- Marko (6/5): Meet the price level. Change brekfast system. Improve Chinese restaurant level. - Staff was super nice and did everything perfectly. Hotel transport system to Beitou worked well. Room hot and cold water baths were nice. Room price is too high compared to the same level hotels. Chinese restaurant showed Michelin stars but for what? None of our selected food wasn't even close to Michelin level. One of the wine glasses was dirty, bottle was opened leaving corc pieces inside. Nobody knew what is Gin Tonic, etc. We chose Taiwan breakfast served on the same Chinese restaurant. But it was low quality. Fish was totally overkooked and other food didn't had any taste.

- Shizuka (9/5): 最高！ - 目の前に森を感じながら客室の温泉に入れて最高でした。大浴場も、とてもホスピタリティとマナーが行き届いており、衛生的で美しかった。心身ともに自然の中でリラックスできました！ごはんもとってもよかったです！お部屋のお茶＆おやつセット、梅ワインのサービスなど、ホテルから出なくても、十分に豊かに休息できる環境でよかったです。 お天気は、晴れ、突然の雨、雷もふくめ、室内で過ごすにはどれも趣があり楽しめました。出かけるときは、ちょうど雨が止むことがおおく問題ありませんでした。 最初の駅からホテルに行く時、シャトルバスの乗り場がわからなくて乗れなかった。(メールでも確認し、駅員さんにも聞いて時間通りに行ったけど見つけられず) ホテルから駅までの送迎はありがたく利用させていただきました。

- Emily (6/5): - 房型還不錯，冷氣出風口靠近大門的這一側下方非常的涼才發現有些翹起來，外面有一個小陽台還不錯，天氣好的話可以坐下來非常的舒服，可惜沒有桌子可以放飲料 早餐跟晚餐都有塩可頌不錯吃 晚餐的部分 … 吃的過程中左邊有一桌五到六個人的女性顧客看來應該是已經吃完晚餐 再聊天喝飲品，聊的聲音非常的大聲完全不顧其他人的感受，在場的服務人員完全沒有人制止讓我吃的非常的不愉快 他們走之後瞬間安靜…. 主餐選擇澳洲M8和牛法式佐胡椒醬汁及波士頓龍蝦 … 和牛完全沒什麼汁 吃起來亁乾的 波士頓龍蝦奶味太重 完全吃不出波士頓龍蝦本身的甜味，整體來說不會想吃第二次 早餐有分素食跟葷食的套餐 但我覺得既然有素食是否該詢問客人吃不吃蛋，因為在沙拉的部分有半顆水煮蛋，有些吃素的並沒有吃蛋，這點我覺得要再詢問過，西式早餐 雞肉非常難吃 完全就是冷凍後的食物 （不知道放了多久）

- Yota (10/5): 人の温もりに包まれた滞在 - 滞在中、無くし物の件で相談することがありました。 結果的には私の思い違いだったのですが、その際の対応が本当に素晴らしく、心に深く残っています。 夜遅い時間にもかかわらず、フロントスタッフの方が落ち着いた物腰で丁寧に話を聞いてくださいました。 また翌朝には、別の女性スタッフの方が朝食中の私のもとまで来てくださり、優しく声をかけながら状況を気遣ってくださいました。 後日、深夜に対応してくださったご本人であるフロントアシスタントマネージャーの Poser 様から、私が英語でお送りしたにもかかわらず、日本語で心のこもった丁寧なお返事を頂戴し、スタッフの皆さまが本当にお客様一人ひとりを大切にされていることを強く感じました。 設備や温泉の素晴らしさはもちろんですが、これほど「人の温もり」を感じられるホテルは、なかなかありません。 北投での滞在が忘れられない思い出になりました。 また必ず再訪したいホテルです。

- Andreas (9/5): Ein idealer Ort um zu entspannen! - Der Service und vor allem das Housekeeping muss sehr positiv erwähnt werden. Auch sehr toll ist die traditionelle Massage im Spa! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Therme, wirklich sehr empfehlenswert, ideal zum entspannen :) Unser Zimmer hatte leider keine Tür zwischen Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer. Es gab zwar separate Türen zur Dusche/Wc, aber mit transparentem Glas und die Milchglasverdeckunf war unzureichend. Auch war leider unser Zimmer eines der wenigen ohne Fernseher im Schlafzimmer (hat aber nichts ausgemacht).

- LP (10/5): - Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and had a nice seating area. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom area was great with two sinks. Private onsen was great. Many complimentary items. Amazing view of the forest from the balcony. Breakfast was very delicious. Free shuttle bus is very helpful given location is far from the train station. Nothing. But worth noting that the free shuttle bus is pretty small and can fill up quickly especially if taking from the train station, it can be reserved if taking from the hotel.

- Yin (6/5): From the very start, it didn't have the wow factor we were expecting - We stayed in one of the most expensive rooms, a premium quadruple room. The room itself was OK, with enough space for a hot spring bath and cold spring bath, though for a 5-star resort you would expect higher quality finishes within the room. It was nice that our request for a higher floor was fulfilled. This was a birthday treat for my mum. Having stayed at Lalu at Sun Moon Lake and Silks Taroko, we felt GVRB didn't meet the high standards expected, either through their overall staff, and customer service, or attention to detail in the design of the place. An example is a small thing like the welcome drink. We were given ordinary tea in paper cups, whereas elite hotels provide a very special drink perhaps with a name and explanatory card and always in a glass, porcelain/ceramic cup with exquisite presentation. As with other guest comments, the breakfast, which was non buffet, was disappointing. High-end hotels should understand how crucial breakfasts are to their guests. And that freshness and choice are basic expectations.

- Fonie (10/5): - 很感謝接待的女職員替我們安排可以延遲一小時退房🙏由於入住當晚我自行坐 3程巴士到酒店, 但是由於最後1程巴士的班次比較疏, 要等候30分鐘, 所以我決定步行20分鐘到達酒店, 到步後已經是晚上6:30, 當晚接待的女職員知道我步行來到已經很晚很辛苦, 所以她安排第二朝可以延遲一小時退房, 好讓我們有足夠嘅時間享受房內和酒店内的風呂😊房內嘅風呂實在太舒適👍早餐十分美味👍我揀選咗西式早餐, 餐廳風景十分美麗👍真的十分之推薦這間酒店, 下次嚟台北都必定會再次入住這間酒店🥰 沒有不喜歡

- Jeff (10/5): - We were not expecting this place to be as great as it is. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were unexpectedly good with great food and views of the mountain. The onsen was a great experience. Just be prepared to have your Western views about nudity challenged (the onsen is nude only. No bathing suits allowed). Just one thing, the staff will tell you the in-suite onsen takes 20-ish minutes to cool down to a temperature that won't scald you. It was closer to an hour.

- Vanessa (10/5): Great luxurious hotel to stay in Beitou - Friendly staffs and gave us a tour and introduction at arrival. Love the in-room Onsen. The room was huge and well set up. Has every thing you need for a comfortable stay. Drinks and snacks are provided for free. Free shuttle service to and fo train station is a bonus. Breakfast is great and it privides both Taiwanese and Westen options. Restaurant staffs can be more welcoming.

- Deb3John (8/5): Loved the Rooms Sulfer baths. - We picked this hotel as it was our last 2 nights in Taiwan and wanted the sulfur hot spring bath. The room was good lovely bed and spacious. the sulfur bath in the room was exceptional. The staff were friendly and gave great advice on food on offer in the hotel - what heir personal favorites were - and we followed their advice and were not disappointed with the egg tarts. The only thing that was not great was the breakfast - you had to choose an option eastern or western and served a pre-made tray of food that was not that great.
