• Ali (10/5): A stylish, smart, and peaceful stay. - I really liked citizenM’s unique and modern design language. The room design, lighting, and overall atmosphere felt very stylish, smart, and well thought out. Being able to control the air conditioning, TV, lights, and curtains through the iPad was both convenient and impressive. The Chromecast-compatible TV was also a great feature. Despite being in a very central location, the room was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The staff were exceptional as well always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Nothing significant. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

• Ralf (8/5): War sehr zu angenehm für unseren City Trip - Die Lage . Die Shopping Mals waren zu Fuß erreichbar und ein schöner Nachtmarkt war direkt hinter Hotel. Das Bett direkt am Fenster war super. Wenig Ablageffläche für unsere Wäsche. Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl haben.
• HISANORI (8/5): エアコンの微調整が効きにくい以外は良かった - 部屋が大変綺麗でした。 アロー通りにも近くて便利ですし、セブンイレブンもすぐ横、さらに隣にKKというお店もあって便利でしたよ エアコンの調整が難しくて、タブレット操作で、コンマ何度まで設定できるように表示されるけど、おそらくファンコイル式なので微調整はできないはず。 外気を取り込んでいるせいか、室内の湿度が高く そこが少し残念でした。

• Chi Wei (6/5): 我總體感受不好，因為隔音真的太差了。 - 人員服務好，地域性也不錯，但就是隔音非常不好，連隔壁房手機在震動都聽得到，難入眠的人可能要慎重考慮。 隔音非常不好，我可以聽到隔壁房的手機在響、可以聽到隔壁吹吹風機的聲音，然後隔壁的房客半夜一點大笑也聽得一清二楚，甚至讓我打電話到前台請他們對該房客提醒一下深夜必須降低音量。

Nice atmospher and very friendly staff My only critisism is that they only provide one bottle of water in the room. When there's two people surely you could provide two small bottles.

• Mayte (10/5): Estancia perfecta para tus días en Kuala Lumpur - Muy bien ubicado, se llegaba bastante rápido desde los puntos de interés de la ciudad en taxi (no pudimos probar el transporte público porque solo estuvimos una noche). El check-in y check out fueron muy rápido y el staff fue amable. La habitación era muy silenciosa, pudimos descansar perfectamente y toda la instalación eléctrica estaba domotizada (cortinas, luz...). Además, todo estaba limpio y tenías a tu disposición nevera, secador pelo y amenities. Todo fue genial, no hubo ningún aspecto que no nos gustara.

Everything in the room is controlled by a tablet in our first room it does not work to turn off the air condition so staff had to come and to reset the whole system. The beds are integrated in the room so you cannot walk around to bed and you have to get out on one side only. No places to put things in. Self check in procedure very complicated three of my credit cards where declined by the system.

The only place you could eat your own food in the large chill and relax area was on two tables right next to the lift.

• Peter (10/5): Good location fantastic staff - The property is very clean and the room is well designed and functional. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We accidentally left something in our room during an earlier stay a month ago and the staff found and kept it for us. Nothing. We would happily stay at another Citizen M location and hope that Marriott’s acquisition does not change what is unique about this hotel.

• Kseniya (9/5): - Очень необычный отель недалеко от центра города. Интересная кровать - очень большая и стоит впритык к окну. Не всегда было удобно пользоваться единой системой управления в номере через айпад, иногда что-то вылетало, но это некритично. Неудобно, что кондиционер направлен прямо на кровать, приходилось выключать на ночь, становилось душно. Завтрак хороший, обычный европейский, классно, что он накрывается очень рано, я успела перед утренним рейсом поесть:) Красивый интерьер и классные книги в лобби. Немного странно отнеслись к моей просьбе оплатить номер чуть позже, а не сразу при заселении, видимо, не доверяли мне, а мне нужно было всего лишь пересчитать наличные, я не хотела это делать при всех в лобби. Но в остальном сотрудники доброжелательные. Странный душ/туалет - по сути это не отдельная комната, а просто огороженное внутри номера пространство. Но это не минус, а особенность.

• Flávia (10/5): Hotel de muita qualidade - A equipe e a estrutura do hotel são excelentes! O atendimento é feito com qualidade e atenção e há muita disponibilidade para explicar aos hóspedes onde ficam os pontos turísticos e como se deslocar pela cidade. Eles oferecem inclusive um mapa para essa orientação. A limpeza também é feita com muito esmero e a equipe do café da manhã é muito bem preparada, pois os itens são variados e atendem aos paladares de hóspedes orientais e ocidentais com muito capricho! A localização é ótima, próxima de estação de metrô e monotrilho, minimercados, shopping e da rua de gastronomia noturna. O quarto onde fiquei era no andar mais alto e o achei bem silencioso, além de ter uma bonita vista para parte das Petronas Towers e da torre de televisão. Gostaria de agradecer a todos os funcionários e todas as funcionárias, mas deixo um agradecimento muito especial a uma delas, que fica na recepção e demonstrou uma postura muito acolhedora, solidária e gentil durante toda minha estada no hotel.
