• Ralf (6/5): gute Lage - zwei SMRT-Stationen (verschiedene Linien) fußläufig zu erreichen! (kostenfreie) Gepäckaufbewahrung am Abreisetag. Imbiss und Einkaufladen direkt nebenan. Schlechter Geruch (Schimmel? Abwasser) im Zimmer.

• terrence (9/5): Overnight stay - Location is good and bus stop very near 2 stops fm Serangoon MRT Indian restaurant and 7 eleven beside the Hotel. When checking in, I told the Evening shift Front Desk lady receptionist that I was in urgent need of an iron and board. They could not locate the iron initially but she followed up and delivered to me personally later TQ Bathroom cleaning can be improved

• Astrobum (3/5): Rubbish. Luckily i did not bring anyone. For a short sleepover? Sure. For rest? NOT RECOMMENDED - At least the aircon works. TV size. My bedroom PC monitor is larger. And there is no window. What room has no window? Answer: Storeroom.

Tiene servicio para dejar maletas, muy bueno. el personal muy amable. abajo hay un 24 horas de comida Todo correcto y limpio, pero nada lindo

• Lupe (7/5): Bad value money - The room has air conditioning and there's a 7/11 nearby. A 15-minute walk from the Kova Hub bus station. It has a small fridge. The staff is friendly. Expensive for what it offers. Small room and tiny bathroom.

• Pulakesh (8/5): - Good reception and great staff. Worth the money in an expensive place like Singapore. However, it is an older property, somewhat comparable to motels in the US.
• April (5/5): I will never stay in this property again unless it is renovated. - Nothing. The entire property needs renovation. Bathroom is very tiny; has no decent shower, everything will get wet when you take a shower as the telephone shower, which also functions as a bidet, is just beside the toilet bowl; It gets very noisy even at night; The floors reeks of cigarette smell; Elevator is so dated. You cannot even see which floor you’re in unless the door opens and you peek outside.

• Brochard (6/5): I obviously don’t recommend if you have children or if you are planning on spending some time at the hotel. - We’ve been here (couple) for 3 nights because it was very cheap. Of course it’s ok for a few days but not more. Very noisy, let’s say the walls are very thin… the exterior isn’t very nice and it looks really « cheap » and old. But it’s what you get for the price I guess …
• Liew (6/5): Pleasant - Location is accessible to lots of places. The room is quite old. Sheets are a bit dirty. Shower and toilet are in the same cubicle so the toilet is always wet after shower.

• Jun (5/5): Booked the room for others but unable to check-in. - Spacious room I booked the rooms for my relatives and indicated that the rooms were booked for someone else (with the name of the persons occupying the rooms) in the booking confirmation. I did not need a room as I live in Singapore. Despite me physically heading down to make cash payment a few days prior to the booking date and informing them of the names of the people checking in, when my relatives arrived, the front desk insisted on my being physically present and, when I was unable to be there physically, they had to see a photo of front and back of my IC. Is it even legal to get my IC details if I am not checking in?
