- 485yuanz (10/5): Wonderfully stay here! Recommend to everyone - I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Hotel Nikko Saigon and would be very happy to recommend it. The location is great, with a shopping mall close to the hotel and many restaurants nearby, which made everything very convenient. What impressed me the most was the service they provided. I arrived with jet lag and hoped to check in earlier than the regular 3 p.m. time. The manager was very kind, and Nhi coordinated with the housekeeping team to arrange a high-floor beautiful and clean room for me around noon, allowing me to take a rest properly before the conference. The housekeeping and concierge teams were also very responsive. I requested two foam pillows, and they were delivered within five minutes after I hung up the phone. That level of efficiency is truly impressive. The breakfast and seafood buffet was also great, the food is fresh and delicious, Nikki hotel provides unlimited lobsters for the buffet, I would recommend the lobster with Singapore sauce and black pepper sauce. For the breakfast, the most impressed dish was the unlimited fresh coconut, I had two coconuts every morning lol. I would like to thank to Nhi, Lee, Vy, Sophie, and Harvey for their warm and professional assistance throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again. I will recommend this hotel to any travelers coming to HCMC

Special thanks to Mr. Tony Huu from the Concierge team for his kind and professional support throughout the reservation process. He was very responsive, attentive, and helped everything go smoothly. The restaurant staff were also extremely warm and accommodating. Our family had three children under 3 years old, and the team was very patient, caring, and attentive throughout the meal, which made us feel very comfortable. The food and overall service were excellent. Highly recommended for family gatherings and special occasions!

- 549karissat (10/5): Amazing views and food, but even better staff - We stayed at Hotel Nikko for our first time in Vietnam, and it was outstanding. The food was delicious and abundant, with buffet breakfast in the morning, afternoon tea, happy hour and their deluxe seafood buffet. The rooms are spacious and bright with gorgeous views (we stayed on the 23rd floor). Better than the views and the food however, was the unbeatable service the staff provided. We felt taken care of every step of our trip. We wanted to specifically thank Tony who helped us so much at the front desk. We booked the wrong flight from Ho Chi Minh to Hoi An, and he called the airline for us to make new travel arrangements (as we spoke no Vietnamese). I can’t emphasized how stressed we were about this, and how much relief and support Tony gave us. With every step of the rebooking process, he was with us and really went above and beyond with his help! Overall, we are so sad to leave Hotel Nikko to go on our next leg of the trip. We’ll definitely be back! **UPDATE** even after leaving Hotel Nikko and going to different parts of Vietnam, Tony still always offered his assistance should we need it while travelling and in the airport. If you are looking for a little escape and some luxury this is the place for it. The pool area is amazing and has bar service, the spa is beautiful. The best seafood buffet ever! Breakfast is next level with so many food choices. 5 senses Japanese restaurant and cigar lounge was phenomenal. Little handy shopping centre connected to hotel. Hotel bar and lounge was great with some great designer cocktails. We will definitely be back and love everything about this hotel. Easy check in and out also. Nothing! I cant wait to come back

- Jacqueline (10/5): Our go-to hotel in Ho Chi minh - We stayed at The Nikko Saigon on a previous trip and loved it so much we came back. We, again, booked a room with Executive Club privileges and weren’t disappointed. Everything is top notch. The comfort, the amenities, the food, the staff. The only thing I’d say is that on our first stay it was fairly new and after approximately 10 years it’s showing some signs of understandable wear and tear. The service and staff, however has remained at an impressively high level.

- 841benjih (10/5): 5* luxury - 5* luxury in the heart of HCMC This hotel was first class from start to finish. Large rooms with fantastic views. The top floor Nikko Club had good food throughout the day and a good range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available. The breakfast for me was what really set this place apart. I have never experienced the range and quality of breakfast at any 5* hotel anywhere in the world. There was nothing more you could have wanted, from prime rib to kebabs to dragon fruit to Pho. The downstairs bar was also very pleasant to sit in. If it’s within your budget I would full recommend giving the Nikko a go. I can’t see how you would be disappointed.

- Linh (10/5): Amazing amazing - Amazing stay. No complaints. We stayed at Nikko at the beginning of our 3 week trip, and ended our trip going back to Nikko. The staff there deserve all the praise! Everyone was friendly, helpful and trustworthy, especially Sophie, Hau, Lucas and the laundry team (we didn't know we left a $50 Cad in 1 of the pant pockets and they sent it back). We will definitely be going back and recommending Nikko Saigon to everyone. There was nothing to complain about.

Kevin was quite charming. He constantly went above and above to help us, Rosa, Vy, and Anh. Similarly, Ms. Van, the manager, was incredibly accommodating to all of our requirements. The front desk staff was incredibly empathetic and kind when our flight was delayed. We were grateful for the opportunity to check out late. We especially relished the breakfast buffet's assortment of delicious, freshly prepared dishes. The mattresses were quite comfy, and our room was tidy and roomy. We are grateful to the entire Nikko team for our wonderful stay!

- Antoine (3/5): Du Glauque au prix palace - Rien J'ai été surclassé dans la suite appelée suite présidentielle. J'ai rarement été aussi mal à l'aise dans une suite d'hôtel. Premier choc l'entrée donne sur une salle de réunion qui ne vous plonge pas franchement dans un esprit de détente, et une vieille cuisine hors d'usage. Le salon est froid et austère. Il y a une sorte d'évier au fond du salon. La terrasse est dans un état calamiteux malgré une vue imprenable le sol de la salle de bain est extrêmement glissant. Vu le prix que j'y avais mis dans l'idée de faire une surprise , quelle déception !
