, even after security was called as soon as he left the noise continued until the early hours of the morning. If your unlucky to get a room at the back of the hotel, it us very closely overlooked by a massive tower office block which seems to be occupied 24/7, so when you have all the lights on in your room you feel you have to pull the curtains. The rooms at the back of the hotel are extremely dark due to the tower block behind. Evening meal served on a badly cracked plate ! The standards in this hotel are not even up to UK standards. Avoid this hotel.

Very convenient walk from convention centre. Room was missing an iron and ironing board, maybe if I asked they would give one or it was accidentally missing, that would be my only issue. I didn't ask because clothes weren't terribly crinkled, they were good enough.

- Henry (8/5): - I stay in this hotel regularly. At least 2 times a year. So I’m a regular. I’ve paid for late checkout on numerous occasions. This time, I asked for late checkout. It was granted till 2pm, which I appreciated. But I do wonder why, as a regular, the hotel does not make an effort to gain my loyalty by offering me a late checkout at 6pm once a while.

The service is too slow, it took them 1.5 hours to get us the key to room. The hotel policies are built on looting the customers. The breakfast price was quoted 55 durhams at check-in but at breakfast they asked for 62 durhams. The extra price was not informed during check-in.

- Deborah (10/5): PERFECT for ADNEC conference group amazing staff! - We had a group of 25 people here for a conference at ADNEC. The hotel could not have been more perfect. Starting from the incredible location, perfect rooms, excellent and diverse breakfast, all for a very reasonable price, this hotel cannot be beat. Add in the wonderful outdoor space - so good to meet and chat by the pool at the end of a long work day - and the absolutely sweetest and most friendly staff, especially in the restaurant - it was a 10***** experience! And a very good meeting room as well. Congratulations to Premier Inn for making our conference stay so hospitable and memorable.

- Ambrish (10/5): a very comfortable place with pleasant staff. - We reached the hotel around 2pm. Going from USA, it was a LONG flight and we were jetlagged + very tired. The front desk staff was all smiles, pleasant, and helpful. The bellcap was cheerful and helpful too. We gave him a very nominal tip (by US standards) and he was overjoyed. The room was nice and ready for us. Very comfortable and clean. It was perfect in all aspects, for our needs. at 11:30pm I ventured into the hotel's restaurant. It was still open for dinner (till 1am) but there were no customers and staff was cleaning it and getting it ready for morning breakfast buffet. On my request she went to the kitchen and came back with some snacks and bread slices to take to my room, just in case I got hungry late at night. It was only 1 night stay so we didn't explore any of the facilities. I will happily stay there on my future AD visit!

The housekeeping person for that day is rude and did not provide everything we need. The property in Dubai (Jadaf) and its staffs are so much better and friendly than Abu Dhabi unfortunately.

- ALISON (10/5): Great value - The evening reception staff and pool lifeguard were very friendly and helpful and appeared to love their jobs. One of the waiting staff was very surly and never smiled once. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but also nothing to complain about considering the price. The hotel is in the center of a business district so no walkable restaurants, however, taxis were always outside and cheap. Overall, I would stay here again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - As I was attending an exhibition and needed the hotel for sleeping only, everything was great especially that they offered me a late check out, the hotel is clean and it takes you three minutes walking to ADNEC, the parking is at the basement which makes it very accessible and private. Compared to the other hotels at the same area, this is the cheapest and covers all you need if luxury is not a priority.

The front desk representative from day and night has been very accomodating to our needs esp Chezel or Hezel is her name. The food during breakfast is very filling and delicious. Our server “ Cha” is very prompt and warm to our needs as well. Overall the place is exceeded my expectations- very clean, accessible to taxi’s, very modern and i love that they have free shuttle to the Grand Mosque and ferrari world. I would recommend Premier Inn to my friends who wants to visit Abu Dhabi. Thank you Premier Inn.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Staff needs training - The staff is very unprofessional and it seems like no one knows whats going on. During the check-in process i was getting checked in and the person answered the phone then proceeded to help then vs just saying can you hold im dealing with a customer. I also dealt with different front desk stuff stating inconsistent information with a concern i had. I eneded up.talking to the manager which gsve no consideration to my issue. Not a welcoming enviroment for a short stay. The location is good if you are looking to get in and out for a good price but thats it.
