• Karen (10/5): - This review is not indicative of the original hotel I booked as upon arrival a note on the door stated that guests booked for that evening had to walk 500m down the road to another hotel! The good news is the new hotel was great,nice friendly lady on reception plus the view from our room was very pleasant.

• Jean (10/5): Torrent silencieux. - Rapport prix/prestations intéressant. Torrent très proche de l'hôtel donc bruit important mais l'hôtel dispose d'une excellente isolation phonique. Grand parking gratuit à 200 /300 m.

• David (2/5): - La habitación individual es horrible, ducha diminuta, sucia y sin esoació para moverse. La cortina sucia y aguantada con aros reciclados de madera. Se caía por momentos. El baño era aprte de la habitación sin ninguna separación. Enchufes rotos al lado de la ducha y si se slaia agua de la ducha, q así pasaba, dormias con el charco. Muy mala experiencia

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Tried calling several times,about 630 pm because thought may e late due to traffic. When finally got through was hung up on, then no answers to phone agsin. Hotel completely dark when got there at 7 not even a sign lit so we missed it a couple times. Expedia did get us a refund as we had to find another hotel.

• Roland (10/5): Super plan pas cher ! - Très bon rapport qualité-prix ! Seul reproche : le personnel de l'hôtel ne lit pas les commentaires ou demandes formulées lors de la réservation. En effet, nous avions demandé une chambre avec un grand lit et ne donnant pas sur la route principale ... et nous avons eu deux (en réalité 3) petits lits sur la route principale :-( D'ailleurs, l'ajout du 3ème petit lit a rendu la chambre exigüe et rendu l'emplacement des interrupteurs inadapté car se trouvant juste sous les oreillers ! Seul petit bémol, le restaurant : lors de notre séjour, il n'y avait pas de menu du jour et la carte ne correspondait pas à nos envies culinaires. Pour le reste, rien à dire (vu le prix), avec un petit déjeuner buffet très fourni et varié : salé, sucré, viennoiseries, fruits, céréales, yaourts, etc. Le personnel fut également très présent. Nous avons même pu garer notre voiture devant l'hôtel une nuit, les autres fois sur un parking gratuit à proximité.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - If you’re spending the day on the slopes and just looking for a cheap clean room, hot water and ok bed to sleep at night, very close to the gondola, then this is perfect. I stayed with my 12 year old son but it’s not for a romantic break. Beds have a waterproof sheet on them. WiFi in room (2nd floor) is excellent. Hotel is kept clean but over use of cleaning products leaving a nasty smell at the entrance, stairway and corridors. Less smell in room. Staff are lovely and friendly and go the extra mile for you. Even providing a picnic on the last day when they realised our early bus would mean we missed breakfast. They also rang the bus company to check our pick up point. Thank you :-) Breakfast was fine (all cold) with plenty of choice. The black plastic table covers look awful and ruin the look of the whole room, which would be nice otherwise. We would stay here again or at their sister hotel, Comopedrosa.
• Johann (6/5): Okay hotel, close to Arinsal ski domain. - Fairly close to the lift (5 mns walk), this is a simple hotel with small rooms and reasonably clean. The river is right next to it though and despite good double glazed windows it is fairly noisy, at least for light sleepers. Staff is very friendly, breakfast saved by good croissants.
• Denise (8/5): Very clean place to stay - We enjoyed our stay at hotel Arinsal. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. .The continental breakfast had plenty of choice with fresh fruit included. The hotel is very clean in all areas. We will definitely stay here again
• Giro (2/5): Domage !!! - Surprise ! l’hôtel Arinsal fermé ! donc pas de commentaire sur l’hôtel. En revanche non satisfait de l’hôtel de remplacement proposé par l’hôtel Arinsal ou la chambre non conforme a la réservation, fait triste mine et une déception sur le séjour !
• Jordan (8/5): Decent room and great staff! - Very nice and comfortable stay. The room was a decent size for a single person, but it was the shower which I thought was a bit too small and difficult to have a comfortable shower. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

• Olga (10/5): Нормальный отель в Аренсале - У меня был одноместный номер, маленький с санузлом прямо в комнате, специфично, конечно, но фотографии реальные и я знала об этом заранее, что радует. Для одного человека , как оказалось, не очень страшно. Это был один из самых бюджетных вариантов размещения в Андорре, поэтому многого я и не ждала. Порадовал вид с балкона на речку и горы. До канатки метров 200 от отеля, что очень удобно. Столько же до пункта проката, немного дальше супермаркет и аптека. Бары и кафешки везде, в том числе и в самом отеле. Номер чистый, уборку делают хорошо и регулярно. Мебель старенькая, но в целом аккуратно. Персонал дружелюбный. Огорчил тот факт, что в моём номере была неисправна раковина, два дня на полу собиралась вода, горничные несколько раз в день убирали(молодцы!), а вот отремонтировали только через два дня. Впечатление положительное, нормальный вариант по соотношению цена/качество.
• Carolina (6/5): Nice location but hard to find at night - Arinsal was closed and hard to be found. Once we arrived we found a sign that we were expected in another hotel 200 meters away (Comapedrosa). Room was very small and no internet (that's ok as it was stated in conditions). Great breakfast

Buffet libre de desayuno estandart, y zona aparcamiento muy bien, a dos minutos del hotel, grandes zonas de aparcamiento, en general muy bien

Close to gondola for ski season and right in the centre of town for apres - ski. Have stayed here a couple of times. Would stay again.

• Stephen (2/5): Hotel Without Open Lounge - Hotel was closed and without staff. Waited outside in the rain until guests left the hotel, it was only at that point was I able to gain access because the main entrance was code locked. When inside I found that the check-in desk and lounge were closed off and a sign indicated that for attention one should "Phone (00376) 651892". At that time there were several guests sitting on stairway steps trying to achieve WiFi connections as the lounge was inaccessible. There were no comfortable chairs to sit on in the rooms. When I interviewed guests they stated that the status quo had been present for several days!
• Robert (8/5): Hotel bleek gesloten... - Hotel bleek gesloten te zijn (we waren er in mei). Maar er was vervanging in ander hotel (Comapedrosa). Prima hotel.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Clean, friendly and convenient. - Great Shower and wifi in my room which had a little balcony. Basic but clean. I stayed on the river side which has a constant river noise which i found quite relaxing but others may not. Friendly Staff. Great location 150m from Gondola.
• Rachael (8/5): Basic hotel but excellent value for money. - I have stayed at hotel Arinsal twice now and both times have enjoyed my stay. Yes it's basic, but what more do you need. It is excellent value for money and very close to other bars and the gondola. The rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. For the money, you can't beat it!

• Barbro Ulin (8/5): - Svårt att hitta hotellet. Den bild som var avbildad på sidan stämde inte med informationen. Hotellet heter Comapedrosa och låg 100 meter från den bild som var avbildad.

Por la noche hay música en el bar hasta las 00 horas por lo que si deseáis descansar pedir una habitación que no este cerca del bar. La limpieza de la habitación no es del todo buena sobre todo zona de ducha y el suelo que no barren ni tan sólo cada dos días.
