- Alain (5/5): - J'ai aimé l'emplacement et la literie pour le reste j'étais au premier étage dans une chambre qui n'était pas très propre vraiment pour ce qui est de la chambre je ne suis pas content à part la literie qui était très bien ! J'ai trouvé que ce n'était pas très propre ce n'était pas grand bref il y avait juste le nécessaire l'emplacement et le personnel sauve les apparences.

Frühstück definitiv ausreichend und alles frisch zubereitet. Kaffee sehr lecker! Komischer modriger Geruch im Bad, wurde durch häufige Lüftung etwas besser. Viele Schimmelstellen im Bad, aber das ist bei dem Klima in Asien wahrscheinlich unvermeidbar. Es wurde alles regelmäßig top gereinigt

- Stevy (8/5): - Nettes Hotel in zentrale super Lage das Personal ist hilfsbereit und die Zimmer sind okay. Ich kam nachts um 2 Uhr an und man hat mich trotzdem in mein Zimmer gelassen. Das ist ja guter Service. Danke. Das Frühstück fällt etwas klein aus und der Frühstücksraum ist manchmal voll. Das Frühstück ist kein Buffet es ist mehr etwas für eine Jugendherberge. Auch der speiseraum ist viel zu klein und die Tisch Anordnung für eine große Gruppe nur gestellt. Siehe Bilder.

Gezilmesi gereken turistlik mekanlara yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün Hotele girişte kartla ödemeye %3 komisyon alındı. Bu konuda şikayette bulundum çözülmesini bekliyorum.701 no lu odada kaldık. Oda aşırı kirliydi duvarlar artık simsiyah olmuş. Yataktan sürekli ses geliyordu. Dolap kapaklari tam açılmıyor yatağa çarpıyordu. Sokaktaki tüm ses içeriye geliyor. Gece uyurken dışarıda ki tüm sesi duyuyorsunuz.

- Bürki (6/5): Unprofessionell - Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Direkt in der Stadt und alles wichtige gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sauber. Das Personal war überhaupt nicht freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Flug hatte fast 3h Verspätung und och habe dem Hotel geschrieben, dass wir nocht um 14:00 Uhr ankommen werden sondern etwas später. Als wir dann am Flughafen ankamen mit 3h Verspätung hatte ich eine Drohung per Nachricht erhalten, dass sie das Zimmer nicht mehr länger für uns reservieren können. Warum? Wir waren um ca. 18:00 Uhr im Hotel, also noch in der normalen Zeit zum einchecken. Wir können ja auch nichts dafür wenn der Flug 3h Verspätung hatte und leider konnte ich während des Flugs die Nachrichten nicht beantworten. Unprofessionell!!!

- Pham (7/5): Overall good location for those who wanna get around easily - Near Ben Thanh Market. Plenty restaurants and things to do close by. Room was comfortable. TV Program was entertaining. Limited but tasty breakfast (breakfast lady was very sweet) Very old room equipment. Windows were not sound proof. Also towels have seen better times (they were clean but again very old and it shows).

My room was spotless, and the common areas were well-maintained. In terms of value, it exceeded my expectations. The rates were very reasonable for the quality of accommodations and service provided. I felt like I received excellent value for my money. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a clean, budget-friendly hotel in a great location. There are Super marts, cafe and eating joints around the place.

Breakfast is a noodle soup dish which varies everyday (mainly made of beef or pork), bread, cereal (corn flakes and choco pops), fried eggs, congee, fried noodles or rice, tea and coffee and orange juice. aircon wasn't cool enough on our first night but Edison was so lovely he performed a magic trick to get it work. The location was excellent. I love the elderly waiting staff lady who served us breakfast. She's so sweet. Other ladies are great too. I'll be coming back to stay again. The aircon that didn't cool well first night and the many stairs at the front of the hotel which made elderly people and people with mobility issues hard to climb up into the hotel

- Sumon (7/5): Edison and his team are the best - I stayed with my mum and relatives and we got 2 rooms for 6 nights. The best thing was the location because it's extremely close to Ben Thanh area and everything you ever want to see in CBD. And of course, we appreciate the most lovely and helpful reception staff named Edison. I'll never forget his cheerful and very obliging nature. The other staff were so lovely too. The air con in our room didn't cool properly on the first night but Edison kindly performed a magic trick to keep the room cool and we're very grateful for that. Breakfast is basic and mainly pork based dishes which I can't eat but it's better than nothing. We were able to store our luggage when we went to other cities. Thank you very much Edison and team for being so lovely. We're coming back again!!! Breakfast could cater for people who don't eat pork or beef

I like the huge toilet/bathroom. the room looks old, but it was comfortable enough for us as we are mostly will be out exploring the city. I read few reviews mentioning the elevator being slow, yes ti was indeed very slow. But as long as it still can serve its purpose, we were fine with it. Staffs can communicate well in English. The hotel located near Ben Thanh Market and the Malaysian street so it was easy to find Halal food.
