• Samantha (8/5): - Great location from train station and to shops. We arrived into Tokyo at 7am. By 12.30 we were very jet lagged. To be told check in not possible until 3pm. It was 3pm when we got our key. I had to doze in the lobby from 12.30 until the room was available.

• Emmanuel (7/5): Booked smoking room by mistake, disappointing as I’m a nonsmoker - Great location in Ginza, close to metro station and shops. This hotel still offers smoking rooms which I booked by mistake. Not the hotel’s fault but do check your booking to avoid this! They refused to change me to a nonsmoking room, claiming they are fully booked. Is that really true? I really don’t know. I’m disappointed they could not do anything about it.

Un grand lit double mais collé contre un mur et la chambre un peu exiguë. Pas sûr qu'elle correspondait vraiment à la photo pour ce type de chambre.

• Marek TRAVELER Bolega (9/5): A perfectly located, well-design & reliable. Solaria continues to be one of my favorite in Japan - I really enjoyed my stay at Solaria Nishitetsu Ginza. The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of Ginza, yet calm and comfortable, with excellent access to the metro. The room was on the smaller side, but very thoughtfully designed, cozy and perfectly sufficient for a Tokyo stay. I especially appreciated the bathroom with smart layout, high quality and very functional. Everything felt clean, efficient and well organized. Overall, a very smooth and pleasant experience, exactly what I expect when staying in Japan. The room size is relatively compact, but that’s standard in Tokyo and honestly not an issue given how well the space is designed.

• Ros (8/5): NICE HOTEL, GREAT LOCATION - Hotel in great location, staff were lovely but very strict about book in/out time. Breakfast room was very busy but great breakfast on offer. In regards to late check out they wanted to charge $35.00 per hour for a late check out! Room was nice but small size for the tarrif. Also, the Lobby was small and it was always busy with the check out times being inflexible, one family decided to repack their entire suit cases here which I thought was entirely rude and this space is meant to be a quiet room for guests!

• Mel (4/5): Would not stay again at this high price. - The location was close to the train station for the Ginza line, and had a few convenience stores nearby. The room was a decent size. The staff were all lovely and the hotel let me store my luggage for days in advance of check in while I explored outside of Tokyo, and everything was very straightforward and felt very secure leaving my belongings behind. They also allowed me to get a package delivered to the hotel during my stay for an item I couldn’t find in stores. The bathroom was absolutely filthy. Pink mould in every corner of the shower, hair in the bath, and black dirt marks everywhere. At one point I requested more toilet paper and this was ignored. In terms of location it was fine in terms of accessing transport, but unless you wanted to luxury shop there wasn’t much to do nearby. The hotel itself is very dated, all of the furniture and room decor felt very old. They also only provided 2 pillows despite me having a double bed in my room.

• Viktoriia (9/5): Классное местоположение - Потрясающее местоположение прямо в центре района Гинза. Ехать до всех главных райнов Токио меньше 10 минут на метро. Гулять по району одно удовольствие, хоть и туристическое место, но все равно нет безумных толп, очень комфортно и спокойно. В целом отель хороший. Номер маленький, ночью может быть немного шумно с улицы. Не понравились завтраки. В номере нет воды и косметических принадлежностей, все нужно брать на ресепшене

• jadranka (9/5): Great location with good facilities - Hotel location is excellent. Underground is 2 minutes walk if needed and all hotel amenities are satisfactory. Morning reception staff was unaware that our ordered taxi was waiting outside.

Jeg bestilte hotellet først med 1 overnatting, men måtte gjøre endring til 2 dager, dette ble plutselig avbestilt selv om jeg hadde betalt 90000 yen for bookingen. Ikke fått noe forklaring i ettertid på hva som skjedde, og hotellet var lite behjelpelig med å fikse opp i dette. Hotellet har heller ikke kapasitet til å ha så mange gjester med så liten frokostsal, vi valgte å spise frokost ute til tross for at vi hadde betalt for frokost da vi måtte vente opptil 30 min for å få frokost.

Além de estar localizado em uma área super central, perto de tudo, a estrutura é excelente, especialmente se comparada a outros hotéis em Tóquio. O quarto, pelo menos o que ficamos, é espaçoso e muito confortável. A equipe é extremamente solícita e atenciosa. Nota 1000! Tudo perfeito! Não teve nada que nos tenha desagradado. Voltaria mil vezes.
