Tv didnt work, and noone attended to it even though we reported on a very first day. There was no coffee mashine in a room or even a cattle. They also charged me extra 40 euro on arrival. Feels like i have been ripped off.

• Jochen (2/5): Eine große Enttäuschung! Keine Empfehlung! - Im ersten Zimmer, in dem wir untergebracht waren ist das Wasser aus der Toilette gelaufen und zwar in Richtung Zimmer. Der Herr der Unterkunft, der anwesend war hat mit einem Handtuch versucht das Wasser wegzuwischen. Aber direkt danach lief erneut Wasser aus der Toilette raus (am Fußboden, wo die Toilette am Boden aufsteht). Ein anderes Zimmer hat er zunächst verweigert. Ca. 30 Minuten später bekamen doch ein anderes Zimmer. Der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer war so locker, dass dieser sogar umfallen konnte. Der Lack war mehrheitlich abgeplatzt. Es waren vereinzelt Kellerasseln im Bad, ebenso im Zimmer. Die Betten waren so unbequem, dass man durchhing, bist fast auf den Boden. Die Bettdecken waren nicht überzogen, es war lediglich ein Tuch auf der Oberseite, ein weiteres auf der Unterseite. Die Bettdecken an sich waren schon bräunlich und es war eher eklig. Beim Betthaupt ist ein großer Teil des Materials abgeblättert. Es war einfach alles in allem schäbig. Absolut KEINE Empfehlung! Das auslaufende Klo im ersten Zimmer. Die Kellerasseln im Bad des zweiten Zimmers und im Zimmer. Die extrem durchgelegenen und scheinbar alten Matratzen. Die nicht wirklich bezogenen Bettdecken. Die Armatur beim Waschbecken.

• Rielle (7/5): A short stay - It was close to Rome termini and other attractions. The staff gave us a lot of tips on how to go about in Rome The room did not have a full length mirror. It was not really a hotel more of a guest house with Porus walls one can hear everyone else in their rooms.

• Serbin (6/5): A convenient and pleasant stay with friendly staff, despite the uncomfortable mattress. - The location was very convenient, not far from the station and easy to reach either on foot or by electric scooter. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The reception staff were very friendly and gave us many useful recommendations and tips during our stay. Overall, the accommodation matched the price well and we were satisfied with everything else. The biggest downside was the mattress, which was very uncomfortable. Since we stayed for two nights, it affected the quality of sleep.

La posizione era molto comoda per chi necessita di essere vicino alla stazione Termini. Le lenzuola erano un po’ sporche, anche le federe dei cuscini. L’acqua calda faticava ad uscire e il bagno aveva un po’ di problemi con lo scarico e faceva un po’ di rumori.

It’s perfect if you are planning to come to your accommodation just have a sleep and shower, and get moving to explore The duvet cover was odd, as it was not going fully on the duvet itself and it kept falling off, which wasn’t the nicest feeling as it looked used. otherwise no issues!

Ni siquiera nos dió la llave. No envió a dar una vuelta. Tuvimos problemas de comunicación. Nos trató de mentirosos y muy mal educado. Nos dijo que estaba mal nuestro telefono pero tampoco nos escribió por booking. La habitación no tenia wifi ni habia ningun ser humano para consultar.

• Elisa (5/5): Nessuno per check in ad orario concordato - Prezzo, stanza grandina ma ridotta parecchio male Mi era stato comunicato che la reception sarebbe stata aperta dalle 10, e ho organizzato la mia giornata di conseguenza. Arrivata sul posto, però, non era presente nessuno. Ho provato a chiamare ripetutamente tutti i recapiti disponibili, senza ottenere alcuna risposta. Dopo circa 50 minuti di attesa è arrivato qualcuno, ma a quel punto era ormai troppo tardi: sono stata costretta a prendere un taxi, sostenendo una spesa elevata, per riuscire a raggiungere un appuntamento già fissato. Anche il supporto di Booking non è stato risolutivo: mi è stato fatto presente che il problema si considerava risolto visto che una volta arrivato il personale mi era stata assegnata subito la stanza con check-in anticipato. Tuttavia, questo non rispondeva alla mia esigenza, in quanto avevo solo bisogno di lasciare i bagagli e uscire rapidamente e ho dovuto poi sostenere una spesa di taxi non necessaria nè preventivata. A questo si aggiunge uno stato generale della struttura poco curato: arredi rovinati, prese elettriche non funzionanti, lampade rotte, mobili scrostati e persino un phon sciolto. Esperienza complessivamente negativa, sia per la gestione che per le condizioni della struttura, con un impatto concreto sia economico che sull’organizzazione della giornata. Se fossi stata informata in anticipo che si trattava di una struttura gestita a distanza, con un receptionist non sempre presente e operativo su più strutture, probabilmente non l’avrei scelta.

• Rocio (4/5): - La señora que nos acompañó a la habitación fue muy amable. Nos dejaron hacer el check in antes de tiempo y nos ofrecieron dejar el equipaje en las instalaciones si lo necesitábamos. El señor de la recepción tuvo un comportamiento un poco extraño cuando nos recibió, un poco incómodo su humor y su forma de interactuar. La habitación se sentía húmeda, con el aire pesado, como de encierro. El baño era demasiado pequeño, tanto que si usabas el inodoro prácticamente las rodillas tocaban la puerta. Una persona más alta o con exceso de peso no hubiese podido utilizar las instalaciones de manera adecuada o bañarse. El secador de pelo que nos dejaron no funcionaba y el dispenser de jabón para lavarnos las manos tampoco. Fue realmente una decepción. No lo recomiendo.

• Avgoustou (7/5): not for families - The location was fine although it was a bit difficult to find it at first. The host was very polite but it wasn't always easy to contact him. The room was clean and cute. It was supposed to be a hotel and it certainly did not look like it. There was not someone at the reception most of the time and this was a problem especially at the last day when they said we could leave our baggage for a few ours to collect them later and nobody was there to open the door so as to take our staff when we wanted to leave. So we had to wait for at least 3 hour till someone showed up. The noise from the building was sometimes really annoying.

Z toalety unosił się przez cały pobyt nieprzyjemny, uciążliwy zapach. Ciśnienie w prysznicu było bardzo słabe, ale liczyłyśmy się z tym czytając wcześniejsze opinie o lokalu.

• Pascale (7/5): Centraal gelegen en proper ! - Zeer goed gelegen bij metro/trein/bezienswaardigheden. Alles was héél proper maar héél basic en kan wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Het was héél fijn dat we onze bagage er achter konden laten zodat we nog heel de dag de stad konden bezichten zonder onze bagage te moeten meesleuren, echt een pluspunt !! Super goede matras !! De douche is aan vernieuwing toe. Wat meer kapstokken aan de muur in de kamer zou handig zijn om een jas of andere dingen op te hangen, de kleerkast was wat klein.

Sono tre letti, il quarto dorme in una brandina con materasso quasi inesistente dormendo quindi sulle doghe (dalla seconda notte abbiamodormitoin due sul divano). Inoltre, l'assenza di spazio in soggiorno obbliga ad aprirlo e chiuderlo quotidianamente. Operazione di puro marketing per aumentarne il prezzo dell'affitto. Segnaletica estintore (per normativa), ma di fatto inesistente c'era l'appendino. Acqua corrette ridotta al minimo, in pratica la doccia viene fatta con un filo d'acqua. In frigorifero erano rimasti alimenti altrui, per carità... può succedere, ma visto l'accumulo di ghiaccio nel congelatore non viene sbrinato da un bel po'. Serramenti vecchissimi, abbiamo chiesto di far sistemare una finestra perché era rotta la cerniera con il rischio che cadesse. La tettoia esterna non viene pulita da parecchi mesi...(anni?). Fortunatamente le lenzuola erano pulite, ma i copriletti meno. Appartamento idoneo SOLO per due persone o tre se per pochi giorni, non solo per lo spazio in cucina, ma perché non c'è nemmeno tanto posto come armadiatura. Eliminerei i rampicanti esterni: o si tengono bene o danno l'impressione di trascuratezza.

• Victoria (4/5): - La localización y el precio. No había nadie en recepción y costó contactar con la persona encargada. La cama era comoda pero había como una especie de pliegues. El "nórdico" por llamarlo de alguna manera, no estaba dentro de una funda sinó que tenia una sábana por encima y otra por debajo, con lo cual, a lo largo de la noche tenias contacto con el nórdico y eso me daba grima. El agua de la ducha salia templada. Y lo que no me gustó nada es que el baño, aunque privado, estuviera fuera de la habitación, con lo cual podías coincidir al salir con el otro huesped del piso. Las instalaciones dejaban que desear. Hubiera preferido pagar 100€ más.

Había leído que tuvieron problemas con la presión del agua, pero en realidad hay una palanca al lado del lavabo que regula eso y permite usarlo con normalidad. Tiene TV, calefacción, viene con insumos básicos como azúcar, sal, café, utensilios de cocina, toallas, etc. El host es bastante amable. Tener en consideración que se cobra un impuesto de 5€ por persona por "turismo". Es cobrado por Roma, no por gusto del host, pero es aparte del precio aquí en Booking. La ubicación es buena, pero no es tan cercana a Termini Roma. Queda aprox a 11 minutos caminando para poder tomar el metro. Puedes encontrar varios restaurantes y tiendas cerca al alojamiento
