- Kerstin (10/5): Nettes Hotel in Hanoi - Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Hanoi Amorita Boutique Hotel. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge zu Fuß in die Altstadt und zum See ideal. Unser Zimmer war perfekt, wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Frühstück war für dieses relativ kleine Hotel sehr gut. Vielen Dank auch an das gesamte Personal und liebe Grüße an die Damen an der Rezeption und Frau Mai.

Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha aiutati a prenotare una bella crociera di 3 giorni a Bai Tu Long, durante questi giorni hanno pure tenuto i nostri bagagli :) Inoltre abbiamo usufruito gratuitamente di un upgrade della camera. Struttura consigliata!!

Personnel charmant et très arrangeant. ils nous ont laissé stocker nos bagages pour quelques jours le temps d'une excursion a sapa. Nous avons aussi été conseilles sur les activités à faire dans les environs. Ils ont aussi un partenariat avec un spa a proximité si désiré. Service lessive disponible également au besoin. - Sophie (7/5): Un hôtel bien mais qui ne se démarque pas des nombreux autres hôtels dans ce quartier de Hanoi - Le personnel s'est montré très sympathique notamment avec notre fils de 4 ans. La chambre était propre et la literie agréable. L'hôtel est bien situé en plein centre ville. J'avais bien indiqué au moment de la réservation puis quelques jours avant notre arrivée que nous n'arriverions pas le soir de la réservation mais le lendemain matin très tôt (en plus nous avons pris l'option de la navette proposé par l'hôtel pour nous récupérer à l'aéroport), et ce, pour qu'on nous conserve bien la suite que nous avions réservé. Et malgré cela, alors même que cela nous avait été confirmé par message, une fois sur place, la chambre réservée (la suite) avait été remise à d'autres clients la veille... et par conséquent, nous avons eu une chambre familiale côté rue au 1er étage très bruyante car donnant directement sur la rue sans nous proposer un quelconque remboursement ou diminution de prix. J'ai trouvé que cela n'était pas très sérieux ni très correct.

- Roger (10/5): Maybe the best hotel in Hanoi for the money paid. - An excellent location within walking distance of many attractions including the Water Puppet Theatre. We had the Junior Suite with a balcony that overlooked a busy road. We so enjoyed sitting outside watching life and the chaos. Once the balcony door was closed, the room was relatively quiet. Each morning, we enjoyed a fabulous breakfast including fresh fruit, pho and eggs cooked to suit. The room was large, comfortable, clean and was serviced daily. (We stayed 5 nights but wish it had been more). Mai and Fiona were very friendly and helpful as were all of the staff. We became friends and were treated like we'd known each other forever. It is impossible to fault this wonderful facility and staff.

Some rooms that don’t have A balcony are humid, and a bit claustrophobic. The bathrooms are not very clean and the mattresses are hard. Night guards Staff sleeps at night on the sofas of the lobby where people can seat during day time! Payment should be possible via booking.com to avoid all the hustle on location. The breakfast area often looks like a storage room with too much stuff around it. The staff tries very hard to get positive reviews which can feel annoying.
