• caroline (2/5): - This property had no working heat we were huddled sleeping 3 across a queen bed for 2 nights because of only being given 2 blankets. The host didn’t respond until the next day and when they did it was a long list of items to complete in order to get the heat working which didn’t end up working. Also no hot water. Probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Bien aún con detalles que mejorar - El apartamento en general está muy bien, a falta de mejorar algunos detalles, como poner alguna fregona por si hace falta, el aspirador no funcionaba, nos faltaron sábanas para el sofá cama (que tuvimos que pedir) y toallas, ya que solo había dos y éramos cuatro. Por otro lado, publicitan traslado al aeropuerto por 35€ y no es cierto, lo tuvimos que contratar aparte. Otra cosa importante, es un tercero sin ascensor.

• JUAN C. (8/5): No se asusten al llegar al edificio - Al principio nos asustamos porque el edificio estaba viejo y feo, pero al llegar al apartamento estaba impecable. Agua caliente, wifi, cocina, nevera, lavadora todo súper, el apartamento en general estuvo bien. La ubicación es un poco lejos.

• Jacqueline (10/5): - Er was veel aan keuken gerij en servies aanwezig, meer dan genoeg voor 2 personen. Mooie (beetje kleine, maar ach) badkamer. Precies genoeg ruimte. Niet meer en niet minder. Zelfs nog wastabletjes gekregen om te kunnen wassen. Alleen was het gastenboek zoek, maar reageerde ze wel super snel op mijn vragen in de mail waardoor dit niet voor veel hinder heeft gezorgd.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - The property was in a run down area and in a run down building. The property required an industrial clean. It was dirty, shabby and grimey. The two ring cooker was dirty old and had tape stuck on the knobs. The bathroom was terrible with a dirty shower unit. The kettle was filled with limescale and the dust and dirt under the bed and units hadn't been cleaned in years. The television wasn't working. The outside area had steep steps covered in broken branches and was a death trap. When i complained i was met with complacency. A technician came and got the t.v working and brought a new kettle. The cooker worked so as far as they were concerned it did not need replacing. What are the chances of a refund. I have photos to back this statement.

• Daryll (10/5): Comfort in Vienna! - This stay was really great! It was a bit tricky to find the apartment at first. But check in was without any problems. The apartment was spacious, clean, and suited with dish washer, kitchen, fridge. You can find public transport and a shopping mall within a walking distance of 10 minutes. Overal it was a good experience and i will go back if i have the chance to visit Vienna again.
• JonesSmoker (8/5): 獨立自主方便，可惜，沒有人可以諮詢。 - 凌晨抵達，鑰匙箱位置敘述不明確，廊燈自動熄滅，害我們半夜摸索。打電話去給聯絡人，結果，他也不了解現場實際情形。沒有接待人員，隱私性好。有廚房用具、微波爐、咖啡機、電爐、洗衣機。對周圍環境熟悉的家庭旅客很適合，但，對環境不熟的旅客，連個諮詢的對像都沒有。附近有超市、電車，很方便。
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Mitarbeiter super freundlich und stets bemüht. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Badezimmer unangenehm gerochen und Toilette sowas von eisig gewesen dass man gar nicht mehr gehen wollte. Trotz allem für den Preis in Ordnung, würde es selbst nicht mehr buchen.
• Sonja (6/5): Leider nicht wie auf den Fotos - Grundsätzlich war das Zimmer ganz okay, man hatte alles was man braucht, jedoch auf sehr beengten Raum, das Badezimmer & WC ist winzig sodass es akrobatische Fähigkeiten benötigt sich das Gesicht zu waschen. Die Heizung besteht aus einem kleinen Strahler neben der Tür, im Sommer bestimmt ausreichend aber wie bei uns (3-4 Grad) wahnsinnig schwierig die zusammenhängenden Räume zu heizen. Vorallem war das Zimmer kalt wie wir kamen. Die Küche ist klein bietet jedoch Pfannen, Besteck und Gläser soweit das Wichtigste vorhanden. Der Schlafbereich & die Matratzen selbst sind ganz okay. Gesamt hab ich beim buchen & auf der Bestätigung andere Fotos gesehen.
• Baumgartner (2/5): Dont book! bad service, dirty and rude management - check in was far from professional, there were stairs to get to the apartment which made it difficult with a toddler and pram! the entrance was dirty and smelly too. There were no photos that showed this at the time of booking. The apartment we got was not in the photo list that was on the website and it was dirty (scribbles on the walls, stuff stuck to door handles amd cupboards, bedding was dirty amd there were spider webs around the corners) The second room had no bedding which was odd and the spare bedding that we wanted to use (because their heating took a while) which was stashed in the cupboard was dirty and had stains on it. the hot water was on and off, the washing machine smelt of stale water. the kitchenette was dirty I had to clean it with detol wipes and the curtains were not wide enough to cover the entire Windows- no privacy! The toilet was small and awkward. The neighborhood was creepy! everything was far. My family and I were uncomfortable! We made other arrangements and moved out early the next day and called the apartment management, they were no help at all! Continued to offer a clean when we had already told them we moved out (and why wasn't it clean before check in???) not even a partial refund was offered - just a rude and ignorant management style to people visiting there city and making the biggest mistake to choose their appartment! we spent another $450 for the last 3 nights and made the most of our holiday in Vienna.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible! - Terrible and this hotel is definitely a place to avoid. It's far away from everything and the neighborhood is cold and impersonal. The apartments are in a basement and you can hear the guest in the other rooms. There's no direct sunlight and that's why they don't show pictures in their announcement. The building is creepy and smells urine! Really avoid this place. For some more euros you can stay in a much better place. Even the Youth Hostel is better!! When we checked-in the apartment was not clean. I mean unwashed cutlery in the dishing machine. Not clean floor! A mess!! We felt not welcome! There's no one to receive us. You need to call someone to get the keys from a digital box. You use a code and then you have your keys. It's super impersonal.
• Serena (6/5): The first time - perfect , now Bad planned - First I came to the apartment and had an appointment for the key at two, no one came. Also the apartment was still dirty from the other visitors... I'd set my check in at 14.00... But the rest was very nice, backyard, washing machine, dishwasher. And for me the perfect location.
• Tina (4/5): Checkin terrible y habitación sin haberse limpiado - La recepción en el hotel fue horrible. Malas indicaciones de donde estaba la máquina expendedora de la llave. El código no funcionó. El chico que enviaron tardó más de media hora en llegar. Al entrar en la habitación , el servicio de limpieza no había pasado y estaba todo hecho un desastre y sucio. Tuve que hacer muchas llamadas para conseguir que vinieran los del servicio de limpieza y encima, después de decirme que no me cobrarían los 35€ por el servicio de limpieza, al final me han pasado el cargo/cobro. Ahora voy a tener que reclamar!!!!! Enojada estoy. La habitación además era muy pequeña y no correspondía a las imágenes que mostraban en la web y la portería de la finca parecía que estuviese entrando en una casa de "ocupas", fea, sucia, destrozada....uffffffffff nefasto!
• Verified traveler (6/5): Gute Lage - Das Apartment ist gut zu erreichen und gut ausgestattet. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist zu wenig Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist nicht beheizt und der Schlafraum nur durch eine Elektroheizung, die die Räume nicht wirklich warmhalten kann. Sollten die Temperatur unter 10 Grad fallen, kann es dort sehr sehr kalt werden.
• Gherardo (6/5): Flat convenient for its position. - This little room with kitchen and bathroom might be a solution for those (especially couples) who want to visit Vienna for a weekend or so. Advantages: The flat is located just 10 minutes away from the Thaliastraße U-Bahn station and that makes it a good solution for those willing to reach any part of the city within a reasonable time. It is also worth mentioning that since the apartment has a kitchen it is possible to avoid to have meals outside (bars, restaurants etc.) all the times. Disadvantages: I personally found the bed rather uncomfortable and its sheets because of the poor quality of the materials. Those who furnished it managed to spend the least possible on this: more than a wooden slat of the bed got broken with minimal pressure and the sheets were a bit small. Moreover, the cleaning fee of €35 is way too much for the dimension and conditions of the flat.

• Jacob (8/5): Lille centralt beliggende lejlighed - Lejligheden lå dejligt centralt. Den er lidt lille, men passede fint til min mand og jeg. Skulle også kun bruges til overnatning.
• Emil (8/5): Flot indrettet med fin beliggenhed - Forholdsvis rent, dog ikke til det urimelige beløb på 35 euro. Sengen var komfortabel og lejligheden var pænt indrettet. Placeringen var fint i forhold til indkøb, dog små 15 minutters gang til metro.
• Alex (4/5): Apartment Haberlgasse - Das Apartment ist zwar neu Renoviert, und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, aber der Geräuschpegel im Haus und in der Nachbarschaft ist sehr störend. Während der Nachtzeit extrem laut. Also mit Kleinkindern überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen! Das Apartment ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, wo die Wohnung wohl angemietet ist. Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig, nur oberflächlich gereinigt, und das auch nur, da wir bei Ankunft druck gemacht haben. Im großen und ganzen von unserer Seite nicht zu empfehlen.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Ripped off - We arrived and as mentioned this place does not have a front desk. We checked in using the company's direction and there next morning we woke up to someone banging on our door to get a payment. The other nice surprise is that they charged us a 35 euro cleaning fee. For a two night stay it added 25% to our stay and was not clear. I would never stay here again.

• Irmgard (6/5): Kleingkeiten,die den Unterschied machen fehlen1 - Im Appartement habe ich so ziemlich alles vorgefunden außer dem Wichtigsten:eine Nachttischlampe am Bett.Das finde ich wenig komfortabel! Außerdem war ich nicht informiert,dass die Schlüsselübergabe per Handy erfolgen wird.Das hätte ich wissen müssen.So habe ich eine Viertelstunde gewartet.Schade!
• Verified traveler (6/5): Piso para estadías cortas en Viena - El apartamento está bien para pasar un par de días en Viena. Está a seis calles aproximadamente de la parada de Metro 2 que deja en el centro. El único detalle que encontramos es que no era un piso muy calefaccionado para los días de invierno que pasamos, la zona del baño y la cocinilla eran un poco frías. El agua caliente de la ducha venía de calefón y si se demoraba un poco en la ducha se agotaba. Por lo demás todo bien.

• Robert (10/5): Small but beautifully formed. - The apartment was tiny but well equipped. It is well located for central Vienna but you need to use the tram service. Tube is a bit of a walk. For the money I couldn't fault it.

Eine Vorabinformation darüber, dass man vor Ort die Telefonnummer des Schlüsselkontaktes anrufen muss,wäre sehr hilfreich.Der technische Service ist absolut super. Ein paar kleine Schüsseln beim Geschirr oder ein Brettchen und ein Geschirrhandtuch zur Ausstattung wären noch schön.

• Brian (8/5): Small but cozy and adequate - We only needed a small place for a couple of nights and this cozy studio apartment did the job. It had a clothes washer, fridge, microwave, etc... so we had everything we needed.
• Lapsuuden ystävät (8/5): Ihanasti remontoitu asunto ikivanhassa talossa. - Olimme todella tyytyväisiä itse asuntoon, hienosti remontoitu keittiö, kph ja makuuhuone/oh. Saimme huoneen rauhalliselta sisäpihalta kolmannesta kerroksesta eikä yöllä kuulunut minkäänlaista melua . Sijainti ok, sillä ratikat ja metro kulkee keskustaan ja ihan minne vain haluaakin. Julkinenn liikenne nopeaa ja sujuvaa. Schönbrunnin linna oli kävelymatkan päässä. Suosittelemme lämpimästi!
• Verified traveler (6/5): Not that pleased - The bad things: The woman on the phone was really rude and tried to hang up on me twice while talking to her, the room was not soundproof, no sign outside the building, not the best area, an extra cleaning-fee for 34 euroes with out telling us, the pillows was cottonballs instead of a normal pillow, not that much space to get into the bed, the water kettle was rusty and when we boiled water in it steal came loose, the toilet seat was skew and low. Good: The room, it was close to two different stores, a lot of outlets to plug in your electronic devises, the wi-fi (it turned of sometimes, but after awhile, it came back)
• Mads R (10/5): Great service - You get the key with a password when you arrive to the apartment, works flawlessly. Great and comfortable apartment with a nice small terrace. It's a decent area about 5 minutes walk from the nice Neubau area.
• Verified traveler (6/5): super Alternative zum Hotel - Bei diesem Hotel handelt es sich nicht um ein Hotel sondern um eine kleine 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung in einem normalen Mehrfamilienhaus. Obwohl der Hausflur nicht sehr einladend war, waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dieser Wohnung (sehr sauber und modern). Wohnung war voll ausgestattet (Küche mit Zubehör, Waschmaschine, Handtücher, Bettwäsche) zur Wohnung gehört sogar eine kleine Terasse im Hinterhof mit direktem zugang von der Wohnung. Einziger Nachteil: Wohnung hatte sehr dünne Wände und man kann von Mietern der Nachbarwohnung (wurde auch von der selben Hotelkette vermietet) gestört werden, außerdem gab es einen Steckdosen-Mangel (keine Steckdose im Bad und an der Küchenzeile)
• Riocca (6/5): Good - It was not a bad decision to rent this place; the apartment is clean and has all the basics; however it is part of a very old building/structure and therefore it does not have any fixed radiator and it can get quite cold.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Tolle Ferienwohnung für Paare - Preis- Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar! Haus ist zwar ein Altbau, die Wohnung dafür renoviert und bitte alles was man braucht. Auch im Winter wars immer schön warm in allen zimmern. Lage ist auch perfekt! Bus in unmittelbarer nähe, fährt direkt ins Zentrum. Straßenbahn und weitere Busse zu Fuß erreichbar. Zwei Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe.
• David (8/5): Praktisk og passende størrelse - Lejligheden var meget passende i størrelse, og den havde de ting, den skulle have. Dejligt at man selv kunne sørge for måltider, som det passede, hvilket gør opholdet lidt billigere. Prisen var god for 3 nætter. Man kunne dog godt ønske sig, at der var blevet gjort lidt bedre rent, når nu rengøring ikke er inkluderet i basis-prisen, og det trak voldsomt ind under hoveddøren, hvilket gjorde køkkengulvet meget koldt. Heldigvis virkede radiatorerne upåklageligt.
• Marie (8/5): - nous gardons une bonne impression de l'appartement qui est propre,avec tout le comfort possible .tout y dans cet appartement ,le necessaire qu'il faut ,on se croirait chez soi.par contre il ne faut pas se fier a l'entree de l'immeuble qui laisse perplexe a l'arrivee,mais quand on voit l'appartement c'est le bonheur.il faut juste qu'il mette dans l'annonce qu'il y'a 35 euros en plus pour le menage lorqu'on quitte l'appartement.
