• Chocomonyan (4/5): ホテル名が変わっており、ホテルを探しまくって大変だった。 - ハノイ駅近くであらゆる場所へのアクセスが良い。 周りは静かなのでのんびり出来る。 ホテルに向かったらそこにHanoi Eternity Hotelというホテルが無い。 そこにあるSora Hotelという名のホテルの受付に聞いてみたら、ホテルの名前は違うが確かに予約は入っているとのこと。システムに登録されたホテル名が改装時に変更にされなかったのだろうか。 とにかく混乱して、念の為に確認しなかったら大変なことになっていた。 予約時に届いたメッセージと、チェックアウト後に届いたメッセージとで、添えられたホテル名が書き換えられていた。

• Prouvost (3/5): Plus jamais - Le portier très très gentil et aimable comme tout Accueil glacial, je n’ai jamais vu ça ! Une dame très désagréable qui ne te regarde même pas et te dit simplement : « Passeport ». Chambre moyenne : un faux lit double, en réalité ce sont deux matelas simples collés. Une belle baignoire, mais ils n’ont pas l’option eau chaude. J’avais pris deux nuits et j’ai voulu annuler la deuxième. La fameuse dame m’a dit froidement qu’une fois que c’est payé, on ne peut plus rien faire. J’ai essayé de négocier, mais je me suis pris un « soufflement » dans la figure à plusieurs reprises. Il faut du courage pour se retenir de ne pas l’encastrer ! Le portier est adorable, par contre. Il a du courage de travailler avec cette dame… Bref : 4/10.
• Michael (10/5): Vynikající pobyt - Hotel blízko vlakového nádraží a v klidné ulici. Milá recepční, velmi dobrá snídaně. Využili jsme na jednu noc před odjezdem autobusem na letiště od vlakového nádraží. Bonusem byla úschova našich zavazadel, než byl k dispozici náš pokoj. Všechno bylo skvělé.

• PIERRE (8/5): Qualité et bon rapport prix, bien situé dans un quartier en rénovation et près de la gare. - Douche à rénover, attention à ce que la chambre soit dotée d'une fenêtre ou pas, ne pas vous attendre à la moindre largesse de la part de la responsable de l'établissement qui découvre sans doute le capitalisme réel et a déjà bien intégré Adam Smith dans la relation utilitaire ; :) le personnel d'entretien est efficace et gentil. Une forme de rigidité de la gérante ou de la propriétaire, les frais de gestion sont, semble-t-il ce qui la préoccupe. et il faut faire attention à ce que la chambre dispose d'une fenêtre ou non.

Juste à côté de la gare pour prendre le train. Bon rapport qualité prix juste pour une nuit Beaucoup de bruits et d'odeurs de cuisine car ma chambre était à côté des escaliers qui donnaient sur la cuisine. Chambre petite et sans fenêtre

• Ronak (1/5): This place does not live up to any of the promises made in its listing. It lacks cleanliness, comfor - Nothing, Nothing at all.. There was nothing to like about this place, what a horribal experience. Never ever going there, Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend Everything about our stay was disappointing. To begin with, the staff was blatantly rude and unwelcoming, setting a poor tone right from the start. Their advertisement clearly mentioned a bag storage facility for early arrivals, but there was no designated area—our bags were left unattended near a staircase in a completely open and insecure space. The rooms were shockingly small—so cramped we could barely move around—and the same applied to the tiny, uncomfortable toilets. To our disbelief, the room didn’t even have a proper bed; instead, they had placed two flimsy mattresses together. That’s not hospitality—it’s improvisation at its worst. Cleanliness was practically non-existent. The showers were rusty and covered in mould, and to top it all off, we had insects crawling on our bed. After an exhausting day, we had to request a room change because of this. While they did give us a replacement room, the issues continued—no working fridge, and not even a power outlet near the bed for a lamp or to charge our phones. Breakfast was a whole new level of poor. We ended up going out and paying extra just to eat somewhere hygienic. The buffet area lacked basic sanitation and items were not replenished in a timely manner—it took them over 15 minutes just to bring out more butter. The dining area had no air circulation, making it stuffy and unbearably hot. To add to the discomfort, it was dimly lit, making for an unappetizing environment. This place does not live up to any of the promises made in its listing. It lacks cleanliness, comfort, and basic hospitality. I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

Things worked and I did not have major issues. Internet was good, and food was okay. A good renovation could increase the experience! The only major letdown was that there was constand water leak in the bathroom floor. They covered it with a rubber mat, but my slippers got wet every time nontheless.

• Takafumi (6/5): - During my stay for three nights in November 2024: **Facilities** Perhaps due to an early check-in by about an hour, the stone-tiled bathroom floor was still wet. Even if it had been dry, the room was essentially windowless (the only window faced the inner staircase), so I’m giving a slightly lower rating for this. **Breakfast** The hotel's breakfast offered a good balance between Vietnamese dishes and continental options, and I enjoyed it every day. **Location** Within walking distance of Hanoi Station, making it convenient to use the airport bus (No. 86) departing from the station. I also frequently used the city bus (No. 32) for sightseeing, which was very convenient. **Staff** The staff was always friendly and welcoming. 2024年11月に3泊させて頂きました。 【施設面】 1時間程度アーリーチェックイン気味だった為か、石畳のバスルームがまだ濡れてました。乾いていたとしても、部屋は実質窓なし（中階段側に窓）だったので、その分少し辛口評価です。 【朝食】 ホテルの朝食はベトナム料理とコンチネンタルブレックファーストのバランスが良く、毎日美味しく頂きました。 【ロケーション】 ハノイ駅から徒歩圏内で、ハノイ駅前から出ているエアポートバス（86番）の乗降車に便利でした。市内のバス（32番）を頻繁に観光用に利用していたので、とても便利でした 【スタッフ】 皆さん、いつもフレンドリーでした。

• Tri (8/5): Good to stay in urban Hanoi - Location is good, opposite to the exhibition center, 5 mins walking to the train station and nearby coffee and restaurants. Super friendly and helpful staff Hygiene is acceptable considered that the hotel is quite ancient. Breakfast is good and full. the sound isolation should be improved. Although the hotel seems to be renovated recently, there are some leakage and mold strains in the room.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, the staff is friendly. It provides a simple breakfast, the food is delicious. There is nothing poor here. If you want to find a restaurant or massage shop, you may have to walk a little further, but the distance is reasonable.
