• Alejandra Laura (10/5): Muy recomendable. - La ubicación es excepcional, a pocos minutos caminando del bazar Arasta, la Mezquita Azul y Hagya Sofía. El barrio es lindo y tranquilo. Cerca de colectivos, trams y ferrys qué conectan toda la ciudad. Las habitaciones cómodas, colchón y sábanas impecables. Desayuno completo, muy rico y variado. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar con todo lo necesario para hacer que la visita a la ciudad sea espectacular. Se ocupan de contratar transfer al aeropuerto. Todo estuvo perfecto.

Posizione comoda a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla moschea blu. Colazione un po' ripetitiva, mi sembra orientata molto a una clientela russa. Era possibile chiedere cibo specifico (uova, altro?) alla cucina, ma lo abbiamo capito solo l'ultimo giorno. Purtroppo poco personale parla inglese. Camere poco insonorizzate.

Room was clean and had everything necessary, can't fault anything to be honest. Excellent stay, would return again. Would add some options for breakfast perhaps. There were foods to choose from, especially for adults, and the coffee was good, but perhaps some variety in the cereal and fruit would have been ideal.

• Tuma (10/5): - Po dlouhém výběru hotelů jsme nakonec zvolili Sultans Royal Hotel a musím říct, že to byla ta nejlepší volba. Za příznivou cenu jsme byli v historickém centru cca. 5 minut chůze od památek, pokoj byl velmi čistý a vždy dokonale uklizený, čisté ručníky a perfektně umytá koupelna potešily po každém náročném dni. Zároveň v celém hotelu fungoval velice dobře Wi-Fi internet. Snídaně byli vždy skvělé - velký výběr sýrů, oliv i dalších chutných potravin. Potěšil mne například velice chutný pečený lilek s paprikou atd. Silná káva a tradiční čaj na ranní probuzení vždy pomohly :-) Co bylo skvělé je i recepce - je moc hezká a funguje 24 hodin denně, takže i když přiletíte pozdě, nemáte problém se ubytovat. Zároveň celý personál je moc ochotný a příjemný. Vždy nám velmi dobře poradili a pomohli, za což jim jsme moc vděční. Dokáží zajistit i například výlet lodí po Bosporu či taxi za rozumnou cenu. Tento hotel můžeme jen chválit a doporučit! Vše bylo perfektní!

• Verena (10/5): - Gemütliches kleines , einfaches Hotel, ruhig und sehr sauber. Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage ist auch optimal. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar . Auch die Haltestelle für die Anreise mit dem öffentlichen Bus ist nur 5-7 min entfernt, Hotel bietet Sammeltaxis, Privattransfer, Massagen, SIM-Karten, Zimmersafe, Ausflüge an, was wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben. Von uns aus kläre Empfehlung. Eventuell wenig Platz und Ablagemöglichkeiten im Kleiderschrank. Für uns war's allerdings ausreichend, wir hatten nicht viel dabei.
• Yumiko (9/5): 機会があったらまた利用したい！ - スタッフの皆さんがいつも快く、海外旅行につきものの様々な心配事に的確に回答、提案、対応してくださり、初めてのイスタンブール旅行を不安なく楽しくすごせました。 朝食も美味しいく毎日たっぷり頂けました。 部屋、トイレ、シャワールームとも清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。 徒歩圏内に歴史的な建造物、名所が多くあり、チェックインして荷物を置いたら数分後には観光名所に行けるほどの立地で、とても便利でした。 シャワーの水圧が少し弱いようで、髪が長い方は洗髪時に少し時間かかるかもしれません。

ITS SAFE PLACE because I read a lot of reviews that there hotels where ppl don’t feel safe - that is NOT place like this. Very polite management, super clean and new spacious room. We went away early (at 5am) and instead of breakfast received only packed croissants. That was said because for this day breakfast was included but because of the early hour we couldn’t be there. • Bernhard (4/5): Bei unserem nächster Besuch in Istanbul werden wir dieses Hotel meiden - die Lage des Hotels Das Badezimmer war ungepflegt, schwarzer Schimmel rund um die Dusche, extrem dicker weißer Schimmel um die Lüftungsanlage im Bad, Möbel eher verwohnt. Im Frühstücksraum kein Fenster, Küche direkt nebenan (Tür stand immer offen). Hier wurden Speisen frisch zubereitet (Frittiertes, Pfannkuchen). Der Geruch war im ganzen Hotel, Flur, Aufzug, bis in die Zimmer. Sehr unangenehm. Das Frühstück war eher nicht nach europäischem Stil. Es gab täglich nur 1 Sorte Käse, sowie Feta, keine Wurst und etliche kalte Salate und kaltes Gemüse. Für uns aber keine Frühstücksgrundlage. Es gab auch keine Brötchen.

The shuttle arranged by the hotel to and from the airport was seamless. The recommendations for everything from restaurants to tours was fabulous! The staff took care of all our issues with respect and dignity. With the exception of a lost laundry bag everything was perfect. Thank you 😊

• Kerrie (10/5): Generous front of house staff in a wonderful location in the heart of old town Istanbul. - The location right in the midst of the old town and was fabulous and easily accessible on foot to all the main attractions. The staff were fantastic and each of the three managers were knowledgeable, informative and helpful beyond expectation which ensured our stay in Istanbul was memorable. Nothing.

• Igor (8/5): Уютный отель в самом центре Стамбула - Отель очень хороший, маленький, уютный, с замечательным персоналом. Завтраки отличные, всегда разнообразная, качественная и вкусная еда до самого конца времени завтрака. Персонал, который занимается завтраками, говорит по-русски. Всегда готовы выполнить просьбу: приготовить что-либо, дать в номер чай и лимон (заболевшему ребёнку). Убирали номер хорошо и ненавязчиво, приходишь - в номере чисто, свежие полотенца, аккуратно сложенные вещи, застеленные постели. Администраторы очень приветливые, дали карту гостя Стамбула, которую можно пополнить и экономить на транспорте и пр.

• TERESA (10/5): - The Sultans Royal is an excellent place to stay, convenient for all the tourist attractions and within walking distance of the places of interest. The staff at the hotel are friendly and will accommodate any request (if they can), love their cheese toasties for breakfast. The rooms are cleaned daily and have all the amenities required for an enjoyable stay. We've been going there regularly and it feels like our 'second home'. Highly recommend staying here

• Natasha (10/5): - The hotel is location is perfect if you want to stay around the Sultanahmet area, it's literally a 5 min walk away. There are also many restaurants and shops close by. The room was kept very clean and the breakfast was plentiful and sufficient. The staff were all kind and helpful. In particular, Rashad was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions all around. I had a great experience in all areas.
• Yousra (9/5): très bon séjour, je recommande ! - Personnel extrêmement accueillant, gentil et présent tout au long du séjour que ce soit pour des modalités ou la réservation d'activité, etc. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, du choix, des spécialités variés chaque jour, avec du personnel gentil et réactif. Rien mis à part peut être ajouter un petit peu plus de confort à la chambre que nous avions .. mais sinon très bien !!
• Julie (10/5): - Perfect location to see all of the sights in Istanbul. The staff were lovely and very helpful with organising activities. They even provided a birthday present for one our guests who had a birthday during our stay. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend. Nothing, it was perfect.

• Alice (9/5): - Great location, an easy 5min walk to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Felt very safe, clean and restaurants, shops etc are all right there. Breakfast was a really good selection and they also were great and catered for gluten free. Rooms were clean and tidy. Good amenities provided shower was a good big size. The staff stored our bags and helped us to book a taxi to our next destination. I also used the laundry service (paid) for it was quick and really good! We knew we had a twin room with single beds, but just be aware they are quite narrow for single beds. This might be the norm in Europe, but in NZ a single is a fair amount wider. Having said that, the beds were still comfortable.
