Definitely one of our favorite stays in Bangkok and we can’t wait to come back again 🥹💫

There was also easy pickup and drop off access for taxi The reception staff we not always available and check in seem reluctant to consider small request but wasnt a big issue

Melanie (10/5): - We visited as a young family with a 16 month old toddler trying to catch our breath between two long flights. Very conveniently located right on top of a big shopping mall and walking distance to the airport train. We received excellent service provided by Jeena and Gus and received a complementary room upgrade and breakfast. The rooms are modern and clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was clean and with an amazing view. The cocktails in the bar were great as well. We look forward to staying here again.
Allan (7/5): Hope the management takes my feedback seriously to make my next stay at the hotel more pleasant and comfortable. - The hotel location is good, within walking distance to Central World, Big C and Pratunam Wholesale Mall. However, the two nearest BTS stations are quite far away from the hotel. The water pressure of my room is low. I thought the design of the sink is not good. Water splattered everywhere when you turn on the tap. Lastly, the tooth paste of the dental kit is too little, only enough for one wash. Please do something about it. Thanks.

DAISY (9/5): - Great breakfast buffet, very convenient location to retail stores, great staff service. First night, I woke up to very heavy smell of smoke in my room. But I requested for a non-smoking floor. I ignored it. Second night, it happened again. Staff came to check. Someone was smoking near our rooms. Hotel offered to upgrade us to a higher floor. Appreciate it but we had to pack and move rooms at 10pm which is not very ideal. :-(

Maria (10/5): - Its so near everything we needed to buy. No need to use taxi. Only stores close early but otherwse it was very convenient for seniors who cant do long walks. Towels n toiletries have no extras. We still need to call for extra towels n toilet paper.

Mark (9/5): Novotel Pratunam - Great location, a 10 minute walk to the ARL and right next to CentralWorld shopping centre. The choice at breakfast was excellent. We were on the 14th floor and could still hear the traffic.
