• Richel (6/5): Slecht en onhygiënisch voor de prijs - De goede douche straal en warm water Het bed, veel te hard, de kamer was zeer klein, de service was slecht en zeker voor de prijs! Daarbij was de pulator van de kraan kapot, haren van vorige overal op me kamer enz

It’s a lovely quiet area with only a very short ride into the centre, the rooms have everything you need including a mineral water tap to drink from! The rooms were spotlessly clean! The staff in this hotel were amazing, they topped up our toiletries and tea/coffee everyday, always greeted us with kindness and a smile and went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much and especially to Rayson, Elvin, Aida and Lester for a great service throughout and for arranging a later checkout for us to ensure we were rested before our long flight home! Great team and great accomodation!! Nothing

I asked for iron and the stand they provided in the room,secondly when I checked out he kept my baggage and gave me a tag to collect later that day and arrange a room for me (for a short while ) to get fresh. You feel outside noise in the room,even if someone talking in the hallway is hearable inside the room.
• Cely Juárez (10/5): - Éramos cuatro, somos de Argentina y llegamos temprano al hotel, Rayson, Elvin y Calvin nos recibieron amablemente y nos permitieron ingresar a las 8 am a las habitaciones, era nuestro gran deseo, ya que llevábamos más de 41 horas de vuelo. Las habitaciones tenían pava eléctrica y dejaban café, me encantó ese detalle, porque a veces en la noche querés tomar algo y lo tenés allí, al alcance de tu mano. Gracias por todo. Era mi segunda vez en Singapur!!

• Shaani (6/5): Quick 23hr layover outside of the airport but close enough to get a peep into singapore - Lovely staff on arrival. Location was convenient for us. It was only a night stay for us so was good for what we wanted. If you’re looking for comfort and flash rooms this is not it. Probably better for quick stays rather than long stays Bathroom is definitely very small. If you’re an NZ size 16 space is very limited but i mean if you’re only staying for one night it does the trick 👍 Nothing terrible to say.

Tea and coffee facilities are provided in the room. I enjoyed the hospitality. Everything was good, except that the room was small and the reading chair did not support the back.

In advance, we have requested a room on the upper floor and a fridge inside. Actually, it was provided! The staff was very kind, polite and finally amazing! When we checked out, they let us leave our luggage at reception, and when we came back to collect it in the evening, they even provided us with a room and towels so we could shower! And all of this was for Free! It is the best hotel ever! Definitely recommend this place! We have detected 2 cockroaches that came from the pipes! It was dreadful( Also, we left some food on the table in the plastic pack during the day, and when we came back, it was full of small ants! So we stored all the food in the fridge... We don't reccoment to rent a room without frige due to the risk of ants!

• Antoine (7/5): No frills, convenient, great value - Honestly, the hotel does the job. If you expect a 5* luxury experience, this is not for you. Although the room is small, it's extremely convenient. It's clean, the bed is comfy, and I was surprised by the quality of the pillows. The staff is always willing to help. So, in the ultra expensive landscape of hotels in Singapore, 81 Hollywood is a great bargain. Just make sure you don't have too high expectations. One of the rooms, 711, the aircond was malfunctionning, which resulted in the room being a chiller.

The hand shower was broken. But the staff was supportive of changing to a new one. The kettle was not working. linnen was clean. The toilet was really cramped and not easy to sit in at all. That was the worst of all. Otherwise, it was value for money.
