Pestillo de la puerta roto. Humedades en paredes y techos. Limpieza malísima. Desayuno malísimo. Llegamos y además de que estaba muy sucio había un preservativo usado sobre el sofá y alguna bebida derramada en el piso. Nadie nos pidió disculpas ni tuvieron una atención con nosotras. Lamentable.

Soy celiaca e igual habia opciones en el desayuno: fruta, yogurt griego y la señora me hizo super rapido unos huevos revueltos. El cafe de hoteles no suele ser bueno, pero ellos servian un riquisimo cafe y jugo natural. Mi novio se comio como 5 medialunas riquisimas 🤭 Las habitaciones tambien super comodas y el aire acondicionado funcionaba excelente. Volveria a este hotel en mis próximos viajes Solamente le falta un cartel enfrente, nosotros pasamos de largo dos veces por enfrente de la entrada y no lo vimos. Hay que guiarse por el numero del edificio

There are no cups in the room. You can’t call reception because there is no phone. There is no room service. The television is not smart. The whole place is completely abandoned.

(27% higher in € than amount in booking), then room lock was not working, but got a new room, one day we came back late from a Tour and we had no water anymore in our bathroom, people fixed it but it took around 30mins until we had water again.

While the overall stay was satisfactory, there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. The room requires some minor maintenance updates, and the linens and towels appear worn and aged. Replacing the bedding and towels would significantly enhance the guest experience and bring the room's quality in line with modern hospitality standards. With some simple refreshments, this accommodation has great potential to provide a more comfortable stay.

The bed cover had red stains, apparently blood, the towel had a brown stain, there was dust on the nightstand, and a light fixture that was falling off. I mentioned all this to the receptionist named Ariel, who told me he could only help me with the towel at that moment, and if I didn’t like anything, we should just cancel everything—even though I had already paid, and there was no refund option. I told him he couldn’t expect me to sleep in a bed with those stains. The owner eventually had to come to fix something so simple. They claim to be 5 stars, but that is far from reality. During the last two days, there was even a water leak in the bathroom that they didn’t fix, and I was asked to turn off the main bathroom valve when not in use. I just wanted my stay to end so I could leave because it was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in all the countries I’ve visited. For the price I paid, I expected a different level of service. The cleanliness is extremely poor; they even left cleaning rags in the bathroom, and everything was badly organized. Although the reception staff treated us well afterward, nothing was the same after our vacation started this way. It’s not worth it at all. ESP: la peor experiencia desde el día 1, el cobertor de la cama tenía manchas rojas aparentemente de sangre, la toalla una mancha marrón, polvo en la mesa auxiliar y un foco que se caía, todo esto se lo mencioné al recepcionista de nombre Ariel y me dijo que solo podía ayudarme en ese momento con la toalla que si no me gustaba nada cancelaramos todo, sabiendo que yo ya había pagado y no había opción de devolución, le dije que no podía obligarme a dormir en una cama con esas manchas, tuvo que venir el dueño para solucionar algo tan simple. Dicen que son 5 estrellas pero eso es alejado totalmente de la realidad, ya los 2 últimos días hasta había una fuga de agua en el baño que no arreglaron y me pidieron cerrar la llave principal del baño cuando no lo usara, yo solo quería que terminara mi estancia para irme porque ha sido el peor hotel en el que me he alojado de todos los países a los que he ido. Por el precio que pagué esperaba otro servicio, la limpieza es paupérrima, tanto que hasta se olvidaban los trapos en el baño, todo mal organizado. Por más que luego todo el staff de recepción nos tratara bien nada fue lo mismo después de iniciar así nuestras vacaciones, no vale la pena para nada.
- Albert (6/5): Hace 15 años debía ser muy bonito - Este hotel está en un lugar espectacular. Y sus trabajadores son muy amables. Sin embargo, este hotel hace años que no se renueva y está viejito. La ducha, por ejemplo, no difumina bien el agua y acaba siendo un único chorro. Cómo bañarse con una bañera. Aparte de que estaba muy alta y tenías que subir la pierna muchísimo para entrar. Una persona mayor se mata. El hotel podría ser un encanto pero está falto de mantenimiento. El gimnasio está destrozado e inservible. Pagué 150 dólares por noche y un hotel así debería cobrar la mitad hasta que no se renueve. Al estar en Palermo y muy céntrico, quizás podrían llegar a los 90. Más que eso es demasiado. Una lástima porque el hotel tiene mucho potencial. Hay cosas como una mano de pintura, que no deberían ser tan difíciles de aplicar.

- 898julias (2/5): Disgusting water leaking from the roof, blood in sheets, unsanitary, unhelpful - Found a small spider on the bed and blood splatter on sheets on artival. Totally gross! The bathroom ceiling was leaking after some rain, they put towels on the floor and then 2 buckets to collect the dirty smelly rain water. I could not go in the bathroom to brush my teeth without getting some of the unsanitary water dipping on me. They offered moving us to another room—no thanks! We left to another hotel. We Accidentally Left behind expensive sunglasses and they claimed they did not find them. Believe these negative reviews!! Stay away!

There was an exchange place nearby. Close to all the nightlife of Plaza Serrano. I would have liked some outdoor furniture on the terrace but had to take the dining chairs outside for somewhere to sit.

- Arlenepw (10/5): Perfect location, amazing staff, great hotel! - The location of this hotel is perfect, perfectly located in Palermo, surrounded by lots of cafes and cute little stores. They even went above and beyond helping me with the store of my breastmilk in the fridge of the hotels kitchen, I was truly grateful for this! Everything was perfect.

- adrianacR2673XR (2/5): Poring rain in the bathroom and no solution or even say sorry. - They gave us a room with a molted ceiling bathroom, the furniture was rusty from previous water leaks. I rained the whole day and night and the ceiling was poring with rain. I called the front desk and they offered buckets to put in the bathroom. Just imagine sleeping with the sound of water getting into buckets. Awful!!! So he brought towels and that was the solution. This morning I talked to the man eager and he didn’t even look at me or say sorry. That’s not they way you treat your clients. So I don’t recomendas this hotel at all. No capacity to solve any problems .

- Amanda (6/5): Convenient location, comfortable but no frills - Convenient location (our daughter is currently living nearby), quiet room in terms of traffic noise, (we were at the back of the hotel) although we did have some quite noisy neighbours (not the hotel’s fault!). Bed was huge and really comfortable, bathroom was small, but clean and the shower had good pressure. Staff were really friendly and helpful. They all spoke English which was really helpful as our Spanish is basic. They greeted us warmly every time we came in and made us feel welcome and “at home”. We were able to leave our bags in reception for a few hours after we checked out and before we went to the airport. Breakfast was very basic. Our TV didn’t work - on closer inspection this could have been as the whole plug socket was hanging out of the wall at the back - didn’t look very safe! Very few coat hangers provided. We did ask for more - and one of the lovely reception staff found us a couple (I suspect she may have donated us hangers used by the staff!) Felt a bit “budget” considering the price.

- LUIZ (6/5): Não é um hotel 4 estrelas e é bem localizado. - O hotel é bem localizado, as camas são confortáveis e as toalhas são boas. O café da manhã foi sempre o mesmo, muito glúten e não tem ovos e nem opções saudáveis. A recepção está com aparência de falta de manutenção com paredes descascando. O vidro da porta da entrada estava quebrado seguro por um plástico. Ocupamos 3 quartos. Um dos quartos pediu um check out por volta de 12h/13h numa segunda feira e foi negado. No entanto, disponibilizaram o café da manhã antecipado num dia de excursão.
- Ben (1/5): Not worth the price - Location is good While traveling throughout Argentina for 2 weeks at every location we easily paid in cash and were given the official exchange rate as Booking sets the price in USD. This hotel told us we could pay cash but at the "tourist exchange rate" which would have doubled the price in pesos. There are plenty of other places to stay that are just as nice or nicer and you get more value for the price especially if paying in cash.
